Does anyone know when they will release the s20 phone cases if at all

I've been trying to work out a problem I've been having recording game play and\\or desktop with Nvidia Shadowplay with the Blackshark V2 X: These video recordings have either no audio at all, or very low audio (picked up from the mic, perhaps). Previously used Logitech G635 headset (via USB) and the recorded audio was crisp for both microphone and straight audio output. This works on desktop, and in game. No issues getting audio and mic into my recordings with this headset. ZERO. Recently bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X and I've had nothing but problems getting it to record audio in my recordings. I also have problems with the mic in game voice chat but I haven't been able to clearly define that issue just yet (may be linked, but not sure). For motherboard I have a MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus, with Ryzen 9 3900x, and for GPU I'm using an EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 Super. Using Nvidia RTX Voice with Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Won't record audio with those on or off. Spatial sound on or off

Hi Any plans for a V2 version? Partially def in one ear due to a car accident and I think the haptic feedback vibration could really help! Looking at reviews, people don’t seem to like the mic quality. I would love to purchase but be a bit bummed if a new and improved version is in the works!

So both me and my friend both bought the Razer Kitty Quarts Headset and well it keeps restarting for like 2-5 seconds where it loses our audio and prevents us from talking to our friends on discord until we restart our entire call or video audio wise, We were wondering does anyone have the same issue or fix, I have also noticed that my keyboard, Mouse and Mousemat also restart and its only been since i got the headset and also mainly when we play games of any kind.

I recently bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds Now, when i use it with my laptop, i get an option to choose between headphones and headset Whenever i use headphones, i get great sounds but when i connect to discord comms, other sounds like from my games gets muted. Whenever i use headset, i can hear all sounds but theyre not that great Can anyone tell me why? Thanks!

Since one of the last two updates razer synapse keeps raising my mic volume as I speak. It seems to raise the volume if I speak a bit louder. I disabled ALL mic enhancements, but it keeps raising the volume if I lower it myself. This happens even if I disable the “exclusive mode” in windows microphone settings. How can I stop this behaviour? As soon as I close razer synapse, everything is working fine - so my windows settings are not the culprit.

I know razer hasn't been making this mic for a while, any idea where I can get accessories, like the shock mount? I tried fleabay... I can just about get a blue yeti shock mount to work, but it blocks some of the inputs -- used a dremel to get it to work, but would like the one from razer. Also, the usb on one of my mics stopped working.. still works on xlr, razer support is not helpful. Is this a known issue, any fix? (I'd buy a seiren pro for parts if I could even find one)

I have purchased a new pair of Nari ultimate. I set them up and was playing call of duty. They sounded amazing. However it wasnt until I joined a party that I realised no one could hear me & I couldn't hear anyone? I played with the settings and thought I got it to work.. I was able to send Audio messages and hear my voice back. However when I loaded into game this stopped working? I am using these with XBOX ONE S Am I missing something? I'm processing a return but I really want to give them a go.

My razer nari essential mic isnt working on my ps4 how do ya fix this

About a year or two ago I bought the Razer Kraken Pro V2. It came with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and I used it to help my headphones. Since then I have deleted the program from my laptop as I didn't really know what it was for but I am coming back to it and it is asking for an activation code on the same account. What do I do, is there a way to fix this?

Has anyone experience high CPU usage for Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation when using THX in Synapse 3? If I end the process or reinstall Synapse it goes back down to around 0.5% - 2% but as days goes by, the CPU usage slowly climbs till it reaches 50%. This has been happening since August of 2019 and I tried everything; reinstall drivers and clean install Synapse 3 multiple times, multiple versions, gone from Win 10 version 1901 to 2004 . So far the only solution is to disable and not use THX (using the Nari - Game Audio as the default device instead). Why is this happening and has anyone else experience the same issue?

hey guys, I just got my new Nari Headset today. I was so pumped to hear it in action.... But now are the first problems shhowing up. 1st: The Boys in Teamspeak told me my Voice gets robotic at some points, after checking out in the Voiceactivationpanel I can clearly hear my voice sometimes getting "robotic". Mainly after I was quiet for some seconds and start talking rapidly or loudly. 2nd: My Spartialmode (surround sound for gaming) is not working for ANY SOUNDS neither Music or Gamingsounds. Pls help me guys :( im so disappointed

I have been having this problem lately, that the mic from the headset picks up every desktop sound if that sound is too loud. And that is annoying, because when im in a call with someone they can hear everything i am listening too, which is first of all annoying to them and also too me, and a problem when recording. I know this issue has been brought up a lot, as i have also seen it on these forums, but there just isnt a fix to it. I've tried all the basic things (sound settings and stuff....), updated firmware, reinstaled windows and updated drivers, messed with discord settings, no matter what i do nothing works. Here is the funny part, my 2 friends, who have the exact same headphones, but no such problem. Is this even possible. There has got to be something i can do. I would appreciate some help so we can finaly fix this problem. I know a lot of people have the same issue, so please help us. Thanks

Hey i've had my Leviathan for a few years now and everything has been great but recently my Leviathan does not work with my PC at all via Aux or Bluetooth. There's just huge static when i select it as an audio device. I can pair the speaker to my phone as a bluetooth device just fine. Reinstalled bluetooth drivers on pc and all my other bluetooth devices work just fine. Anyone else got this issue? i've noticed that as an audio option the razer leviathan pops up as razer leviathan stereo, idk if the stereo option changes anything or not.
