Hi, the hinge clip of my <Arrow Up> key is broken, I want to replace it. Do someone know the exact hinge type and dimension ? Some searches on internet led me to "Rev.B hinge clip" but nothing on dimension.. Thanks !

Hi, Please do be patient with me as I'm still learning, but I recently just got my Razer Blade 15 2019 (2060) and I realized it doesn't come with NVIDIA GeForce Experience installed in it. I'm just wondering if i need it because in my past experiences that's how I normally update my drivers (easily) instead of having to look through a list of updates. Would be great to know if its ok for me to download it to check if there are any new driver updates.

I have just bought one of the newer Razer Blade 15 Laptops and have found that if I play a game using the battery, it stays pretty cool. It's not a particularly taxing game - Sims 4. However, playing exactly the same game with the computer plugged into the mains makes the area between the keyboard and screen really hot. Is this normal? it just seems odd that there's such a difference from when it's plugged in and when it's on battery, doing exactly the same thing. If it's normal, that's fine, but I just wanted to find out if there was an issue with my machine. Many thanks Traci

iDATUS here again, just created another TECH GUIDE upload. Its taken 3 weeks of about 5-6 hours a day to produce and it uses all the informational uploads I have posted on the NVIDIA GPU's. TWO SCENARIOS 1) Overclock and Underclock the GPU Core Frequency to see the effect on FPS. 2) 4k Ultra max graphic settings, how to cool things down so it doesn't throttle. Best laptop I've ever owned. Period. I've had Mac book pros (quite a few over the years & used for development/work), windows Surface laptops, MSI Ghosts and others, but this machine is tight, beautiful, and very very fast. Played a few games - very fluid - worked on the Unreal Engine - excellent. Coil whine? Not hearing anything that is bothering me other than the fans spinning up but I've probably had more than the average share of loud music... Fan noise isn't bad at all compared to other high performance laptops. Want to try some video editing with Resolve after I get it installed and see how it performs - which I'm expecting will be great given the 2070 with 8GB. It's kinda heavy and kinda bulky due to the rubber pads on the bottom. But compared to my gen 6 MSI Ghost it's tiny lol. see image - both laptops have the same screen size. Hello, I really love my two Razer Blades. The 2019 Stealth has in the Synapse Software within the Power options also a "reduced" mode where I can adjust the fans even down to zero ... I would really love a possibility to have a silent mode also on my RB 15 with 1070 ... it would be really nice to have a mode (with lower TPD / power) where I could set the fans at 2.000 rpm or 2.500 rpm. I discovered a way to boot a CLONED image of the internal nvme drive a little while ago which is good for those who do not want to open up their laptop and also maybe keep a bootable drive just in case something bad happens to the internal one. Virus, crash etc. Spoken to a lot of Razer owners since then who get very worried about replacing the internal drive that I thought it was a good time to repost for all the new owners out there, present and to come!

Hi, I'm looking to buy a Razer Blade (2019) Advanced Model and I wanted to know because I'm going to be doing video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro is it better to go with the 4k RTX 2017 or the 2080 Max Q? Additionally if you know what the battery life is like on either model that would help.

I recently purchased 1.) 2019 Blade 15, Mercury, 144Hz, RTX 2060, and 2.) 2018 Blade 15, 4k 60Hz, GTX 1070. I could not find either one of these models at my local computer retailers, so I bought both--open box deals on Best Buy.com. The plan was to evaluate which one I liked better, then return the one I don't want. I use my computer for work and play. I use AutoCAD for work and work with very large files. At home I do game from time to time, but I'm not the biggest gamer, in fact I probably have only spent around 20 hours total in the last 12 months gaming. I have gotten very used to the glossy 4k screen. Prior to this switch to the Razer, I have owned a Dell XPS 9560 (4k touch), and before that a Macbook Pro. Here are my findings: --4k screen not really much brighter. I could not find online the actual nits for this display though. --4k display does not have the 'buttery smoothness' of the 144 panel. Hi all, Am hoping for some help here, as i couldnt find much info searching normal means. Just got the Razer 15 2019 Advanced, and wanted to know what was best for an external monitor? I find 4K 60hz cables miniDP to DP, and TB3 to DP ... will i be able to get 120+ hz on my gaming monitor? I have a 144hz Azuz ROG "29... and would want to game on that, instead of on the laptop screen... Also, anyone use a dock at all? Maybe one you can recommend that will work with my shiny new laptop? Hi, so I am leaning towards paying the $500 extra to get the 4K touch version of the laptop, there are a lot of things that I can use touch for, faster navigation through menus, drawing/photo editing, and Bluestacks for Android use on my PC. Having used Surface Pro 2, 3, 4, Surface Book, and a Surface GO, there are plenty of times touching the screen is more useful than having to navigate with the touchpad or a mouse, and in some cases, faster. Before I justify this purchase, I've heard that the screens are slightly better as far as contrast, and nits, but I cannot see any actual information on this. If this is true, it's worth the purchase price alone as I am a huge media junkie. Even if I primarily use the device in 1080p(Or 4K with 200% resolution), touch is still super important. 60hz doesn't really bother me because I mostly play fighting games and action RPG's, not games like Fortnite or Call of Duty. I was curious to know what the point of the BIOS 1.02 is? I presently have 1.01 installed from the factory. Is it worth it? Does it unleash the processor a bit more or does it complicate things? Anyone know? Since I have an RTX 2080 in my Core X, I'd like to make sure I'm maximizing this processor's abilities (yes, I know that it's a "U" processor). I have already installed the EC 1.01 update, as when I connected my Core X I was told it was needed. I see that it added Creator Mode to the Synapse Software. I'm not sure if this really does much but I am able to run Ghost Recon Wildlands on Ultra settings and get about 30-40 FPS. I'm not really up to date on modern techno babble but that seems pretty good for an ultrabook.

Hello, I am considering buying a Razer blade pro. I was wondering if it is possible to selectively disable either or both m.2 drive in BIOS ? The reason is I plan to install Windows on first m.2 drive, and Linux on second m.2 drive. This saves me from buying 2 laptops. I need the Razer to completely disable in BIOS level so booting into either OS can't possibly screw up the other OS. Please clarify if necessary ... Cheers ! Hello, I want to buy a graphic card that fit into the core V2 for both Windows and MacOs. My first choice was a vega 64 model but there are very wide, more than 52mm, and sapphire model is longer than 300mm (310mm). Does this fit into core v2 ? Hello there For 4 years I've the same Razer Blade (with GTx960) + Core GTX1060. And since the beginning, when I turn off my laptop, the Core Blow link a tempest and never stop. I have to remove the Thunderbold cable from the laptop, to stop the Core blowing. And today I was thinking, inside the bios, I can choose to desactivate USB when system is off. That's what I did and now nothing works; Core won't connect, keyboard of the blade won't work too; until the windows screen comes. But I just want to access to the bios to reactivate the USB. Anybody can help me ? thanks a lot

Has anyone else had exploding chargers(in less than a month of their purchase of their razer) additionaly my second laptop microphone broke in about 2 week. And my laptop now seems to have issues with the aux input, insert the aux and it doesn't register right away. If there anyone out there who found the same issues for this beautifully functioning, extremely pricy, disfunctional laptop? Not sure if I should trust razer.

Hi, I have the 2018 RB 15 with 1070 graphic and BOE panel ... actual Windows 10 version, all driver are new. I am not able to switch within the synapse software from 144 to 60 Hz. I tried everything but no way. Any hints?

Hello, Razer support couldn't help me, the updates did nothing after fresh installing windows. Now they want me to contact amazon. There's buzzing in my left speaker with audio playback, slight buzz in the right, when I slide the windows volume slider in the bottom right of my screen, its even more noticeable. Anything over 50% is ridiculous. Should I return back to Amazon or RMA? I'm starting to think all razer laptops have speakers like this. Thanks!

Hello guys, I find something weird going on with my blade 15 base model. The Geforce Experience used to recommend a setting near ultra when I play F1 2017 and Rise of the tomb raider and it works fine. The avg fps is right near 60 or 55. However, today I find the recommended settings both become somewhere near high. I try to use the formal setting on F1 2017, it still works fine. But on the tomb raider, I do find a performance drop. I went to the same scenario to test since I don't remember the outcome of the performance test. After this, I update my driver to the latest version, but nothing improved. I don't understand why there is such a difference on the exact same computer. I run my games with game mode on every time. And the afterburner shows the graphic card is overclocking correctly. I don't know how the software gives recommendations, and although it's not causing much trouble, I think it's really wired. Does anyone have the same experience like this or have any idea wh

Given Synapse 3 and a new razer blade, can I remap Fn-<Del> and Fn-<Backspace> to change the system's brightness? Other than writing a quick exe that does this, I don't seem to be able to find a way.
