Hello Insiders! If you are reading this, you have likely just joined the community here on Razer Insider, so welcome! We are glad you decided to join us. Whether you are a newer or older user, feel free to introduce yourself in this thread, and get comfortable. I am Brandon (aka @Jenjar) and I come from Canada. I have been a fan of Razer, and have been involved here on Razer Insider for almost 5 years now, all starting with a Razer Deathstalker and Deathadder 2013. Since those basic green backlit products, I have fallen under the Chroma spell, and eat, sleep and breathe Chroma. Earlier this year I was chosen to become a Razer Vanguard, and so far it has been a great experience contributing to this great community! I have strange sound while scrolling up, it sounds creaky, physical process of scrolling up is not smooth as scrolling down. Scrolling down is good. My mouse Razer Viper 8Khz was working fine for like the first 2 months but later it started to have problems with scroll wheel, so I did some research and found out that it's a common problem with that mouse which is fine bcs the mouse is truly amazing. I wanted to send my mouse for warranty and I found out that Acro handles Razer warranty in India. I applied for warranty claim and it was accepted quickly. I sent my mouse to them as they instructed. But now it has been 1 week and I haven't received any update via Email as they said. I tried calling them but it's either busy or they don't reply. Razer pls help me bcs I don't wanna buy new mouse. And I can't do anything on my computer bcs I don't have a extra mouse. Razer I absolutely love your products but Acro is not good I have seen alot of cases like mine. Please help if you can

I would like to request an activation code for my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 I can't activate spatial audio features with my headphone, looking for an activation code. Thank you
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio

The official Razer cleaning guide says the following:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/845Important:Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents. Do not place your mat in the washing machine or clean it under running water. Do not fold, roll, or compress the mouse mat. Why no soap of any kind? Why no running water? If I have a mousepad that needs disinfecting, water from a cloth isn’t going to do much. Is the rubber that Razer uses special or something? Or is it just to protect the texture of the cloth? I just want to use a mild detergent on my Goliathus Mobile Stealth.
Hello,So my Headset seems to have extremly bad battery life. normal googleing says. 11 hours with the RGB lighting and HyperSense on and 44 hours while both are off But i can have it charged 100% and having Haptic intensity on low with bass boost on 100% within maybe 1 hour the battery is nearly dead. no lighting is on. plus synapse seems broken. battery can show nearly full. But i plug the headset it and a notification pops up saying headset at low power. headset is on latest firmware aswell.
I have a Razer Kraken V3 . After more than a year I am trying to use the THX spatial audio. The application is now asking me for the activation code, and I don't have the code anymore with me.Can you let me know how I can retrieve the code.
So idk how it happened but when I went to pick up my headset today I noticed the plastic was super cracked. Any help with this would be appreciated. I have only had these headsets for literally 3 months.
I have read other threads and no solution or fix worked for me. I verified the plug is securely inserted, the usb port is 2.0 or higher(multiple were tried), and I have updated the drivers and firmware. I have only had the mouse for a few months maybe and it did use to work with or without the cable. I was in a game and it said the battery was low and so when i plugged it in it just stopped working. It also decided to install some type of update immediately so i let it finish expecting it to start working again after the update.
i tried restarting multiple times and reinstalling razer synapse. In bluetooth & devices it does say razer kraken bt kitty edition but i can’t connect with it
Hello! I’ve been having a heck of a time tracking down issues I’m having with my RZ01-0440. EDIT: Goldarn it, the instant after I clicked Post, now no scrolling profile seems to apply correct, not even Custom. I can’t feel scroll steps hardly at all. This is horrible. Background:Mouse model: RZ01-0440 Mouse firmware version: 1.2.1.0 Synapse version: 3.9.331.32712 Central version: 7.15.0.675 OS: Windows 11 Business 23H2 I have several Synapse mouse profiles: Default, Shooter, etc. With Default, I set the Adaptive scrolling profile as the only one for that profile. I also use the Browser Detection to detect Firefox. With Shooter, I set the Distinct scrolling profile as the only one for that profile. It detects my shooter games (Halo, etc.)Problem:I’m finding that my scrolling profiles work (as in, get applied correctly) for maybe a week, and then they stop getting applied. Well, sort of.
