Razer Synapse 2.0 won't connect to my devices.

So recently I just got a new Razer Blackwidow Chroma and Naga Trinity (both are compatible with Synapse 2) and I want to customize the lightning on my devices. I downloaded a few profiles from youtube and use it on Razer Synapse 3 and it won't work because Razer Synapse 3 was looking for .chromaeffect but the file I downloaded was .razerchroma. I read stuff online about this and they said Razer Synapse 3 doesn't support .razerchroma files so I switch to Razer Synapse 2.0. This is where the problem comes in. When I download Razer Synapse 2 on its website, I installed it, it doesn't work. I went on Reddit and a person got the same problem. They said to install the driver on this website: http://drivers.razersupport.com//in...iewdownload&downloaditemid=2116&nav=0,343,239. I downloaded and install it (the installing process is a bit different) but the same problem occurs. I even rebooted my PC, reinstall, disable anti-virus and all that stuff but same results. The person I asked on Reddit also uses Windows 10 and it DOES NOT WORK. Please help me, I would appreciate it a lot. And btw, I use the latest Windows 10 and no virus on my PC. Edit: I still have Synapse 3 on my PC when I download the 2.0
