I use Barracuda X 2022 for about 5 months and in May I met a problem. System doesn’t see device after shut down PC and charging it. When I switch USB port system can see the device. But it isn’t comfortable. 

Hello, I recently bought the razer kraken v3 pro and I don't understand when it charges. It flashes yellow-green while charging and then red. When I remove it from its charge to turn it back on, on the software I see that it is not 100% charged. So it takes me more than 3 hours (or a whole night) to charge it and when I want to use it, it's not fully charged.

Hey, I have same headphones Razer Thresher and my daughter lost the device that you plug in the console. ( I am using a PS5 ) My question is : Can I buy a device to replace the one I had it ? To be compatible with this headphones.  Thank you in advance. 

Hello, I have a version without USB (DOngle or usb conection in the headset  ) , so I have to connect how? with xbox receiverI cannot connect the headset , the razer app to connect or even to update the firmware does not work (it needs the usb)so how should i do it?

I've been using my barracuda x 2022 for 2 months and i realized that my microphone sponge got dirty. I didn't do anything everything is clear except it. It changed colour to yellow. What should i do? I tried to clean it with white soap, it also didn't work help.

Are any of the Razer microphones suitable for recording musical instruments ? (Not in a professional sense, just for videos and stuff).

I’ve had this headset for a while and finally got a laptop so I decided to pair it for gaming. I got it to pair but everytime I go to connect it comes up with a prompt for a pin, I have no idea what to do and haven’t seen anything online about a pin being asked. I really don’t want to have to buy a whole separate headset for my laptop so I’d appreciate if someone could help. 

So, the microphone sounds REAL bad, but when i try the Mic monitoring (sidetone), it sounds great! how do i make the input sound like the sidetone?

Hello Everyone,I have given up on my new blackshark v2 x usb headphones.Every morning when I begin my day, I start my laptop and these headphones don’t have any sound in them.So, I have to first uninstall the SurroundSound app, restart the laptop, install the app again.Only then the sound comes and I can begin working after 10-15 minutes of this daily drama.I have a tight schedule, I have to work on all 7 days of the week, so I can’t afford to waste time on this process.I bought these headphones because of its brand name, but it is opposite of the brand’s popularity.Can someone please, for the love of god, tell me on how to avoid doing this.I have tried all possible workarounds already as I didn’t get time to type it all here till now.Since about 2 weeks I was doing the same thing, but today finally I took some time to type it here.I did it because of the love that I have for the brand Razer, nothing else.If someone cares, please reply with a solution, if not, I’d have to live with it

I got a new headset and connected it to the usb port on my computer for it to charge, when it’s charging it turns on but the minute I disconnect it to use the wireless function it’s dead. I already returned it and ordered a new pair in case it was a factory problem but it’s the same thing with the new one. It will only turn on while charging. I should mention that my pc didn’t have bluetooth so I had to get it with a usb, I don’t know if this has to do with the issue but i’ve already tried everything from deleting the device on the computer, installing it again, using the repair tool, deactivating the option of saving battery, EVERYTHING. please help me 😭😭😭 model is wireless kraken BT hello kitty and friends edition 

When I try to record something, my razer seiren X bass boosts it alot and it’s not warranty covered anymore, how can I fix it???

Hello! I love Razer products but now i need a gaming headset which can connected via wireless, bluetooth and a 3,5mm audio jack. The BlackShark V2 Pro looks great but is it possible to connect the headset with a 3,5mm audio jack to usb-c adapter? Hope‘s anyone can help me!

My pc cant detect my  Black shark v2 X and the mic makes weird noises even though we muted the headphones we can still hear the weird noise. The headphones mic and the laptop’s mic are both working in the same time  

I just got the Razer Barracuda pro headsets and I need help im a mobile gamer I know very weird but I got these headsets because they have good Bluetooth connectivity and not a bad mic but I need help setting up the eq for the mobile app for gaming I've been trying to find information online but it is near impossible I just want to find the best eq settings for mobile gaming for sound wise also the game im playing is basically tarkov mobile its called arena breakout im trying to adjust sound so I can hear everything extremely well in game but I just don't understand how to utilize it correctly please can someone help.

today I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones with a microphone, after I connected it to my laptop, and only headphones appeared, but there was no microphone, everything works fine on the phone, I don’t know what the problem is. 

I’m not sure how to adjust the volume of the chat on the fly.

Hello,I purchased the Kraken V3 Pro when it launched but had to return it to the store because if no audio was played for maybe 30-45 seconds, the first seconds or so when the audio resumed would cut out. To be clear, after the audio has fully resumed and 1-2 seconds has passed everything was fine but having to constantly cut off audio when resuming from a 30-45 seconds idle state was annoying. This was apparently by design because i read more people having this issue.Either way i want to ask if this behaviour has been changed with a firmware update. So Kraken V3 PRO owners (or Razer staff), is the beginning of the audio still being cut off when resuming from a 30-45 seconds idle state?Thanks for your replies
