I have 2 Chroma Charging docks for my Basilisk Ultimate, Naga Pro, DeathAdder V2 Pro, and x2 Viper Ultimates but I can not get the RGB on both docks to Sync up in Synapse 3 Using the same PC, nor can I get both Vipers Synced to the customized mode when both are connected only one runs properly... Is there a way to get Duplicate devices to Run and Sync properly using the same system? I would Like to buy 2 more Raptor 27 monitors but I wont if I cant get all the RGB to Sync correctly. So please if you know how to get RGB from two of the same device to sync properly please share!

I think it's not possible, because docks are using same VID_PID combination, and Synapse won't recognise it, since it's the same on both devices, so it shows only one dock at the time. Probably it's "by design", but on the other side - pendrives also have the same PID_VID combination (when comparing the same pendrive model), but they also have unique number, so you can individually recognise each pendrive.

Could there be a way to bypass/change a ViD_PiD of said USB devices to get each of them too work?

VID_PID is bound on the hardware level. Maybe it is spoofable (as HW mac address on network card), but never done it - so DUNNO.
