I was wondering if I can buy a new empty razer hammerhead case to put my old razer hammerhead earbuds in. My case was stolen at the gym but I still had my earbuds in my ears so I want to know if I can charge them with a new case?

I'm in need of some recommendations for an over-ear wireless headset. I'm looking to switch from Razer as their products keep breaking and the headset adjustment is always broken, resulting in uneven sound. I'm hoping to find something similar to the Razer Nari Ultimate.

Hello , have one question , can i use my Razer Nari Ultimate with Usb Cable , or with 3.5mm cable? Or have to do it only with wireless connection?

I'm having trouble getting Synapse 3 to detect my Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse. Despite my efforts, such as uninstalling drivers and removing the Valorant game and its client, the issue persists. Is there any other potential solution to make Synapse recognize my mouse?

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Seiren Mini | RZ19-03450 microhpne. In the technical specification part, it is mentioned the sampling rate is  Min 44.1kHz/ max 48 k Hz. but when I connect it to Windows and see in device properties, it shows multiple sampling rates from 8k Hz to 48k Hz. I attached a snapshot of it.  In reality, I needed a 22.05k Hz sampling rate for my application, and by my chance, this microphone supports my desired sampling rate. Currently, I have to order another microphone with conference features, and it should work with 22.05k Hz. but I don't know how I can be sure about the supported sampling rate by it because for Razer Seiren Mini, the real specification was not matched with the technical specification mentioned in the manual file.Can you suggest a conference microphone that supports 22.05k Hz sampling rate? Thanks

Hi all,So I got the Razer Blackshark v2 X and so far great headphones! So I tried to upgrade to THX Spatial Audio, the moment I buy it and get the order through, I get a confirmation email saying that my order was cancelled and my money gets refunded. Could someone please help out as I’m stuck here and can’t seem to purchase it at all. Thanks!  

Hello,I am having issues with my Razer Seiren X constantly cracking and popping as if I’m getting major feedback. My friends say they can’t hear it in discord and when I play back my VODs on twitch, I dont hear it but I can hear it while using the mic through voicemeeter. I tested to see if it was voicemeeter but it doesnt do it with the mic on my razer kraken or my blue snowball mic. It seems to be an issue with my Seiren. My router is on the complete opposite end of the house so I know its not that (like many other forums have suggested).  Any help is appreciated!

Hello, my razer kraken headset that I have had for about 3 years or so suddenly had its left earphone just completely cut out last night. Since then I have researched everything there is to look up on how to fix this and still only one side works. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

My dongle and pod is plugged into the back of PS5 .  The type c Bluetooth connector is plugged into the front of my PS5. Everything sounds great to me.  My PS5 friends say everything is great no echo...My friends that are on PC or Xbox hear an echo of my voice.    How do I eliminate this echo?

So I’ve been looking all over the internet for some help, so last night my mic worked fine, and my pc told me there was a windows 10 update. so decided to go to bed at let my pc update, when I got back on it this morning my mic no longer worked, I’ve tried unplugging it, and put it into another USBI’ve tried removing it from systemman, did not work either, even tried to rollback my pc -  But windows did not allow me to do that xD

I'm in the market for a wireless headset for my Series X, and was initially considering the official Microsoft option. However, I recently stumbled upon the Kaira Pro and it seems more appealing to me. That being said, while researching, I noticed that some users on this subreddit had reported issues with the headset a couple of years ago. Before i formatted my laptop, i used to have the THX Spatial Audio working, but now it asks for the activation code, and the THX button does not work for some reason. How do i fix this?

The sensibility of the mic is way to high people are muting me in game because they hear everything. I checked on google to go to mic properties and then Levels and then lower the mic sensitivity but all I see is Microphone level. there is no sensitivity mic I could lower.

Hi im wondering what Firmware version everyone is at in the razer audio app im currently at 1.0.13.0 but i read somewhere else people getting ones at 14 or even higher . Also my earbuds tend to want to disconnect while playing on dongle ps5 while also being connected to a bluetooth device . Turning off all pair devices seemed to solve the issue so im sure a firmware update would fix this 

When the Headset is connected with the dongle, I can hear bussing sounds in the background and I couldn‘t find any Solution to fix This problem.I would be grateful for any answer! 

Hello! I recently made my first razer purchase (moving away from logitech).- Razer deathstalker V2 pro TKL keyboard- Razer basilisk ultimate wireless mouse I am absolutely loving the quality and functionality of these products. I am now looking at upgrading my headset.My question is, does the Razer Barracuda Pro have the capability of connecting to my xbox series x? I would love a headset that does it all: PC, Mobile & Xbox Console. I am unable to find a definitive answer online. Thanks alot,New razer user.

the title says it all…. ive had the headset for close to 3 years and every now and again i mess with it hoping theres a solution.  my mic in the kitty BT headset has never worked. no matter what device i connect it to. ive tried everything in the forums and support has never responded so this is my last shot before giving up on these expensive ass headphones. i can pair the headset to my pc or phone and all i can do i use the headset speakers. no mic. doesnt even detect it… anyone out there have any input? id like to keep this set and not have to buy another. thanks in advance for any helps!

Just got Opus X and was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent case for travelling?Had hoped there might be an official Razer one, but can't seem to find any that specifically mention the Opus X when searching for alternatives

Where can I find a replacement for the razer nari ultimate dongle? I’ve contacted support numerous times now and instead of saying anything usefull, they just keep telling me to keep looking until it’s back in stock. I’m not that naive to even think it will ever be in stock again, I just want solutions. I’ve not payed 180 euros for a cabled paperweight. But apparently there is absolutely no solution from Razer itself and they are not even trying to help. I guess the era of good customer service is done or Razer just isnt playing that game.
