Greetings, is somewhere located Synapse release notes? I know that the changes are mentioned on update window, right before update starts, but I missed the latest changes in new version 3.4.513.51410 due to automatic installation.
I tried to search anywhere, but without success.

Ya, usually the bigger updates get their own thread here: https://insider.razer.com/index.php?forums/razer-synapse-3-beta/
But this one didn't, The only major thing I remember from it was that the HDK kit will now work again with the advanced effects. The rest of the patch notes just said "optimized" or something fairly generic.

Correct. This was not classified as a major update, just a bunch of device-specific, and guest-account related hotfixes rolled into one.
