So I got the shiny new Stealth with the GTX1650 and boy is it sweet!! However, I am running into some issues. There seems to be some crashing on games. I have racked my brain to figure out the issue and here is what I have so far. It seems like the games that are crashing are all Unreal Engine 4 games. However, not all UE4 games crash. For example Call of Cthulhu, Observer, Breathedge are all crashing but Little Nightmares and Abzu are not. Other games not on UE4 are fine such as Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Destiny 2, and Plants Vs. Zombies Battle for Neighborville. The games that are crashing will run for only like 2 minites before crashing straight to windows with no error message at all. All drivers are up to date and curiously when you go to the Razer downloads site there are no drivers listed yet: http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=928&pcid=350&nav=0,350 Any ideas??

I've got a Razer 15" laptop and a Razer Core X. I've always kept the laptop patched, but from what I've been hearing for the last couple of months, current Win 10 updates since about May break eGPU functionality. What has been the experience of the Razer community in this regard? I've not dared update my Razer laptop if it means losing use of the Core X. That thing costs too much to allow a Win 10 update to functionally brick it!

hello i have a razer blade 15 OLED this is number 2 with the same issue i had the same blade model back in September returned it for issues overheating so they replaced it with the same model my original model at full brightness would change the contrast to make everything look super vivid these two units i have gotten recently no longer do that at full brightness theres no change to the contrast and the colors look dull they dont pop out as much and theres also a tint to the screen i have no idea whats going on but its driving me crazy if anyone has any ideas please let me know i have a diagram below to show u what i mean thanks.

So I just Saw this on Razer's website. It is basically the Blade 15 With Chiclet keys. But those keys are opto-mechanical. So, What are your thoughts on this. I got really excited at first, But then I thought about how annoying it might become to have chiclets with optomechanical keys. If my hand slips slightly my whole gameplay is off. Anyway, what are your thought on this?

Razer laptop are expensive. We shouldn't have to pay an additional 100$ to get a proper power adapter for our device just because the one included in the box is too weak. It is my staunch belief that Razer owes us a free 100w charger. This should fall under warranty: it may not be a device defect so to speak, but it is an overstep on Razer's part that causes the device not to function as it should, and not to charge properly.

Hi, in the recent days I surfed a lot on the web to search for a new laptop and in the end I decided that the Blade Stealth 13 is the one that suits the most for me. The problem is that in my country (italy) i can only find the basic model (with iGPU and 8 Gb RAM) and not the Graphic one (MX150 and 16 Gb) So I was wondering if I purchase the laptop from a foreign website (for example i found a good price on amazon.de) will I still be able to contact and receive support from Razer? I found that it's possible to register the product with serial no. and everything so I guess it should be ok, right? Thank you

So my blade stealth (2017) gets stupidly hot when i play games. It would probably burn my finger if i touched the top of the keyboard while playing Oregon Trail. What can I do to keep it cool? I have been placing icepacks under the laptop which works until the packs get warm.

I've got a Naga 2014, yes a little old perhaps... Anyway, it's been working fine but I went to make some new macro's the other day and saw that the device was not detected. I saw that there's a Synapse 3 but that does not appear to support the older mouse so to the support forums for me then... does anyone know of a fix for this, I saw there's a few posts but not actualy solution. There is a lot of info here so I will do my best to make it clear and not one long annoying paragraph. It took me a month to get to the bottom of this and I worked on it everyday. Symptoms: I would be gaming with the laptop and all of a sudden I would lose a third or more of my frames as if I was thermally throttled. This happened when gaming while plugged into the supplied power brick only, never when docked at home to my Razer Core X Chroma. I let it sit without gaming to let it "cool down" and 20 minutes or even an hour later I would wake the computer up from sleep and my frames were still gone. I would try everything you can think of to get the frames back and could never get them to recover. I would just shut it down, unplug it and bring the laptop home with me, giving up on it. The next morning I would wake up and the thing was perfect again as if nothing happened. Only long gaming sessions would trigger this horrible cycle again and I would give up at the end of the day as us

I want to purchase a Core X Chroma to use as a docking station and figure why not get something that will boost performance as well. Has there been any news since IFA about a release date for the up and coming Razer Blade Stealth Late 2019 model with GTX 1650 and Ice Lake CPU? All articles referencing the new model all come from the IFA announcement claiming end of September release and no new updates seem to have been released...

What are you folks doing to get Nvidia G-Sync to run on your 2019 Razer blade (15 advanced or Pro) models to work, if at all (this includes external displays). I contacted Nvidia directly to verify this however. G-Sync is only supported over DisplayPort. The 2019 pro does not have a DisplayPort (port), which again according to Nvidia, is the only port that works with G-sync. The 2019 15" advanced blade does have a DisplayPort (port) <DPP>, although there is no clear documentation weather or not it is directly connected to the GPU. Any answers help (hopefully with some proof) would be greatly appreciated. On a side note, if the 2019 pro doesn't have G-sync on the main monitor (none of the 2019 Razer laptops do) and doesn't have a DPP, who the heck is it for???

I recently ran a CinebenchR20 test (10 mins ago) and managed to get a score lower than a core i5-3550. While running the test I saw my CPU consistently at 1.50ghz using 68% of the CPU capacity with the Power Limit Throttling indicator on the ENTIRE test. Is there some sort of workaround for this? When I play games it seems to be okay, but I will run into thermal throttling often, making my gameplay mediocre at time with the constant drop in FPS. I've removed the battery due to it bulging and afraid of the temps causing more damage to the battery and potentially causing a fire or something. I dunno, I expect more for having paid $2500+. Anything I can do about the power limit throttling? The heat, I can manage, if it add some external fans around the computer and turning my air conditioning to a lower temp

I'm trying to take off the back cover of my Razer Blade Pro 2017 and sadly Razer looks to have made this a very difficult task. There are two screws hidden underneath the rubber feet if you can believe this. I can't work out how people are undoing these screws. Is there a way to take off the rubber feet or how am I supposed to get to the screw heads? Does anyone have any experience with this? I have all the tools necessary. I just cannot work out what I'm meant to do. It seems impossible to get to the screw head without removing the rubber. And Razer, if you're listening, cut this crap out in future generations. My other laptop back covers come off very easily, as they should! SOLVED. With a paid of tweezers, I was able to remove the "plugs." The plugs are separate bits if rubber that come out if you wedge some tweezers in there. Next problem. Looks like I need to find an outrageously small Philips heads screwdriver to remove these two screws. Anyone know the exact
