My wife has been having issues with her headphones for a while. It seems to occur when there is a loud sound which triggers the headphones to turn off and back on. This has occurred with the Razer Kraken, and 2 separate pairs of Razer Kraken Kitty editions as well. We've tried different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) and we've tried reinstalling synapse and trying without synapse as well. I can't think of anything else to try.

Can anyone recommend a travel/carry case? The Razer case doesn't list the Blackshark v2 Pro as fitting, but may fit others. I think these look on the larger side of all the headsets? Thanks

The power button on my Blackshark V2 Pros is rattling. I got the first pair replaced and the second pair has the same issue. Anytime the headsets moves the power button is rattling and it's very annoying. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hey people I got the blackshark v2 pro headset and in trying to get the mic to work on the ps4 I've tried everything like the aux and usb adapter but can't get the mic to work anyone know how to make it work?

why cant my synapse 3 detect my kraken bt kitty edition? my synapse can detect my abyssus elite mouse and works with its chroma. the lighting from my kraken came from the razer audio app for android only, so its not in sync with my abyssus elite. are there any fix with this issue?

The Kaira Pro headset had been working very well with my Xbox Series X for a few months. However - I just bought a new gaming PC... And when the built-in Bluetooth wouldn't function on my PC... I bought the "Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10" that is specified in the Kaira Pro user manual. It won't connect, period. I have tried for two hours, scouring every corner of the internet before coming here to find another person had a thread describing the exact same issue. Of course - that thread from April won't allow any further replies and it had no help for the issue. Windows is up-to-date. Firmware is up-to-date on the Kaira Pro headset. Drivers are up-to-date on the Wireless Adapter for Windows 10. I can find no way to "unpair" the headset from my Series X. When you hold down the pairing/power button until it flashes (pairing mode)... It either turns on my Xbox for me, or (once the Series X is totally unplugged from power outlet) the headset stays in pairing mode forever. I

Hi guys I just got my Razer nari ultimate 4 days a go and it has. Crackle when audio is played, I did completely remove razer software and reg files, and it temporarily fixed the problem, but it's came back, I think it has something to do wiry the thx? Is there anyway to fix it permanently? I love razer as a brand have have loads of razer products, the headphones apart from that are amazing, I hope I can get this fixed as I really don't want to return and go with a different company for audio Cheers

I recently bought Kraken X USB headset and installed Synapse 3. I haven't enabled 7.1 yet. I only have two tabs: Sound and Light. Is this correct? Is there a reason for this headset not having a Mic tab, where I could adjust mic monitoring (sidetone)?

I want to use Razer Thresher XBox One headset for my iPhone or MacBook. I read the description in the box, it seems like only compatible with Xbox & Windows 10. Is that anyway I can pair this headset to an iPhone or Macbook? It seems like cannot connect with iPhone & Macbook. I am not able to search for the headset in my iPhone & MacBook although the headset is in pairing mode. If the headset is not compatible with iPhone or MacBook, is there any adaptor I can purchase to connect with the headset?

It's been almost a month since I got my headset. On day two I got them disconnecting and reconnecting, then it has no sound (sometimes it has sound but very rarely). The time it disconnects, my PC gets a big lag. While it doesn't have sound after disconnect and reconnect, in Windows settings it shows as a playing sound. It happens randomly, around 1-3 times per day. Mostly, I need to plug them out and in to make them sound again. Oh, and Synapse doesn't see them every time after reconnecting. It worked well on other PC, I checked every USB pot. I tried many ways to fix it, but without result: updating all drivers, updating BIOS, reinstalling Windows, reinstalling Synapse, switching off all the energy threads. I haven't seen anywhere exactly the same problem as I.

This headset is advertised as a 7.1 surround sound headset, but isnt it stereo by default? and uses the razer cortex for the 7.1 software? Im looking to buy this and im hoping its stereo by default cause i've heard that 7.1-default headsets have bad audio quality.
