Or just buy a blade. It has good specs and good pricing

I already have a 2080 max-q blade pro so that would be a downgrade for me. I was just being funny as i could never logically buy the creators edition of the laptop in the future without some spare cash.

A 4K panel and a better cpu is tempting, but I'll stick with what I have. Having a 17" screen in a 15" laptop footprint is awesome.

If it makes you feel better mine hasn't died with almost two months of owning it. :wink_:

Is that about Blade Pro 2019, saw reviews on Amazon.com no one mentioned that only about value (from legit verified account) and non legit one pointing his hate because his previous Blade had issue. If it’s about other Blade, not quite sure but I bought 4 Blade 3 new one refurbished there’re no such dying after a month usage, in fact Blade 15 still runs like a champ in 14 months usage and stealth 2016 over 2 years, last Blade 14 was sold in mint condition after 14 months, got even his (buyer) student discount because he’s happy for buying new Blade:wink_:, all units are being used for gaming. I don’t think this’s only lucky factor, what I do is only using it “rightly”:smile_:

My Razer Blade Pro 17 is the RTX 2070 Max-Q model, and I'm using a RTX 2070 in my Core V2 to power my big monitor, while my drawing tablet is powered by the 2070 Max-Q.

As for my usage, apart from using it for Gaming, and CAD such as Solidworks for my work, I mainly use it for my personal passion projects such as 2D animation, illustration and video editing. 😃

I think you're wasting your money if you are getting a Blade Pro and a Core eGPU. A Core with an RTX 2080 probably won't do much better than the Pro with 2080 because eGPU's experience around a 30% performance drop, and the laptop cards of this generation perform pretty close to desktop cards already.
