Hello, I recently purchased the nari ultimate. Works fine in my laptop, but on my ps4 when I have it wired in to the controller, the mic does not work at all. I cant use the USB dongle on the ps4 because it's very sensitive, but I dont mind as long as I can use it wired. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes or ideas?

I was wondering what hidden gems or small-studio games were quality because some are buggy and don't have good gameplay.

I want to use the volume knob on the left to turn down volume to 0% but it's not possible. I can still hear it. Moreover the right speaker is buzzing a little bit while the knob is turned down to 0%. Did anyone have a problem like that?

Well, I want to replace the headband on my RAZER Kraken Chroma 7.1 V1 headset as the material used on that headband has already peeled off, and the main question is where can I find a suitable headband for it? I've tried searching through AliExpress, and the headband I found was shorter than the one used on my headset, which in result wouldn't fit perfectly as it would be moving along the plastic bar which the headband has to cover. I've found also kits with the same headband for RAZER Electra V1, but I don't know if it will on my headset. P.S. Also, on AliExpress, there are some kits of earpads + headband for RAZER Kraken Chroma 7.1 V2, but due to the fact that the earpads are attaching differently on V2 than on V1, I'm afraid that the V2 headband won't suit well on V1 too.

so i just bought them the sound is good but i have one problem whenever I play music on spotify or have a yt video on the background or even when im in a game the microfone seems to pick up my headset souds is there anything i can do to solve this ?

Does anyone know if there would be any issues linking 3 leviathan soundbars with a 1-3 male to female audio cable connected to a single monitor? (Lag, delay, general issues, ect.) I'm thinking about getting 2 more leviathan's to have 1 under each of my monitors and would like to know if anyone has multiple that they can test with or if anyone has experience with a paired system already.

Je regarde et je vois que synapse détecte plus mon Nari Ultimate. Mais mon ordinateur le détecte très bien... Je comprends absolument pas pourquoi. Le casque marche et j'entends les son ect.. Mais il se déconnecte et reconnecte sans arrêt du coup ça coupe le son et ça le remet. Je comprends pas, s'il vous plaît si vous savez pourquoi aidé moi. Merci à vous.

Hi, I just bought a kraken TE via amazon and when I touch the bass button, nothing is happening. I already have installed synapse 3 and do all what is writing in the guide manuel. I think the button is not working. I don't have any sound that inform me that the bass are set to max or min like the volume or the game-voice switch. I still can return it to amazon as I'm still in the 14 days. Thanks for the help *Sorry for my bad english, this is not my native language.

false advertising and does not work the way they sell it. purchased 2 of these. still have one trying to get it to work, i have 0 hope. will probably return. tried this on 3 2019 windows PC builds & 1 2018 macbook pro it gives 2 audio options in sound. sound/game/audio/3d audio/ everything works and sounds good. the second you join a game with chat voice or a software with voice like Discord everything goes to bad. the mic kicks in and the audio either stops or becomes buzzing/muffled. if there is a fix to this.. id love to know. i was trying to avoid buying a desk mic. i know this mic isnt THE best. but iv heard it work on some pcs and it wasnt the worst... so seriously how are you guys using these earbuds for gaming/mic talk

I just got a brand new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition, and I spend hours customizing my setting to make it sound perfect, and I thought that I should share it, to help people start configuring their eq settings. 31Hz - +6 63Hz - +4 125Hz - +2 250Hz - +1 500Hz - 0 1kHz - +2 2kHz - +1 4kHz - +2 8kHz - +3 16kHz - +5 With sound normalization at 25, and finally bass around 60% Of course your may like other settings, but I think that this is a good place to start.

Hello, I recently bought the Razer Tiamat 7.1 v2 on a sale. I decided I will pick these up and use them as a stereo headphone for the meanwhile, while I build my pc with the proper sound card and whatnot. I am using them on my Acer Nitro 5, the model that has an i5, and a gtx 1650. I am not sure what my sound card is, but whenever I use them in stereo they sound very muffled and the bass is very muddy. As soon as I put them in 7.1 mode there is no bass and all I can hear is a very soft high end. It sounds terrible, so for the meantime I use the red plug, which is meant for centre and sub. I want to be able to use the green plug, which is meant for front left and front right, but they sound terrible. Is there some software I am not aware of, or can I purchase a sound processor and connect that to my laptop to get the full 7.1. Also is there a software or programme I need to enable 7.1 on my laptop. I need serious help, really like these headphones and especially love the control unit

So I just got my Naris in this morning and just got around to trying them out now. Ran into a few issues though right off the bat which is extremely concerning and disappointing. 1. When I try and connect them to my PS4 via Bluetooth I'm not getting any sound out of the headphones. They are showing up as my active device in my device settings on the console but nothing is coming out. I followed a simple and short video guide and did everything right. 2. When I use the 3.5mm jack instead I can't seem to get the mic muted in my game so my friend can hear me in Discord on my PC and in-game on my PS4. I've tried just tapping it and pressing and holding for a little while. Please someone help. I've been very excited to get these headphones for a while and I'm super on the fence now.

I couldn’t find a search function so I apologize if these have been asked before but... Is there a way to turn these on without powering up the Xbox Series X too? It’s highly annoying when I just want to use the headphones on my PC or turntable. Is this as loud as they get? I’ve got the volume cranked all the way up and some things are still too quiet.

Hi, I have a Razer Kraken TE and after the Razer Synapse software update the spatial sound stopped working. When I have THX Spatial - Synapse set as default device I get no sound. When Razer Kraken TE - Game is set as default I can't get spatial sound or use the equalizer.

Hello everyone, Today I was listening music with my Razer Kraken Tournament edition and suddenly the sound just dissapeared. Of course I have selected THX spatial as default sound, and I also have installed razer synapse a few weeks ago. Can someone help me?

I can change it in the Synapse app but the button itself does nothing.
