i have a spending budget of £1500 and am not sure which razer laptop to buy

Hi, Has anyone heard if Razer if adding support for th AMD 5700XT to the Core X/Chroma? Or simply tried to get it working? It looks like AMD have updated XConnect, so it appears like it is 'possible'. Thanks, Pryxm

What is your battery life? So i fully charged it then to test i put brightness on the model to 60 percent then i let netflix run a 4k ultra run i started it around 9.46 by 2.45ish it turned off around 5 hours nothing but netflix is this right? Also off topic on the dell xps u can charge the laptop via usb c can we dothis with razer blade

Hello, I am thinking of buying a Blade 15. I want to play games on the go, so what I was thinking was, are there BIG differences between the base model and the advanced model? Why does the advanced model (fhd 144hz, 512gb) has the older 8th gen i7 while the base model has the newer 9th gen i7. As well as the base model has the option of connecting a gigabit ethernet cable and the advanced model dont. Is the more powerful battery, better cooling (vapor chamber) and 2070 max-q worth the higher price and compromise of not having a gigabit ethernet and 8th gen i7 instead of 9th gen i7? What do you think is the better choice for playing (mostly) online games like Battlefield V or LoL on the go.

I can’t connect my Razer Ripsaw to my Xbox

Hi all, I've recently uninstalled and reinstalled synapse 3 on my pc and i seem to have lost all the chroma apps under the "connect" tab. The razer modules show installed. However I can't see huesync (for phillips hue), chroma visualizer, or any of my games under the list of apps in the connect tab. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey there! So i looked around a lot and even contacted tech support to try and get somewhere with this but there is absolutely nothing!!!!.... What I want: That the razer logo would simply stay always on even if the computer lid is closed or the screen is off since I often use external monitors.... To stay on as long as the computer is on to put it simply! On google i only find threads from people wanting to turn it off . Contacting razer was a waste of time. They really did not seem to understand my request and looked like they tought i had some sort of problem to be fixed... Damn, am I the only one who really would like this??

Hi All Loving my new Razer Blade over the last couple of months, but unfortunately yesterday I noticed that my laptop had seriously drained in battery after getting it out my backpack. Cause of the drain was that my laptop lid no longer appears to stay closed when in its sleeve and pings open ever so slightly, causing it to wake from sleep, be on and drain. I have contacted Razer and they have approved an RMA for a return and repair, but having installed a lovely dbrand skin on the laptop a couple of months ago, when I got the laptop, I am concerned as to whether they might need/have to remove the skin to fix the unit. Anyone had any experience of knowing if/how they can fix the existing unit and whether I am likely to get my existing laptop (with dbrand skin) back after Razer return it? Thanks very much

So the problem I have after purchasing 2016 Blade 14 is that is CPU after reaching 80 C turns laptop fans into jet mode - it's really loud. Only solution that partially helped thus far is that after proper research I reduce CPU mV by 150 and in MSI Afterburner I set up different pattern of GTX1060 GPU usage. What helped the most is to reduce graphic settings in game.. not fully satisfied with this option so: What are my options now? 1. I was thinking about getting external GPU with Core X. Have anyone noticed that after using ex.GPU fan noise is reduced comparing to using internal GPU? 2. Disable turboboost in BIOS? Not sure if that will be any of help but I can't do it since I have old 2016 BIOS version. 3. Change paste in thermals. Most likely will not help a to great exented as others reported similiar issue. 4. Sell Blade and buy stationary. All info appreciated. The video explaining in details the issue:

hi all, Some one can tell me what type the screen of the razor pro 17” and the forthcoming razor 17” studio is/ will be? Is it anti-glare / reflection or a glass like panel? I prefer a matte screen because of the the bright sunlight where i live.

If you're like me and will do whatever you can to avoid wear and tear on anything you own then this might be information you'll find useful. Full disclosure: I looked through the guidelines and didn't see anything about things like this so I'm assuming post like this are allowed? Also this is purely my opinion and YMMV. TL;DR at the bottom As a new owner of a 2019 RBS (and technically new to any Razer system at this point) I was eager to dive into this machine and start enjoying it day in and day out. The problem in doing so however is that at some point your gonna incur some wear and tear which is inevitable. That being said I will do whatever i can to minimize as much as i can then live with the rest. At this point I've already wrapped as much as i could with a dbrand skin including the trackpad and wrist rests as well as throw on a screen protector for good measure. Hello, I own the Razer Blade 15 (2018) and i used to use it for gaming, but i dont anymore because my laptop charger burnt out twice. Luckily I was able to get replace them for free through warranty. Unfortunately my warranty expired, and i dont want to risk another charger burning out so i dont game on my laptop anymore. The charger would get really hot when ever i played games. Anybody else have this issue with their laptop charger?

Hi guys my first post here :) Do you have any experience with docks for Razer Blade Advanced "15 2018? I've recently bought one and wondering if I can somehow plug my setup with one cable. What i need 2 FullHD monitors if there is dock with 3 working outputs it would be even better 4 USB ports for mice, keyboard, DAC and external drive Ethernet port would be great but not necessary I've already found Dell TB15 and TB16, some docks from Plugable but dont know if they are compatible with Razer :(

Hi! I bought a new Razer Blade Advances 2019 with the 2070 Max-Q. While testing out, I noticed that the speakers sound thin, although they can go super loud and stay clear. I did some tests using that video playing sounds from 20 Hz to 20 kHz on YouTube using that video to figure out the quality: It turned out that the speakers are not playing anything below 115-125 Hz. Even my iPhone 8 Plus and iPad can produce a richer sound. Do I have a defective unit or are just all units that bad?

I've been looking on getting a razer blade 15 geforce RTX Max-Q Full HD 240 Hz 9th gen intel core when it's available as the pc I have now needs a fix and to be upgraded. I want something that I can take around with me, on a plane, blah blah blah and was just wondering if with this laptop i'll still need a razer core x , I'll probably be recording and streaming and want to play on high settings with good fps. I'll probably want to connect to my moniter or add another moniter. Also wondering how long this laptop will last me, thanks. ;)

Of course, these are only the Y and U series for now, but the latter is what makes the Stealth tick. I wonder how long it takes Razer to announce "the new" Stealth... (-; I'm also hoping that the H-series sees the light of day in a few weeks, as promised; AND, that Razer's Studio line will feature one of those bad boys instead of the i9880H that's currently listed on their Studio landing page...

Hello guys, OK, so every time I play a game on my laptop, the thing gets insanely hot. Even resting my left palm while pressing keys proves to be bothersome due to the heat. Never mind the top part of it (above the function keys), placing your finger for more than one second burns you, I'm not kidding. I can also feel the heat beneath of the keys (space key for example). My laptop is at stock and my room temps aren't bad (around 70 - 73F). I payed top dollar for this system and now every time a play a game I feel like grabbing a game pad due to how hot this thing gets. Anyways, any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers.

I noticed a small percentage bar that showed up on the upper left hand corner of my screen. It has a black border, blue bar that displays 100 on the bottom. I can move the white cursor at the top of the blue bar and the number decreases but goes right back up. I can't seem to delete it. Does anyone know what this is and/or how to remove it? Thanks! Bill

Hello I want to buy the Razer Core X Chroma to use it with a Macbook Pro 2018 and Wirecast (to broadcast on youtube). Several questions: - Should I go for a Vega 56 or Vega 64 (I am not a gamer, but I will plug several monitors) - Can someone paste Amazon links to the models that are guaranteed to fit in the enclosure? - If I take this to Europe, will it work under 220v? - Is it easy to mount on my own?, I am the worst DIY in the world... So for few days i have this witd issue i contact support but with no luck on my side the idea how to fix this issue end. Prieviosly i use Alienware m17x 2013 model and i have connected 2 usb hubs on laptop one is build in Asus PG348Q monitor and external TP-Link UH700 ver.3 with usb 3.0 the last hub was basestation chroma with i connect just nari ultimate dongle nothing more. On monitor hub i have/was connected Huntsman elite, goliatus extended chroma, sairen pro microphone on tp. link i have/was Nommo pro and mamba wirless. ON alienware with this config everything work fine on blade not so i try co change hub this dont do anything, backup windows from recovery still nothing, update nommo pro firmware no luck update bios on blade to 1.5 and update the firmware this dont give anything. The last thing i try is uncheack the power menagment on usb in windows device menager but the devices go crazy reconnect and connect again everything. when i connect nommo pro to laptop direct i try fo

hey guys! I bought the Razer Blade 15 advanced (with the gtx 1060) and I really like it! I use it for Videoediting, gaming and some other stuff and I want to replace my desktop pc. Do you know, how the laptop behave when it is permanently connected to the power supply? Does it still use the battery and recharge it or runs it over the power supply?:) how do you handle it if you need the laptop all day? Thak you so much!:)

Hello. I'm very novice and I really don't know much. I wonder: what's the point of the CPU? I know the GPU is good for games and all, but from what I understand, the CPU doesn't matter as much? So, what does the CPU do? To play videogames, is there a point to switch from Balanced to Creator mode in Synapse, as it only seem to affect the CPU? Those must sound like dumb questions, I'm sorry! And I'm thankful in advance to whoever feels like explaining these few things to me. :P Much love from a Blade Stealth 2019 owner!
