I accidentally broke my Nari Ultimate 3.5mm cable, so I'm wondering, will the Nari 3.5mm replacement cable be back on stock? I really hate going third party on these kind of stuff.

Hi, couple days ago I smashed my usb relay from BlackShark v2 pro headset, and I use them with jack, and can I do anything about it? Because I cant even use my microphone.

My headset keeps disconnecting and then reconnects just to diconnect shortly afterwards again. I purchased it in July 2020 and this issue keeps reappering from time to time usually lasting for a few hours now its been going on for a week. I have been trying to reinstall the software but sadly didnt fix the issue.

Hello, I recently got Razer Kraken Tournament Editon headphones. When I use them (I have the Game set as default and Chat set as communication default) It has a horrible noticeable ambient background noise that is staticy. Is there any way I could fix this? I've tried re-installing the synapse and Cortex but nothing seems to work. We even got a new pair and I'm running into the same issues. Just got the first pair of Razer Headsets ever, the Kraken v3 Pro after using an older pair of Astro A50 for a few years. It feels like the audio was much better and clearer on the Astro than it is on the new Kraken. I've tried messing around with the EQ settings but I'm not able to find anything that works. Am I doing something wrong here? For example I got on RDR2 and the environmental audio sounds clear, but shooting in general sounds very low. Same for some other games I have tried.

I can't seem to get any Equalizer APO settings to affect the audio of my Tiamat 7.1 headphones. I have them plugged in to my ASUS ROG STRIX B550-f Gaming motherboard 7.1 speaker jacks. Unfortunately the Realtek console and Sonic Studio 3 apps are total pants as they don't allow me to set my own crossovers for each speaker so that's why I've installed Equalizer APO. Do I need to uninstall Sonic Studio and turn off bass management in the Realtek console, I'm assuming I should be doing my own management in Equalizer APO?

Hi everyone, i have been using these razer kraken pro since many years now and they provided me with absolute hearing power and they still do. My computer was getting old and it was time to change it. Installed my new rig on the desk follow by the usual updating/restarting required. Reinstalled razer synaspe for the surround pro. At this point surround was not activated, and the difference i could hear just from the swap between the two pc's was; sound volume was very low and on the systray it was set at 100% compared to the 50% on the old pc which was just loud enough without hurting my ears. Before trying a game i wanted to enable the 7.1 surround sound threw synaspe without success. I can hear the volume increase when i switch it on but there is (dont know how to call it) distortion, static? I tried many step-by-step from razer tutorial to whatever platform i could find since the last few days, without success. There is one thing that catched my eyes tho; - on the old pc windows

I got the Razer Kraken Ultimate about a month ago, maybe even less to be honest. And there have been a couple things really annoying me about the Razer Kraken Ultimate headset and Razer Synapse. When I registered my Kraken Ultimate I was really stoked to see I could choose which audio setting I could put certain apps to using the Mixer when I selected the Kraken. After I set the THX Spatial - Synapse audio device to my default audio device using the tests in Synapse stopped working. When I use the "calibration" test in the Mixer, I can't hear the helicopter when it's played in front of me, I can hear it when it's in front and to the right, then everywhere else it's silent. Until the helicopter sound gets in front of me and to the left. And that is only when I have the THX Spatial - Synapse audio device set to default. I don't know if this is a headset issue, or a software issue, probably software. But it's very annoying. Two more things. I really hate how loud the Razer Kraken Ultimate

Hey everyone, I desire a new headset to retire my 10 year old razer carcharias headset, (i absolutely love it, but it’s time to go wireless for a cleanliness upgrade!) so here’s the deal. i bought the logitech gpro wireless headset. On paper it was 100% upgrade; out of the box beautiful headset and here i am going “heck yes this is what i needed!” charged it up and used it for the first time(warzone/halo infinitive) WOW where is all the audio? why does it feel like im playing an old battlefield game with no sense of direction of where footsteps are or where shots are coming from vs my 10 year old stereo headset that i can clearly hear footsteps and their EXACT location with an extensive audio clarity where i can even hear what terrain im walking in and if someone is nearby?? this was even with “surround sound” off, with it on it was even worse. i need help finding that “100%” upgrade from my carcharias stereo headset. Hello, I recently bought the Barracuda X Headset, but it was impossible for me to make it work in my laptop. I charged the Headset completely and then I connected de USB C wireless receptor to the computer. I pressed the on/off button until the blue light indicator was blinking, but it never got to connect. Changing the USB port did not fix the problem. By using the jack wire I could make it work in my phone, but neither in the laptop. Does anyone know what could be my problem? Thank you so much

hello, from today I happen to hear a sound in headphones that interrupts everything else, this sound goes like "tun tun" and then stops. I don't understand if it's the sound that indicates the battery or the signal.

TLDR: I cannot find a way to get the Kraken v3 Pro's, are they released and just out of stock, or not released yet? If not released yet, does anyone know when or the latest updates from Razer? A little background: I am completely deaf in one ear and have moderate hearing loss on my other side. I have struggled with a lot of game due to not being able to detect directions of shots, footsteps, etc. I usually set my headsets to Mono audio otherwise I don't even know to get behind cover or even realize I'm shot before I'm even dead. I was going to get the Nari Ultimates because of the haptics, but noticed the v3 Pro is the newest model with that. Wireless is very important to me so I am holding off on the wired version. The Razer website says that they are coming soon and my trusted online retailers seem to not have them listed, even used. News articles seem to list them as coming out October 2021 with the other 2 v3 models. So my question is, are they released and out of stock, or not

Good day. As in the heading, I have the raxer Kraken X Black. Problem I have with this is that the microphone will pick up sounds ie voices and ingame sound from my headset speakers. Apart from turning down the mix sensitivity is there perhaps a software suite that I can use that will enable noise and ech cancelation. thanks in advanced

Just bought a pair of Razer Anzu but I hear intermittent static/buzzing especially on right temple when its paired on both PC and my android phone. There is also random hums (they sound like wireless interference). I hear it more when there is no audio and quiet surroundings. I love these pair of glasses but that buzzing is very bothersome and drives me nuts at night. I tried updating the firmware through the app and I can still hear it. Anyone has a fix for this?

5 months ago I bought a Razer Thrasher Headset for my PS4, and just recently I bought a PS5 because I was ready for an upgrade. I realised that there is no optical port on the PS5 meaning the audio on my headsets won’t have 7.1 surround sound. Is there a way I can use my optical cable to get the most out of my headsets?

Charging was always iffy with this product, I got it shortly after it was released so I probably have a release model. Its great but I replaced it today with the Kraken Hypersense V3, because the charging was such a pain never going to go wireless with razer over the ear headphones again. Pros - Great sound - First haptic headphones - Haptic was actually dope - Wireless connectivity was actually good and had nice range Cons - Charging is wildly inconsistent, need to plug it in multiple times and had to press the power button (seems to give some juice or restart the board) - Micro USB port started breaking, main reason i retired it is because I spent 10 mins each time trying to get it to charge - Quality, I expect more from a pricey headphone, main issues is the charging and its charging port. - Bandwidth issues, this kind of contradictory to above but although it was good if you have way too many USB 2.4 ghz connection than it gets interrupted.

Damn man these have been out of stock forever or either that everytime I checked it was. Just an FYI for all others out there.

Hey there! I've currently got a set of the Razer Kraken Pro headphones, which came with oval ear cushions. I had to purchase round cushions to use instead, as the oval ones are too big for me and end up being uncomfortable on my head. I'm looking to upgrade to the Kraken V3, but I see they also come with standard oval cushions. The problem is, I see no round cushions listed anywhere on the site as a replacement option :/ Does Kraken no longer carry these round cushions? Are there any other options, or am I just out of luck? Any help would be appreciated.

Does the razer kaira for ps5 allow for simultaneous audio playback from the console and a Bluetooth connected device. For example, can I listen to music through Bluetooth on my phone while also have game audio from the ps5 playing at the same time through the USB c dongle.
