So i purchased the above headset, im browsing sound settings etc, so whats peoples user preferences as far as dolby digital, dolby atmos for headphones and windows sonic, i played an ATMOS film (venom) didnt really notice much difference from my corsair HS50s Playing blackout and other BR games that involve sound to be very important i was hoping to edge being able to hear footsteps clearer but seems the latter i hear them less somehow, despite this headset being higher frequency ranged than my corsair set My current settings are out of the box settings bitstream out and dolby digital so the hub deals the 7.1 out as it should or is 7.1 only when the dolby button is pressed if thats true then all that button seems to do is add reverb to the sound including mic audio which is a tad annoying Anyone use windows sonic etc see any differences from the dolby digital?

Hello! I bought RAZER'S Kraken 2.0, 7.1 Surround Sound Headset around July of 2016 and with some games it's refusing to work. I can listen to YouTube and most AAA games just fine, I tested them with Crusader Kings II, SCP: Secret Laboratory, among others, however with some games like The Darkside Detective and Aaero, it's not projecting any sound. I came to the conclusion when I plugged in some random Bluetooth Speakers and they projected sound just fine. I've tried to: Reinstall Razer Synapse 2.0 Reinstall the Kraken 2.0's drivers Change all possible settings within games that don't work Restart my PC Recalibrate my headset, (which also didn't project any sound, somehow) I'm a bit dumb with audio, so is there any solution, or should I just buy a new headset? (also, there are these beeping sounds, like the rhythm of footsteps, that happen from time to time. been happening for about a year now too.) Thanks! Minerva

Hello, I'm a long time "I use speaker" PC gamer, and recently decided to pick up a Leviathan. It "sounds" good, but now I feel like I'm not getting the most from it because I have an older Audigy Fx sound blaster card. 2 questions: Am I not getting the full 5.1 (because there is a separate 3.5mm jack for rear channels and no optical out)? Would I get much more if i picked up an optical out like a Z, Zx, ZxR card? Assume price isn't a concern, I just want to make sure I get the most from my speaker purchase. I appreciate your time! I recently installed Win 10 pro 64bit on a build with ASUS B-450 prime plus motherboard that has the realtek audio driver, after installing the drivers for my kraken pro v2 7.1 headphones, the system went into tilt. During windows reboot the system is crashed. There is a loud buzzing sound in my headphones from time to time, and my ears are distorted. I believe it is a driver conflict problem. How can I solve? Hi guys! I have an idea for a synapse enhancement (for the Nari) : Choose the macro of your choice when you press one time on the power button ! Because we know that to turn off the headset we have to press this button for something like 5s so we can totally press it one time to make an other action of our choice like turning off the Haptics ! Because Haptics can be a very nice thing but sometime it's not and it's borring to always have to uncheck haptics in the razer setting. What do you think ? Thanks ! :)

Hey all, Just got my Razer Nari a couple days ago and I really like it so far! A lot of my friends I play games with on Discord say that my voice sounds a bit choppy and that I sound like I'm going in and out. I decided to test my voice by making a video on my laptop camera with the audio input set to my headset mic, and I did a voice recorder test and I sound fine.. Are there any Discord-specific settings or tricks I can try on my end? Thanks!

I recently migrated from kraken pro to kraken 7.1 v2, and noticed some glaring changes. one of which is something that has left me quite confused about the factory default settings of Razer Synapse. When I play CS: GO, I realize that there is a lot of noise, a clump of sound that makes me a bit confused and makes the gameplay very difficult. I recently used the EQ configuration in dance to see if it improves but I would like to know if there is a better one than this. Sorry for English, I'm Brazilian and I do not speak much English! Anyone having issues at all with the Razer Thresher headset disconnecting and not being able to reconnect with the XBOX ONE? Well I figured out something that even their support lacked nor was it mentioned in it's manual. If you have the issue where your Thresher for XBOX One, drop connection and no longer will sync like the controller along with trying to turn them on and only to have them turn off with in 5 seconds. Here is how to fix that, lucky I had a 2nd XBOX in the house to figure this out. Once I had this issue, I went and tried syncing my new Threshers to my old XBOX one. Sure enough it worked. After many attempts to sync them with the XBOX ONE S I originally paired them with after they dropped permanent connection. So it worked, the Razer Threshers worked on my old XBOX One, so I knew it wasn't the headset. So What I dd to fix this, I jumped back on my new XBOX and un-synced my controller, along with I think this was the key unplugging my XBOX ONE S from the wall

So I got my headset maybe 3 months ago or less and they don't seem to send any audio. I tried taking the usb out and in again but doesn't work, I also used the app which is now gone. Help?

The year is 2017 and it's February. I had just gotten further involved in PC gaming. I had gotten a Blackwidow Chroma for Christmas and wanted some more gear, specifically headphones. After some browsing I decided on the Kraken Pro V2, as it was within my price range and was what I needed. I get them, have issues of echo, whatever. February 2018, a single year, comes around. They crap out for no reason and after contacting support I got a replacement pair. February 2019, a single year almost to the date, and they start to slowly go out again until they're unusable. Why is it that two pairs of $80 headphones are only able to last a single year each with careful treatment? Improper treatment causing that would make sense, but never throwing them around, never using them outside, being careful about liquids, etc., leading to them going out is unreasonable. Has anyone else had issues of their headphones lasting an unreasonably short amount of time? It's frustrating to say the least when on

Picked up a pair Nari Ultimates a couple weeks ago - been treating them like they are worth their wgt in gold (they damn near are!) yet woke up this morning to a DEAD unit. Won't turn on, won't charge - the charging indicators aren't even lighting up. Yes yes, tried several cables, USB ports, and wall chargers. Contacted support, who were nice and helpful, though ultimately told me I should try to return/exchange the device with the reseller (amazon). If that fell through, they'd be happy to work through a warranty return. Frankly, this is fine by me as I don't have to deal with RMA shenanigans - looks like Amazon will have a replacement here tomorrow. I guess all is well that ends well, and mostly here to vent - but curious if anyone else has seen similar issues with the Nari line, or if I was just unlucky. I guess we'll see how the replacement pair holds up...

does the hammer head bt connect to ps4 and if so does the mic work?
