So this is an issue with both of my Blade Stealth machines. Issue is when you move quickly and within about 200ms in about a 50-75 pixel radius and depress into the touchpad, the cursor will reset back to where you started moving from. Issue is very frustrating as I do a lot of detailed work with the touchpad and when I move and click, it cancles the click and just snaps backwards to where I started from. I've checked every single setting and spent at least 20 hours researching and doing registry edits and still has the issue. Anyone else run into this?

I started using cortex few days ago to boost my valorant FPS at the booster prime screen it predicted around 144 fps but in game I have 80 fps 100 at the max(before using cortex I had a stable 100fps) did I do something wrong?

Hello everyone, owning a new Blade Advance 2020 (2080 Super MaxQ and a 300Hz Panel) I'm having to questions concering performance and noise level. 1) Using the newest drivers, setting CPU to Boost and GPU to high and by using the 100Watt VBios on my GPU I get 19000 on firestrike. Are these results fine? While stress-testing, on CPU Core is going up to 90°C, while the 8th core only got to 78°C. Are these differences normal? 2) Is there any whisper mode that I can activate on the blade? No matter what I'm doing during surfing or working with word: The fans are kicking in often and stay on for quite a while. Plugging off the blade helps a little bit, but even only on battery the fans kick in at around 50-56°C which is much too early from my point of view. Unfortunetaly the CPU cores are always at 4 Ghz when plugged in via AC Adapter or USB-C Charger/Monitor. I played around with ThrottleStop and even set the cooling options in Windows to "passive". But the fans are still kicking

After being unable to get through to razer support via the live chat or submit a case function I now turn to the forums hoping someone can help I just got a new Razer Blade Stealth with 1650ti and it keeps displaying lines across the screen (See attached image) I believe this could be a faulty gpu as it has been doing it since the second day I had it. Please some help would be greatly apricated also is there an email I can send the issue directly to razer?

I have a naga epic chroma I use on my ps4. I do not own a computer. Is there any other way to control synapse?

I would like to replace the very noisy chassis fans on the Core V2 (the V2, not the X - most of the info on the forums/web is about the Core X. I's almost impossible to find V2-specific results) with quieter alternatives. Not the PSU fans - the chassis fans. There are three thin fans on the bottom of the V2. I disconnected them all and it is now almost silent (it's definitely NOT the PSU fans that cause the most noise), but, of course, it's not ideal to disconnect them entirely. They basically stay on 99% of the time at full or at least high speed and the noise is very loud. I guess I have two options - throttle them with a resistor (if that's even possible?) or other means or replace the fans with quieter models. Does anyone have any suggestions or guides? D.

Hi everyone, i have a 2017 blade pro FHD (GTX 1060, 16 Go RAM) and I need to upgrade the RAM. it seems that i can upgrade to 32 Go but, i'm a beginner in this type of upgrade on a laptop, and i neef help too choose the RAM (actually, 2x 8 Go (DDR4 2400 MHz, double canal, 17-17-17-39, 2x SODIMM, the original configuration). Hey Gang, My kids 2015 Razer Blade Pro 17" started doing some wicked things. From shutting down randomly to not working/booting at all. I opened the case, and I see one of these ribbon cables (attached to what looks like an oxidized connector) partially ripped out of the connector. The cable looks like it has dry rot. Either way, looks like I need to replace this piece. Can anyone help identify the cables? We scoured the internet, ebay, amazon, all of the likely suspects as to where I could locate parts for the model. Thanks in advance! Tony

So, I got a RZ09-01953 Razer Blade 14" laptop... a while ago... but my wife just bought me a Razer Viper Ultimate (the Cyberpunk version) mouse... Problem is, the Chroma settings for both aren't syncing correctly... Obviously I want the color schemes to be synced. It looks like the Blade is functioning off of Synapse 2.0 while the mouse is running off of the new version of Synapse. Help?

So my Razer Seiren Mini Microphone is way, way to sensitive, you can hear people talking rooms away and my keyboard is way louder than my voice, even though the microphone is pointing directly away from it, I am just thinking that theres no way it's meant to be built this way, did I get faulty one? Nobody mentions this in any reviews that I've watched

Hi all - I recently got a new razer laptop with a 144Hz display. However, I can't change from 60Hz -> 165Hz (I'm assuming this won't damage the display?) unless I change the settings from NVIDIA Optimus to Dedicated GPU only. A few questions: 1. Will this have longterm hardware issues if I run it continually on dedicated GPU? 2. Is there a reason not to do this? (AKA if I use NVIDIA optimus, will it automagically allow me to run higher than 60Hz in games anyway?) Thanks everyone in advance

I managed to get an order in for the Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition - OLED 4K Touch 60Hz - GeForce RTX 3080 - Black just in the nick of time earlier tonight. I am curious about one particular item on the spec sheet: I'm aware it has two NVMe slots, but also that 4TB (and even 8TB) drives do exist. Yet, Razer seems to think each slot can only go up to 2TB. Is this a mistake on the spec sheet, or just trying to reasonably manage the customer's expectations (those large drives are very expensive), or... is there some technical constraint of which I am not aware (heat dissipation, internal volume, etc.)?

Looking for information on where this System restore is located on a Razer Blade 15 2021? Is it on the SSD or is it on board the Motherboard? I ask because i had a failed cloning of a new NVMe, i was getting BSOD on boot, i decided to try the F9 Razer recovery mode and it did a full system restore on the new SSD. Wondering if this recovery image came from the cloned partition from the stock drive to the new SSD or if it's onboard. I would call this a sucsessful failure, it did not go as expected, however i had no important data on my laptop, and i was able to do a clean install on a new SSD, i just want to know how i was able to do it.

Hope everyone here is doing well! I want to set up the RB 15 when used with dual monitors. I have two 2K monitors @ 144hz. I want to use a Thunderbolt dock to plug into them. The goal is to game and work with this setup. I have 2 questions. 1. Will I get the desired resolution and refresh rate with this setup? 2. Is the TB port on the 15 linked to the RTX GPU? If not, Is there a port that is that will allow this setup?

Hi everyone, first time razer buyer here - I just got my razer blade pro today. I have the 1440p RTX 3060 variant, and after booting it up initially I tried running Hitman III on it for the first time. However, I was very surprised to see 7fps averages in the benchmark test. Turning settings down, the best I can get is 12 fps. Considering there are reviewers online with these specs getting 55+fps, I'm left a bit confused. My guess?: The integrated graphics are being used instead of the dedicated graphics. But how can I address this? Doesn't the laptop have smart switching between the graphics? Right now I'm stuck with a gaming laptop that can't play Hitman III with potato settings, so I'm somewhat disappointed, but I'm willing to see if anyone can give me some advice. Thanks!

Hi all, Am about to pick up a Blade Pro 17 2020 and have reading posts on this forum that there are a lot of issues with RAM upgrades, specifically with 64GB RAM. From these posts I've surmised that the issue is with 3200Mhz, 2933Mhz and/or running in XMP profile. So I just wanted to check if there are any issues with RAM stability when upgrading with 32GB RAM - 2 16GB sticks running at a lower frequency of 2666Mhz? Would appreciate any thoughts & especially those that have had no issues with this. TIA

Habe dafür eine Razer Ripsaw HD gekauft die überträgt das Bild von der PS4 aufn PC auf ein Programm (OBS) Mein Problem ist jetzt habe mir ein Mikrofon geholt eine Razer Seiren X mit USB anschluss und will diesen Mikrofon für den Stream Chat auf mein PC und für meinen Party Chat auf der PS4 benutzen gleichzeitig und über mein Headset ein Razer Kitty will ich nur das Audio von meiner PS4 hören also ingame als auch party chat halt. PS : Ich brauche halt bitte eine anleitung wie ich das neue Mikrofon von mir für Stream Chat (PC) und Party Chat (PS4) im zusammenhang mit der Capture Card ( Razer Ripsaw HD ) voll funktionsfähig benutzen kann. Kannst du mir da bitte helfen ich habe jetzt ein neues Mikrofon für teuer geld geholt und weiß nicht wie ich das alles zum laufen bringe ... ich danke dir schonmal in vorraus !!!

Hello! I recently bought a Book 13 and have a problem. Whenever I connect the power supply to the laptop, the fan turns to full load, although I do nothing. When I unplug the power supply, the fan becomes quieter again. So I messed around in the BIOS and turned off Intel Turbo Boost. The problem disappeared. But I would like to keep Turbo Boost on. Is that something that can be solved with a BIOS update? Does anyone have an idea or a solution? Best regards David

Hi everyone. I have recently bought Razer Blade Stealth 13 with i7 1165G7 processor. And noticed that fans often turn on even when no work is taking place. I hear fans when i entering BIOS, i hear fans when i just open some pages in browser, but i see in windows task manager that there are no perfomance tasks running. I turned off Intel Turbo Boost in BIOS, it looks better but still exists. And it's only when charger plugged in. I set 'Battery Saver' mode in Razer Synapse and set 'Power mode: Battery Saver' in windows settings. It's realy better but sometimes laptop turn on fans. I can't understand why fans are running when there are no perfomance tasks(max 20% usage in Task Manager). Could someone give advices how to fix it? I know that fan noise it's okey when you do something complex(like gaming or rendering) but i don't want to hear fans when i reading news in browser. Thank you!

Hi, Hoping someone here will be able to assist me with my 2020 Razer Blade 15 Base Model. I recently had deleted a 16.60 GB Disk Partition (or is it a volume? I should of researched more before deleting it!!) on Disk Management. I was trying to figure what it had gone to and wasn't really using my brain at its fullest potential @5AM... From a few Reddit posts, I they claim this to be a recovery. I'm not sure how to get it back to what it was before. *Edit* I'm not concerned about recovering anything that was on there if there was anything. I just want to set it back up so it can be a recovery partition for wherever and whatever it was previously. Thanks.

I just bought a 2020 Razer Blade Pro 17. From what I understand, It's common for a second slot to be empty, because adding another drive will go past the pcie lane limit of the system. This causes the gpu to run on 8 lanes instead of 16. I was thinking about just buying a second 1TB drive and installing the system in a raid array, but if it limits GPU bandwidth, I'll go with a single 2TB. In anyone has a RBP17 2020 with two drives, this info would help me out!

I've given up waiting for Support to respond with which RAM upgrades actually work with this bl**dy laptop, so I'm hoping that the community can help. I have ALREADY tried Crucial Ballistix (1.35v) and found that it wasn't XMP compliant, infact the machine wouldn't even boot with XMP enabled in Bios. I've also tried HyperX 3200 (1.2v) and while it was XMP compliant, the machine consistently crashed when pushed.
