If you are having problems with no audio,not paring even when using a wired connection,random disconnection,etc it’s because of the poor build quality.Exterior of the headset looks great but wait until you break it open and look inside.I found out that they skimped out on soldering wires and instead just hot glued them to the boards.It was only a matter of time before it went to garbage.

So, 2 days ago I bought Razer Kraken X Lite, came home and today I wanted to try surround sound, 1st I was having problems with Surround Sound App and I was reinstalling it 5 times, after that I finally installed it, when I wanted to log in it said “No authentication found”, I was searching the fix on Razer Insider but couldn’t find anything, I only found 1 mod that said “Uninstall the app, restart the PC and install it again”, I did that 3 times nothing happened. Please someone help.

about a year ago, I found that Razer’s THX Spatial Audio (as awesome as the virtual surround sound Razer offers) it still had a problem, which was i had a memory leak on system startup and I know for a fact it was being caused by Razer’s THX software because when I remove the program, the issue is solved. I found a reddit post on this same issue from 3-4 years ago so if you guys STILL haven’t fixed it, that’d be quite sad. That’s why I uninstalled the program then. I wonder if others here can confirm they are having the same issue.But I really hope you guys fix this issue because I miss the THX spatial audio, it is the best virtual surround sound offered today. I’ve tried others like Dolby atmos and DTS. they were not bad, but Razer THX is the best one imo.Anyway, i have 32 GB of ram on my laptop and on system startup i would see my ram usage going up from 8 GB all the way up to 32 GB while my computer is sitting idle. so yea that’s a memory leak.

The subwoofer of my Razer Nommo v2 pro stopped working. It doesn't blink any lights. Speakers are blinking red. It is 2 months old. What do I do?

Hello, shortly after purchasing this headset it will randomly start making a really loud static noise. I have the unplug the USB and plug it back in to stop the noise. Very annoying to say the least… It will happen to me probably every 5-10 minutes. 

When i tried to call on discord and play a game of valorant, i couldnt hear the in-game sounds but i could only hear my friend talking. What do i do? 

These are  wired 2 piece speakers with 3.5mm jack connected to audio output of my Windows 11 desktop computer. The speakers do not show up in Sound Settings,  and when  I click on ADD DEVICE Windows is unable to find the speakers.  Some things I’ve tried with no success include:Windows audio trouble shooting; Updated Drivers; Restarted computer; plugged speakers into another power outlet. Can somebody please help?  

I bought my Razer Kraken back in 2019 and it’s finally starting to bite the dust my problem is i have my headset plugged into the Razer Seiren X where all it has is the 3.5mm jack and all the headsets use USB-C is there an adapter i can get to convert usb-c to 3.5mm jack so i don’t have to replace my working microphone as well

 I’m looking to purchase a headset with a high quality microphone for voice control and dictation. The sound guys rate the black shark 2 pro microphone very highly. However, I would like to use a wired connection, as voice recognition tends to have problems with the latency and compression associated with wireless transmission.  Is the microphone in the black shark v2 X the same as in the V2 Pro? Hello Support,  I have been using the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro (2020 version) for about three months now. A few days ago, the audio stopped working and it was no longer detected in the Synapse Software. I tried running the pairing utility to fix the issue, and all I got was a pairing failed message. The part that confuses me is that it has the static blue light indicator, which before meant that it was supposed to be connected, but the audio was not working and it was nowhere to be found in the razer software. I have tried; -redownloading software-removing all razer related apps and running just the pairing utility -updating drivers-so so many restarts-downloading new synapse beta; in this version it showed up in the software, but was marked as disconnected with no way to reconnect it.-reading through many similar threads, but none of them have real answers. Unfortunately none of these worked, and now I am lost on what to do. At this point is it just an issue with the headset itself?

I have a Razer Kraken V2 Pro and now it is having problems with the USB cable and disconnecting itself. I would like to know if there is an authorized store to carry out the repair in the Belo Horizonte Minas Gerais region or in another region of Brazil.

So i bought some blutooth earbuds, lost everything but the usb dongle, bought a new pair and lost the usb dongle, so i got earbuds from one set, and the usn from another, any iddeas on how to proceed, can i link them to work as a pair?? HELP MEEE😔

Hello.So i bought a pair of Razer Kraken X Lite headset a year ago and it worked fine until the microphone stopped working.I tried using it on PC,Console,even on a phone,and the mic doesnt work.I checked every setting to make sure that the mic wasnt disabled and still doesnt work.Can someone help me?

I only ever use my dongle with the green light on the headset but recently it keeps randomly saying “bluetooth connected” my pc bluetooth and phone is off and it has never been connected to either of them. It has only ever been connected via the dongle. Anyone know how to fix this?

HelloI bought my razer headset some long time ago.Since im playing back shooter games i found out i need to activate the 7.1 sound.But i can't activate the code in the 7.1 app.Not sure if the code past some due some time and isnt available anymore.Thanks anways

Hey folks, I’ve had the Nommo Pro V2 for all of 24 hours and already dealing with a bunch of annoying issues.The speakers themselves:When I start up my computer they’re always off/disconnected, is there any way to make them turn on automatically, they’re plugged in via USB that should be possible.  Turning them on requires double tapping the command pod, how would this work for the non-pro that doesn’t have the command pod?The Command Pod:It will not enter command mode, i’ve tried removing batteries followed every guide online, and nothing has worked. Saw another forum thread where they said only returning the pod and getting a new one fixed this. HiI just bought Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro, and I’m having issue with connecting in via Razer Audio app.It works okay but for some reason its not recognizing the device via app.I’m using an iPhone.Already tried doing basic troubleshooting.Restarting phone Install- Uninstall the app. Forget Device reconnect it again.

I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 Edition and I'm having trouble enabling 24-bit audio on my Windows PC.
