Can I replace a torn off ear cushion on the headset? Where do I get them and what tools do I need?

The sidetone on the BSV2Pro (and all of razer's other wireless headsets, tbh) have sidetone that is barely noticeable even when set to max. Please fix.

I have the Kraken Ultimate headset and I no longer have the option when THX Spatial Audio is selected to choose competitive or environmental modes, I am only given the option of Stereo or Surround Sound. I had the ability to choose competitive or environmental before. Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be appreciated. I have seen some people suggest unlinking games but this is not limited to just the games I play, which don't even show up as options to adjust the type of audio output, but its the only options for all programs that use audio.

anyone else have had issues with their hammerhead tws, i bought the 2019 version and its been givign me issues out of the box, the left one charges but lasts only half an our, anyone had it, is there a solution to it? what can i do to fix it? i cant exactly return it since its pricey and will cost me the same to buy a new one but i dont hve the money for it

Hey, can someone help me out and let me know what's the difference between all these hammerhead earbuds... So I noticed on the razer site they have three different ones for sale. The (2019), Gen2 and the Pro's but when I went on Amazon to see what deals they have I noticed they have the old 2019, TW, TW X, and the TW Pro. From what I can tell... TW = Gen2 TW Pro = Pro...duh. TW X = ??? Not even listed on their site for sale, but have seen these in stores. I tried to look around a bit and the one thing I came across was the VERSUS site and they have the TW X as they best ones but from what I can tell the TW X have the (2019) style ear piece vs the Gen2 and pro ones.

Hey I've got a new Blackshark headset. To maximize its range I want to connect it not directly to my PC, but to an USB extension, so that I can put it at a higher position. Do you have any experience with that? Will it affect my latency or overall sound quality? Best Golem

I´ve a Razer headset and recently the left ear have started to crack/sparkle when starting my computer. I, somehow, managed to find a solution which consists of; 1. Manually updating my "realtek" audio device to "realtek High definition Audio" hardware 2. Restarting the computer (if prompted) 3. Manually updating audio device to "high definition audio device" (which says it may not be compatible with my computer.) 4. Restarting computer (if prompted) And then it works normally... Somethings to acknowledge here: - If i´m not prompted to restart, I can skip that step and only restart if prompted. It will still solve my problem. - If i dont restart if prompted, it will not work. - Any other combinations of restarting, driver versions etc won´t work. - I do this everytime my computer shuts down or turns to sleep. - Windows update haven´t fixed this issue - Dont remember if any update caused this issue... - Uninstalling / reinstalling doesnt do anything - I don´t move or change any posi

Hello! I just bought the Razer Kraken X v3 USB headset today to replace my old corsair. After getting it setup, installing the surround sound, trying multiple fixes and ports, I don't believe they are working as intended. The sound quality seems fine when listening to music, but playing a game, such as For Honor, becomes terrible. The reviews online say this headset has phenomenal sound quality yet I do not find this to be true. Things sound far away and quiet, how can I fix this? For further detail, I can not stress how bad the sound is compared to my old corsair void lites. There seems to be little to no bass, and in the synapse I have no options to configure it. The audio is at full volume in the control panel and I've tried multiple ports. In for honor it sounds as though I am listening through a screen on a door, and the sound is VERY light. It sounds loud at times but is not a very "full" sound. I really don't want to go to refund these, can someone help me out?

I mainly play Rainbow 6 Siege, and I'm looking for a set of wireless headphones that can tell me where the enemy location is based on sound feedback (no idea what it's called, but enemy footsteps/gunfire sounds like its behind u, on your right, 10 o'clock etc). I also need the headset to be good for commute, with active noise cancellation (i take the plane a lot and the headphones will help me sleep when connected to phone playing music). Connectivity to the plane's entertainment system is a huge plus, but not a requirement. Do you think the Opus or Barracuda Pro is better? Or is there another headset I should look at instead?

Hello everyone, I ve been having a lot of issues with the kraken v3 pro. Some of them have been solved through the firmware update: strange noise when haptic was in use and charging never endding. One of my issues was with the hyperspeed usb dongle not being detected by windows on statup (had to unplug replug each time for dongle to be detected). In the end after many, many tests and digging, I seem to have found that the dongle has issues when plugged into an usb 3.x. My motherboard doesn't have usb 2 (asus rog crosshair VIII dark hero) unless using Port Usb 2.0 Hub plugged into the 9 Pin of my motherboard and have the ports at the back of the tower. And guess what...it worked! Now the razer usb hyperspeed dongle is detected at startup, no need to unplug replug. If some of you guys, have the same issue, and I know several has, my experience will help you. For other issues like wrong balance and so on... I can't tell. Hello, I'm using the Razer Surround 7.1 app and have it selected as my default output device. However, after a few restarts the Realtek Audio device gets automatically selected as default audio device, effectively disabling Razer Surround. This is very annoying because not only do I have to manually switch back to Surround, but I also have to reconfigure all apps using audio input. How can I fix this? I cannot uninstall the Realtek driver because if I disable it I have no sound at all (Razer Surround uses Realtek in my case). Regards

First, I plugged my Kraken X headphones into the headphone port of the Nommo speakers, and turns out my headphone doesn't produce any audio at all, they only have audio from the speakers if I unplug them.

Raazer Kraken. 7.1 surround sound - on When start music or any game I hear "muffled" sound (not sure is this right word or not - "muffled"), it can be fixed if I turn "off" and then back "on" Surround Sound in the app, sound becomes way better after this. So, every time I start a game I must turn "off" and "on" Surround Sound, otherwise sound will be "muffled". Simply put, after headphones "rest" a bit (about 10-20 sec), next sound will be "muffled" untill you "off" --> "on" Surround Sound. Tested it on another PC - same. Hello, everyone! I bought my headphones half an year ago (kraken x multiplatform). My pads started smelling really bad, how do i clean them up? I looked up in the official information, but I found is a towel with alcohol on it, then I needed to just use it on the headphones. Is there anything specific for the pads? Hi. I have a problem with my Razer Audio Mixer or Razer Synapse. After minimizing games there is no sound. I only hear my voice through Mic Monitor. And after that I can't turn off/restart my PC without unplugging the USB cable from Audio Mixer.

I've tried almost everything (removing the device, resetting Bluetooth completely, making sure it's registered as a playback device, everything people have recommended, to the official web pages and still no luck. The audio comes in and out but for the most part, it's simply just no sound. (my Bluetooth version for my PC is 11.3, so I wonder if that's the issue?) Hi, I've had these headsets for a while now, and they seem to have an issue related to the volume knob built into the headset, if I change the volume using it, my left headphone will stop working completely. The only way to fix it during the past was to keep moving it like some old radio. Today it happened again but currently it hasn't worked again, hopefully someone knows what's causing it or has a solution. Thanks

Hi! I want to use my Razer Nommo with a subwoofer that I own. I tried using the 'Headphone' jack output on my Nommo speakers, but it disables the Nommo's audio and only broadcasts to the subwoofer I connected. Is there a way to disable this feature so I can use the speaker and my subwoofer at the same time? Thanks!

Hi all, I have a problem, I bought for a girl razer kraken kitty edition, and they are not identified by Windows when connected, appear for a second and then disappear, in the Device Manager they are, in the sound settings is not. Found a temporary solution is to clamp the THX SPATIAL button while turning on to cosplay mode, then they work but no settings in the synapse, glow with one light. Reinstalled Windows, razer synapse and all the drivers, the same on other computers. (*Omitted)
