Razer Synapse 3 not working


its just not opening, it will keep trying to run , closing and opening ending with the task manager having 50 razer apps running , ive tried a clean uninstall and reinstall and it won’t work

I have also recently had this issue. tried everything from checking firewall and virus protection to re install with no luck. Cortex works but synapse doesn't hopefully the devs can bring out a patch soon. its super frustrating not being able to customize. synapse tries opening 30 times at once and crashes.


I am also experiencing the same problem. My whole aesthetic and vibe is off. Thanks Razer. 😉

I thought i’m the only one facing this issue, I just downloaded it after I plugged in my new mice yet i keep stuck on loading screen and crash. Really looking forward for the solution from Razer soon.

does anyone know if Razor is admitting that they are aware of this issue ? And if they have said they will address it ?

i have the exact same issue u have, i even contacted razer and they said to write somethink on the command prompt, i did and nothing changed

yeah its after the update has messed up my whole system but they don’t seem to care

Yeah i doesnt work for me either. i tried reinstalling it and it wont even install. I am so done with razer just not caring.Never buying anything razer ever again

guys do uninstall reinstall again for sure it working or not, if no luck do any type older version synapse 3 nd updating inside synapse 3. mine already work perfectly, if doesnt work just use older version than doing update nd still got issues

 


i need to figure out how to install and old version or may just wait for another update to fix it

ممكن جواب /ضروري جدا /فعلت الرزير وشتريت بطاقه اوله وثانيه ووثالثه وفعلتهن وعادي نجاح و  بعدها  ما كدرت اشتري البطاقه تجي رساله جيمل  يطلع فشل او  لم نتمكن من معالجه طلبك بنجاح تم الغائه شنو سبب وشلون احل هاي المشكله  ارجو الرد  
………..
ماسبب فشل شراء بطاقة razer gold  !!!!!  
في المره الاولى والثانيه  نجح علميه الشراء 
اما بعدها تاتي رساله  فشل الطلب او طلب تم الغائه علما اني بطاقتي الcard معبئه بالرصيد  
ماسبب وكيف احل هذه المشكله 
ارجو المساعده
