A Razer headset with no sound, poor audio, or uneven balance might be caused by dirt or debris in audio ports and on the audio jack, improperly plugged-in audio jack, hub connections, incorrect playback device levels or settings, software issues, or faulty audio drivers.

I experience this issue but in different story
Wire headset with only USB-A connection are often experience this
Re-start is always the best solution
There should be a new video - how to properly set mic volume.

Because it's another support video when it's overboosted and it's bad to listen to 😜

Checking the system volume settings could have been the first. It is a surprisingly common issue.

Very helpful since I just bought a Razer Blade 15 Base Model with RTX2070 and a gaming peripherals Razer Cynosa and Razer Viper mini
Restart the PC do help in connecting the headset

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Never had this problem with any of my Razer headset (exept when I forgot to plug it...:cool_:), but I know where to look if it happens.
