I got the Basilisk V3 x Hyperspeed and i relized that the thumb button |multi-function trigger| wasn`t working unless Synapse was running in the backgroung. Also the Chroma RGB or keybinds wouldn`t store onto the onboard memory.
I contacted the Reddit Razer Support group and they helped me resolve the issue.
The fix was pretty simple, i just had to CLEAN reinstall Synapse.
Clean reinstallation is different than regular reinstallation because with CLEAN you delete every single file that your compure downloaded from razer and when you install it back, it`s like you`re installing it for the first time.

Now I can game all I want without any problems and even if a problem shows up, I know who to contact :3
