I have an Asrock Z690 Taichi Razer edition motherboard. The list of supported devices doesn’t include motherboards and since I’ll lose all my profiles from synapse 3 if I were to switch to 4 right now I’d rather not experiment and see if my motherboard is supported. Is this motherboard supported and are there plans for the motherboard to be supported if it isn’t already?

What is also baffling is their CEO announced at Razer con that all devices on synapse 3 are supported for synapse 4 now. Just go re-watch to razer con video on youtube here is the link
I guess we were lied to. As i have the AsRock Z690 Taichi Razer edition motherboard and i dont see it on synapse 4 nor do i see my razer seiren V3 chroma support for it either compared to synapse 3.

ASrock support hasn’t answered me at all, messaged the sales team last week and have heard nothing back from. Them I already have an email for tech support I’m tempted to do that or Asrock have phone numbers for sales teams.
I got the same response that you did from Razer. It can’t be that hard to support this motherboard.
One week and Razer still tries to blame everything on Asrock, even before this I vowed to never buy Razer stuff again, as the support is useless, this forum is useless, the devs are useless and the management seems to be as well, synapse 4 is still a beta and nobody cares to answer questions. No Asrock didn’t change its software so they go. I issues, no sending logs won’t change a thing, sending me to Asrock won’t change a thing, @ Razer do you support the boards? Or are your “partners” just for show, and fyi I don’t see the lian li Razer case anywhere as well.

Same here, I just have razer synapse for my blackshark v2 pro 2023. Out of nowhere my motherboard leds are flickering and throwing in different colors. Temps were going crazy too. Was panicking thinking my setup was going under. After some inspection, found out it started after synapse launched. Synapse was registering my Asrock X570 PG Velocita as some B550 tachi.
Was able to avoid the weird behavior by disabling some led settings Synapse was trying to manage. Wasn’t able to remove the device from Synapse either. Put in a bug report.
Seems to have been fixed now thankfully. It’s not being recognised as the wrong motherboard anymore and was able to remove it from my devices.
I tried downloading synapse 4 after seeing that some people had the motherboard and my Z690 still isn’t being recognized by synapse 4….

Cool talked to someone from Razor today, “i should send logs” but nowhere its stated that the boards are even supported, i i wouldn´t have seen the screenshot with the z690 i would still think there is no support for it.

well they dont know much then if its showing support on my board and mic lol, bec a recent update did happen and yet they claim there wasnt one when it happened to me. Support just doesnt know what their doing i suppose.

sorry for image quality, can’t snap at the moment) It is not recognized as controllable item in synapse, just grey block with the sign “currently in development, we are doing maximum so have patience bla bla bla” ))
