Odd workflows for digital art
A discussion thread for artists who have workflows that are unconventional.I’ll start with mine, used for vector graphics.I generally use, of all things, Moment of Inspiration CAD software for making the actual shapes, reserving Inkscape for coloring, processing, and effects. If I need to make it into a raster image, I export as a raster - usually WebP - then take it to GIMP (that’s the GNU Image Manipulation Program , and yes, mods, the developer is aware of its’ unfortunate acronym) for further edits.I also use MoI for 3D shapes, which I then take into Blender to further modify, process, and render. I’ve done quite a bit of this, actually. What workflows do you have that others would find unusual?
