Linked games not working completly

Hey @FiszPL, 

A few questions for you from the devs:

1. What PC or system are you using? Please provide the version.
2. What were the games or apps you tried to add?
3. Can you list the steps so they can try to reproduce?
4. Any logs? You can submit feedback via the app and attach logs.

I’m sharing here in case others have or encounter the same issue.

Tested on 2 devices:

1. Laptop with Windows 10 Pro, PC with Windows 11 Pro
2. On laptop I’ve tried to add Photoshop / Inkscape but nothing happens. On laptop I have a bunch of games which are not detected, even if I try to add it manually nothing happens.
3. Just try to add the game/app. If i click to scan for games button it just “search” endlessly (icon just spins and nothing more), but nothing happens even when I leave it open for about 15 minutes. https://youtu.be/VavJfh6I7kY

    

4. Just sent feedback with logs through Synapse.

PS. I’ve done Synapse clean reinstall (uninstall Synapse, and used Razer’s tool to remove any drivers from system, because I still have problem that BlackShark V2 Pro is not detected) but it didn’t helped.

Ok, so with the new Synapse update (but version still remained the same: 4.0.0.336) - linked games search is not functioning properly. Also adding new app/game works flawlessly.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before however, I have had issues for a while with Razer lighting not working with games however, I recently reinstalled the software and this is now working. I have however, not reset up the Hue integration, which has a few lights setup to function with it. This makes me think that either the issue is related to Hue lights or that its due to the fact some of the light bulbs have not been turned back on since I moved and the Razer lighting is not working because it cannot control all the lights in the Hue group for which it is setup to do so.

Anyway thought I would post this as it might help others out there.
