Hello

I'm a long time gamer who doesn't usually follow gaming brands, but just recently bought a whole bunch of razer mice, pads, chairs etc and have been ok with them so far.

The thing is many of the computers in my network can never be allowed online for security reasons.

Is there any way to either setup Synapse on an internet enabled computer then transfer the files to a disconnected secure computer to allow functionality? I've seen a lot of posts from angry people going back 3 years or so saying Synapse has to be online all the time for it to work. Is this correct?

I've setup Synapse on another computer and so far just tried to remap a side mouse button to Show desktop, but it won't stick unless Synapse is constantly running in the background. Is this necessary? Because all my previous mice could remap then quit the software with it being stored onboard.

Nope, the mouse can't even hold a simple remap like show desktop without that bloated app running in the background. I've already packed up all the gear I bought and ordered a refund.

Hyper X, GHub don't need to be running to save profiles, remaps or connected online.

I had imagined Razer was at the top. Needless to say I'm angry with all my time wasted and dissapointed finding out how anti-consumer they are.

Never again.

hiyaa, sorry mate, just saw ur post, it works for me not sure why it doesnt work for you, did u do it right ( i mean how to save ur profile to onboard memory ? )

after u remaping ur Mice button - right next to ur mice name theres is memory icon, once its open just drag ur profile to the top and its automatically save and u can disconnect ur mice and ready to go
