I know it doesn't effect the headphones quality, but for some reason my new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset don't light up. I have tried reinstalling drivers and updating all my drivers yet still no luck. Anyone have the same issue as me? Anyone could possibly know the solution, I like the lights.

Hi, I have a Razor kraken kitty, i paid for it with my own money, as it was my birthday money, im only 17, so this was a big deal for me, but ever since ive got it, Synapse 3 has been making my pc crash. In the event viewer, I only see an error related to the headset driver crashing: The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem. I did see the error with the location displayed before and it was the location of the USB. I tried to uninstall Synapse 3 and download Synapse 2, hopeing that would work, but I use my headset for discord calls, games, netflix at ngiht, etc, but no one can hear me, and i cant hear them, Synapse 2 isnt picking up my headset, What should I do? I even regestered My headset on the warrenty area of Synapse 2 and its still not picking it up. (Yes the headset is plugged in to

Ive switched USB slots 2.0 and 3.0 ive repaired and uninstalled synapse. all my other razer devices are being detected. the headset was being detected last week but just disappeared one day

I own a Razer Blackshark V2 X and I know that it came with a surround sound code. However, I lost the slip of paper that had the code. Is there any way I could recover the code?

I've had a razer nommo for my pc awhile now and just recently bougth a new gaming pc wich i built myself and when i plugged in my nommo it won't turn on when i press or hold down the on/volume button on the base. Sometimes i get a notification that my pc is configuring the nommo but then it just disappears again after 2 seconds. No lights under the base turns on or anything.. I have the power plugged in the same way it was when it was working before i unplugged it to move my gaming setup. Anyone know what could be wrong or how to fix it?? I have tried different outlets and/or usb connectors in my pc, nothing seems to help.

I dont know if i yanked too hard or messed something up, but the end of the cable that connects to my headset is really wobbly now. I dont really remember if its always been like this. Anyone else have this or did i mess something up?

Hello, i have recently bought a razer leviathan and i am experiencing an issue: after a while, the soundbar starts making an extreme static noise, no other sounds are heard except of that. It only happens in games, if i listen to music and/or watch movies it doesn't happen. Here's what i tried: I tried reinstalling the sound driver, just in case, but nothing changed. Help would be appreciated

Is there a way to turn it off from my xbox because the vibrate is getting kind of annoying.

I have my Nari Ultimate for about a year now it was always working fine but now whenever I want to use it wireless and I plug the usb dongle in my laptop/ps4 it just wont connect anymore. The light keeps blinking but it wont connect. I figured out that if I put something beneath it or give little pressure to it it does connect so it looks like the usb dongle cant be plugged in like it should be. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution? its quite annoying I cant really use it wireless anymore. Thanks in advance.

i'm looking for a new headset mainly for use in Valorant, So that is the priority but i also play Apex & Tarkov on the side.. Mainly focused on the ability to hear footsteps and determine where they are coming from in the games. i don't really mind if its wireless or wired. I've looked at the Razer Kraken Ultimate & Tournament additions, and also the BlackShark v2.. wondering how those compare and also if anyone has any other suggestions for my use case.. Thanks

Hi! I've been using a nari ultimate for some time now and I'm satisified with the item, but since I wear it A LOT, recently I was thinking about replacing the ear cushions. Hello! I have the Kraken D2 ManO'War TE headset for console. I can hear audio fine through it but when I unmute myself everyone complains of loud squealing noises coming from my headset through party chats and they cannot hear me. This happens on my PC too only all sound audio is distorted (through both cablings). I'm wondering if there is a fix or replacement part to this or is there a way I can send it back to be fixed?

Was the stormtrooper edition a limited run or will in be coming back in stock? Would like to start supporting Razer and was hoping to start with the Kraken Stormtrroper edition leading into project Hazel. Thank you for any help and answers
