Razer Kraken Ultimate and Cynosa issues.

My girlfriend has a Razer Kraken Ultimate 7.1 THX headset that her sister got her for a birthday gift. It's now become unusable due to the constant disconnects being worse over time and making the popping sounds when it does disconnect and reconnect. I've tried using it on my computer as I have some Razer™ products too and I experience the same thing. Our computers are pretty identical but don't think it's the computer itself but either something with the Razer™ hardware or Synapse™ software. I mention the Cynosa™ as I have a Cynosa Lite™ keyboard that I now realize has probably been experiencing this same issue ever since I've had it. It's rare, but sometimes when doing a lot of typing it'll suddenly freak out, changes focus, caps lock goes on and a screenshot is taken of whatever it changed focus to. Then it goes back to working as normal after a moment and I have to turn off the caps lock. So, after using her headset on my system, I realize now that my keyboard is likely afflicted by a similar issue. And her headset did the same, only did it once in a blue moon, but now it's gotten so bad that you can't even listen to the full Spiderman™ theme song cover by The Ramones™ without the headset disconnecting at least 3-8 times during that 2:08 length song. Sometimes it will constantly click/pop every few seconds for minutes at a time. That's not cool, we demand a fix.
