Hello,Every time I turn on my computer, Synapse 4 switches from THX Spatial to stereo (my headset is a Razer Blackshark v3). The settings show THX enabled, but it's actually stereo. When I switch to stereo, the sound remains the same, but then when I switch to THX, it clearly changes. After switching, it stays in THX Spatial mode until I turn off the computer, and then switches back to stereo the next time I turn it on. What causes these random switches?Sometimes, the sound changes when the headphones are simply idle, but this issue was resolved by disabling Ultra-Low Latency. So, my second question is: how can I use Ultra-Low Latency without changing the sound?I tried a clean reinstall of Synapse after first removing the device drivers from the system. I've tried creating and deleting profiles, disabling power saving, disabling ultra-fast latency, changing equalizers, disabling other audio devices, and trying all the sound enhancements in Windows, except THX.Thank you for your attenti

When listening to music on YouTube with surround sound, it sometimes clicks. The drivers are the latest version.  How can I get rid of this?

I use the BS v3 w/ my windows11PC and the audio is too low. No gaming, just streaming TV, watching streamers and listening to music. I have everything maxed out but they are just aren’t cutting it. What settings in windows or Razer should I change to make it louder. Thanks.

I must set my Leviathan v2 to 4-8%, louder is unbearable.Can you please fix this problem, it was reported 2 years ago by another but closed without a reaction in the support topics.Do you want me to get hearing loss?

I have had the issue since the device was new whereby you fire it up for a Zoom or Teams call and you appear blurry. Initially, I used to think it was an issue with background blurring, but even with this turned off, it is blurry.The only way to “fit it” is to up plug it and reconnect. This often (but not always) works. However, a few hours later, it will be blurry again.I have updated the software and have had this problem since Synapse 2! Any suggestions beyond ditching it entirely? 

Hi everyone,After updating Razer Synapse to version 4, all the settings for my Leviathan V2 soundbar have stopped working. The equalizer doesn’t respond at all. Switching to THX Spatial Audio is disabled inside Synapse. Along with the update, a separate THX Spatial Audio app was installed. This app requires a paid license, and only started a 15-day trial. The sound quality on the soundbar is now terrible compared to before. I never had to pay separately for THX Spatial Audio in Synapse 3, and everything worked fine.Can someone please advise: How can I roll back to Synapse 3? Or is there a way to get the EQ and all settings working again in Synapse 4 without paying extra? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I am experiencing a persistent issue with the USB dongle for my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. The headset itself seems fine, but the USB transceiver is constantly malfunctioning on my Windows desktop.The Issue: When I plug in the dongle, Windows Device Manager does not recognize it properly. It shows up under Universal Serial Bus controllers as: "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" "Unknown USB Device (Configuration Descriptor Request Failed)" "Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)" The device status shows Code 43 ("Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems").Symptoms: The dongle is not detected by Razer Synapse or the Razer Firmware Updater tool (the tool asks me to connect the device, even though it is plugged in). Occasionally, if I unplug/replug or re-pair it, it connects for a very short time but then disconnects and reverts to the "Unknown Device" error. Now- my microphone is quite difficult to retract into the headset.. Very difficult. I won’t force it, so it just stays out and dangling. I hear it’s a common issue and look past it.Then, after charging it last week, I’ve had the recurring issue of the left channel being much much quieter than the right ear. Think, 15-85 ratio rather than 50-50 between each ear. I ignore it for a bit but it renders the headset essentially unusable, and I’ve seen plenty of other posts about it.But I’ve noticed, if I turn the headset off and close synapse, then turn the headset back on with Synapse closed, it works fine..? This seems to be a recurring thing with these v4 Pro’s, wondering if this is a hardware issue or Synapse 4 issue. All firmware (oled screen, headset, and synapse) are on current version. Including windows. Headset is only ~6 months old, bought from Bestbuy. Same issue when wired, Hyperspeed wireless, or Bluetooth. Same computer.

Purchased a headset from Amazon through a third party seller back in Feb and when I attempted to register device, it wouldn’t allow. When I attempted to reach out to Razer Support, I then see that the device is registered as stolen. I emailed Razer through support and through my other personal email and haven’t received any reply. I would like to get this resolved to see what I should do. Or if I should just send the headset back lol

Might as well share.I have two issues with the audio of my Blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset. I have an MSI Alpha 17 c7v Windows 11 laptop and I have tried every possible solution I could find on Google and the Razer troubleshooting guide. The headset’s volume slider changes the master volume of Windows instead of just the headset. Also, Windows recognizes the headset as ‘speakers’ instead of ‘headset’. I don’t know if that could be the issue here, but I had another headset before this one, a wired one, and it had no such problem.  A friend of mine has a 2020 version of this headset and told me he has no such issues.   When there is no audio playing, the headset produces some white noise and crackling sounds. So my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro has been working at full capacity with absolutely no problems since December.The microphone has always worked, whether I connect it before the headset has been turned on or after.It worked without complaint yesterday, and today upon turning my headset on and trying to call a friend on Discord, the microphone failed to operate. The speakers and audio and the device itself are all fully operational. This is the first time this has ever happened.The headset has neither been dropped, struck, nor left in unfavourable conditions. Hello, I lost the dongle and jack cable of my razer barracuda x headset, how can I get it from you?

Recently purchcased a Kaira Hyperspeed headset, I found out the dongle doesnt work when the switch is on wireless mode (the pc doesnt even detect it when inserted in the USB port), but works fine on XBOX mode. I doubt the wireless setting is somehow broken because it works fine when connected to my phone. Could it somehow be that the XBOX app I have installed is somehow interfering with wireless mode? Im pretty sure most of my drivers are up to date.This is really annoying me because the audio output works fine, but I cant use the audio slider nor use the microphone.
