Effect not Applying Properly

I have the latest version of Synapse and when applying a chroma effect (it's just a basic static one) it applies. But when shutting off the app and using the profile button it switches to the proper profile but the effect stays as spectrum cycle.

you mean closing or shutting down completely? Because you need synapse to be running in the background for your customizations to work

If you mean by close synapse your effect change then yes it will. Synapse is softwere whith control your ddevice and lightning settings base on profile you are using when you close synapse device load basic factory settings.
