Hello, I just finished my build for the first time and I’m running into a issue with the ARGB fans i installed in the case. The fans spin when turning on the computer but the ARGB lights on the razer kunai fans will not illuminate.  The ARGB controller came with the original microUSB to USB Header cable and I broke it. So bought a replacement microUSB cable (left side) to USB header, will this work? Or do i need to send it back for a new one? 

Blade 14 won't turn on any ideas?

Laptop recently started having issues where system intermittently doesn’t see charger connected even though it is always plugged in. A quick Google search shows that this issue is somewhat commonplace. Is this a manufacturing defect? I spent over $2000 on this laptop less than 2 years ago. Here is a link to a video of my issue:  

A gamer/programmer really wants a laptop with full-height arrow keys!!!Now I am using Razer Blade Stealth 13” Mercury White (2019) for coding and gaming. Recent years, any other Razer laptop with full-height arrow keys?

I recently bought a Razer Blade 17 and need a laptop stand. I prefer a simple and sturdy design without RGB lighting. The Razer Laptop Stand seems appealing, but I can't find its dimensions on the website. I want to compare its size with the chroma version, which is supported for Blade 17, while the non-chroma version is stated to be compatible only with models up to Blade 15. Can you advise if this would be a wise purchase? Additionally, any recommendations for alternative laptop stands would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone, i’ve experienced a major GPU temp increase in balanced mode since the new firmeware update. Around 86c in diablo 4, was around 79-80c before. My TS Score decrease by 1000points in boost mode also.. was 18,5, now 17,3.. Can we rolling back to the previous version of the bios? and firmware? Thanks for your help 

Hii have fashioned a Notepal U3 with 2 x 120mm fans from razer paired to powered Chroma RGB Adressable and a Razer Fan control. The 15’ still screams like a banshee with these active. Can anyone recommend a fan curve profile. I also do have a razer gen 1 laptop stand ( non usb C) but there was no way of hooking up fans to it to keep her cool.  I know this sems extreme, but this might be my last “ gaming laptop” ( 1 AW and 2 blade 15’s) and likley move towards a mini ITX desktop or a corsair one.

I'm building a new PC, but I don't know how many of my components are (or are not) compatible with Chroma. My specs are: Motherboard: Asrock H570 Phantom GamingCPU: i5 10400fCPU COOLER: Deepcool AG400 BK ARGBRAM: TEAMGROUP T FORCE DELTA RGB DDR4 16GBCASE: Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact RGBDid not include GPU, as it is non RGB.Any help would be appreciated!

Interesting finding about connecting USB-C to external monitor.So if you do this by default it connects with “Optimus” only, and that leads to lower GPU performance.To avoid this, you need to change BIOS setting to discrete GPU only. 

Just installed my razer raptor monitor, and I have the HDMI and display port plugged in. The display was in auto and for some reason no desktop icons were showing and no apps were able to popup they were running but couldn't display. So instead of auto display I switched to HDMI and it worked for all of 30 seconds where I got black screened and then I got my display back but then this back and forth keeps happening, so I switched to the display port and found out that's the display where no icons show and the apps will run but not display themselves, I have the USB-C installed but not plugged in as I don't have a place to plug it in I bought an adapter and will plug it in when that comes in, I do have the USB extension plugged in but I have no use for it yet. I am running on windows 10 64 bit. I've made sure all the cables are secure. I have no idea why it's doing what it's doing. Any help or feedback is appreciated.

Hello,unfortunatelly after Windows starting and Synapse load the Chorma Studio profil the Logo at Laptop Lid is off. The interessting thing is, at computer start it is glowing as it should. If I go to system lighting settings and switch lid logo to off or breathing and back to static (static is my default setting) it works well. Also breathing works well. I already reinstalled synapse software but it doesnt help. Perhaps someone has some tips where the issue could come. Thanks in advance

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2020) RZ09-033 that the battery has bloated so badly that the case has warped making it so the laptop won’t close.  It also has caused the trackpad to stop working.  I see that this is a issue that many others have experienced.  Is there anything that can be done to replace the battery?  The machine is unusable at this point.  

I'm interested in purchasing the Blade 16 laptop. My current laptop, which has HDMI 2.0, is limited to 60 FPS when connected to a TV that supports HDMI 2.1 and G-Sync. I understand that this is a common issue with older technology, and that laptops without HDMI 2.1 support can experience a 20% performance drop when connected to an external TV. Additionally, turning off the integrated graphics processor (IGP) is not possible, and the laptop's monitor cannot be disabled. I've heard that newer laptops with Nvidia technology have resolved these issues. I'm curious to know if the Blade 16 has HDMI 2.1, if it can support more than 60 FPS over HDMI, if Full RGB 4K 120hz is achievable over HDMI 2.1, if there is a direct link to the GPU without a loss of performance, and if G-Sync is supported.

Razer 15.4 advanced gaming 2021, i7, RTX 3080how to boot from an installation media, the uefi firmware setting is not showing using F keys

I have a Razer 15 advanced which have a bloated battery. I noticed this while upgrading the memory of my Razor 15. It also prevents the clicking of the right side button on the track pad. I though earlier it was due some debris, but it also seems to caused by the bloated battery.  I could not find a replacement battery online (any well know vendor). Is there any way to buy a replacement battery through Razer support? I live in Finland and bought the computer here summer 2020.  Thanks in advancer

Lately, I have been experiencing some problems with the trackpad scrolling on my new Razer Blade 15. Occasionally, the laptop scrolls at an extremely slow pace and fails to continue scrolling smoothly after the motion has ceased, causing great inconvenience. Restarting the laptop remedies the issue without fail, but once the lid is closed or it goes into sleep mode, the problem reoccurs upon starting up again. Interestingly, this problem only arises when using the trackpad, not when I use a mouse. I don't believe the trackpad is defective, given that a reboot always temporarily resolves the issue. Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any recommendations for a solution? Thank you.

I'm thinking of buying an RTX 4090 my question is does it fit in the Razer Tomahawk ATX? 

what should i do to fix it, everything seems to be fine this is just completely random.

I recently purchased a used Razer 16 QHD.  When I go through the initial Windows 11 start up the scaling looks off.  Everything is smaller than it should be.  Then once I am into the setting I see that the recommended scale is 125%.  Why is that?  I think whatvever this issue is its also making the laptop slow when connected to an external monitor.Thanks in advance.

The touchpad sometimes stops scrolling smoothly so I disable/enable the driver to fix the problem temporarily. I've tried to reinstall windows 11 but still facing the same problem. I've tried two different touchpad drivers also. Does anyone have the same problem with the touchpad? By smoothly I mean when you scroll up or down it stops directly without continue going for a few steps. Razer Blade 17 2022 RTX 3070Ti QHD 240Hz

Hello I have some trouble during razer synapse installation and this error pop up when I try to install synapse. Anyone know what this error mean? 

Looking around for a good laptop. Don't know a whole lot about the finer points of specs, hardware etc. Is this *reasonably* worth it? As far as running games on decent settings, and such.
