Macro issue (This mapping required Synapse)

I made a macro to press keys on keyboard automatically then I bind macro on scroll wheel click on Razer Deathadder Essential and it says “This mapping required Synapse” if even my Razer Synapse 3 is open in a tray. I’ve tried restarting my PC and reinstall Razer Synapse 3 so MANY TIMES but it all was in a vain. :(

Did you ever get this fixed?  I’m having this issue as well.  I’ve seen a few places where people say “It’s just informational and the macro still works” but that’s absolutely not the case for me.  My mouse macros aren’t working.
