This is my first Razer product, love it. It looks great and I will test it out in video calls and such. But there is no native Mac software from Razer. Anyone know why that is? If I cant get to the setting proper I will have to return the probably coolest cam on the market
I have a Razer Kiyo that has some focus/blur challenges that I thought would be useful to update the firmware for. There are several versions ahead of its factory settings (I have 1.0.1 and the firmware is 2.3.2)… so it should be straightforward, right? Evidently not. The firmware tells me to Contact Razer Support, but if I try to contact support it mentions that the Kiyo I have (the OG model) is out of warranty. So… what? Firmware is still valid for this thing, right? It’s still hosted on the website? It still functions? Shouldn’t I be able to install the firmware? Is there any solution around this error message?
Hi everyone, Juste bought a Razer Seiren Mini condenser mic and when I plug it in my laptop I get a huge static/white noise coming from it. What do you think I should do ? - Already uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek drivers - Plugged it into my laptop and PS4 with the same results. I don't have a desktop PC on hand though. Thanks for your feedback, piatruss
I’ve seen a few threads that say that the fix for a blurry $150 webcam is to A) unplug it and re-plug it each time, or B) change the drivers. neither is a solution I think we should accept. I use mine in a docking station with four different laptops, one of which is a work laptop whose drivers I can’t change. This is marketed as a top end webcam, and I have to fiddle with it more than any other cam in my inventory. razer, fix your crap.
Hello everyone I hope you are very well, I just bought this beautiful microphone, but synapse 3 does not recognize it as my other accessories (mouse. keyboard, kiyo etc) this is normal or should I do something to be recognized? I'm looking forward to your help, thank you very much!
So as exciting as it is that I just hooked up my PS5 after playing awhile I decided to hook it up through my Razer Ripsaw HD, in doing so I have just a black screen, tried unplugging it, restarting pc, checked both HDMI cords the one that came with the pc and the razer hdmi that came with the ripsaw, both worked from ps5 to monitor, I can find nothing online about it saying it doesn't work, everything says it should work and recommends it, anyone have anythoughts cuz I am at a loss and now for streaming I must use just my PS5 which negates everything I have setup in SLOBs.
I got my Kiyo Pro yesterday and after setting it up I realized that the webcam is super laggy to the point you can’t use it. You get a stationary picture every 3-5 seconds and that’s it. I tried messing with the settings on Synapse with no luck. It’s plugged in a usb 3.0 port. Today, I used it on a friend’s pc and it’s working perfectly fine. My pc is like 10 years old. So, my question is, does pc hardware affect webcam lagging/stuttering? If so, which particular hardware part is responsible for that? CPU or GPU? Thanks in advance!
I have a Razer Kiyo cam. Works perfectly on my Windows 7 work laptop, for skype ...etc. On my Windows 10 desktop, I constantly get the following error; "An error occurred accessing camera/microphone. Check other apps are not using those devices and try again.". I've enabled permission in settings, disabled firewalls, uninstalled drivers...etc. Any suggestions? Thanks. UPDATE: The microphone works for Skype (and other programs), but no video. When I disable the microphone in the the sound settings of control panel, the camera will work, but no microphone.

But I watched a video where the guy was streaming with macbook in obs with razer capture card. Here is the link: Macbook Air Stream Razer RipsawI look forward to your answers and ideas, thx! Andrew
Hey everyone,So Razer hasn't been able to help me with this consistent problem I’ve had with this webcam. My webcam glitches/flickers in and out sometimes more than other times. I have looked up every possible fix online from watching videos to removing it off my USB Hub to buying a new USB 3.0 cord as it was recommended by Razer to stop the glitching. This problem has been persistent for about a year now. I love the way the video looks when its not glitching but its frustrating when streaming or recording and this glitching constantly happens to the point it gets really distracting and forces me to remove my webcam from the video/stream. Any help is more than appreciated.Thanks,-Bryan
I'm getting a tapping noise coming through my ripsaw HD. When I pass through to the monitor the sound is gone. But when I listen to the ripsaw audio through OBS or even just listen to the output in the recording section of windows sound control I can hear the constant tapping. I have tried taking everything off the USB board to see if it was to much, but that didn't help at all. I'm lost at this point and considering getting a different card altogether. Any help?
So I upgraded my setup yesterday, and now I am having problems with my Kiyo. For some reason StreamLabs OBS and normal OBS are no longer picking up my Kiyo. I go into Synapse and it works there but not in OBS. I don't really know what is different today vs yesterday besides the fact I got everything on a M.2 and a internal SSD but that shouldn't be a problem.
My Seiren X just started to pick up my voice as if I'm across the room even if it's just inches from my face. I know the mic isn't broken because it randomly worked earlier but is back to making me sound like I'm whispering. Here are the things I've already tried: Going to the Sound Control Panel and adjusting Levels. (They were already maxed out. There is also no boost option.) Uninstalling its drivers and plugging it back in. Unchecked "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device." Switching USB ports. Installing Razer Synapse. It doesn't support the Seiren X, but I thought I'd try. Updating the motherboard's audio drivers. Any other piece of advice would be appreciated.

So, this is a fresh article from Australia regarding the new audio mixer. One thing came up with me, that he sort of addresses, and I'm hoping someone in the community is able to answer. The article link: https://www.well-played.com.au/razer-audio-mixer-review/ The author mentions: "Admittedly it did take me a while to get it all going with my microphone, an Elgato Wave:3 that interfaces via USB rather than either of the analog audio inputs available on the Audio Mixer. Most of the blame for that goes to Windows itself though, which can be incredibly unclear about what sounds are playing where, but after a bit of fiddling and trial and error I managed to convince the mixer to take control of my mic input despite it not being directly attached which is pretty exciting." Does anyone have any clue how he managed to get the USB mic to be recognized by the mixer? I couldn't figure out after days of trying, and support has gone silent on me regarding it. I'm utterly baffled why it would
After watching a bunch of reviews for this camera that said it would be great for productivity, and increase the quality for all of us "work from home" folks, I pulled the trigger and bought this camera. Installed fine, Configured it to look great inside Synapse. HDR works well for the lighting in my work space, Medium FOV is perfect for my office as well. Go into Zoom to take a look...BLAH! All Widescreen FOV, no HDR, just looked like garbage. Video flashes every 2-3 seconds ands would probably cause seizures in an actual meeting. Tried Teams...same thing. Even connecting the camera to NVidia broadcast it looks horrible.
hello one connect it to PC, i could hear sound of usb plug / unplug >> windows feel with usb of mic i see installation ( USB input device ) >> comes for first time this installation shows under: Human Interface Devices) also i could see ( Bravo HD FW Update) under settings >> Bluetooth & other devices >> other devices microphone Led does not works at all i noticed this issue is general, and need razer fix issue by release firmware to fix it i noticed other people already talk before /razer-seiren-elite-firmware-needed.59212/ so we need general fix https://i.ibb.co/3Szd6wD/Bravo-HD-FW-Update-Copy.jpg
So let me explain my situation first as it might differ a bit from yours. My setup is PC-Ripsaw HD-PS4. I didn't have a 3.5mm headset, just my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 which uses USB and was connected to my PC. So what I wanted was, to hear my PS4 audio through my headset via my PC. But that doesn't just do it by simply connecting your PC to your Ripsaw to your PS4. So in order for you for this to work, your headset needs to be connected to your PC, which I hope is possible for you! I have 2 monitors and I just hooked up one to be my PS4 monitor whenever I want to play on PS4 so everything for me is close to each other. Now on to my workaround. I use a software called: VoiceMeeter Banana: https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm. It's free software. You might want to download their virtual audio cable as well, so you can expand some things, though for this solution it's not necessary. If you have a huge setup with lots of software and want to fully customize, you could get VoiceMee
