Let me begin by saying I have use only Razer products for close to 10 years now. I have always used mac for my design and video editing. The profiles and keymapping are crucial to what I do. Up until a couple years ago, I never had any issues with any of my products. Grievances: 1. No Synapse 3.0 compatibility 2. New products not compatible with 3.0 3. 2.0 new update does not recognize any hardware 4. Products stop working without any fixes, ie. keyboard lighting, hardware not found, macros not working 5. No support for issues besides "Have you updated?" "Try unplugging and plugging somewhere else" "Reinstall software" as if I haven't tried all of these multiple times. After these "suggestions", nothing but "Im sorry I don't know what to say" I'm sorry to say, but you're losing a lifelong fan and user unless you make Mac a priority. I know I am not the only one. (5) Deathadders of all versions (2) keyboards (2) headsets. Oh.. and the original Nostromo "gamepad" before it was bought

Hi, I am looking to buy my son a Razer gaming keyboard and mouse for his birthday but have no idea which one to get. Any help appreciated please. He wants to be able to use with a PS4 for Fortnite and other games would like usb or wireless but don’t want to pay over £150. He likes to play on his bed and at a desk / table and we have a laptop which has windows 10 which we will set it up on. Hope you can help! lisa

Just purchased the blade 17 recently (2021 mid year model), is it normal for the left palm rest to be warm? (vs right palm rest being totally cool). I'm a little curious on the science behind the heat felt because underneath the left palm rest is probably just the battery instead of other components prone to generating heat like the GPU/CPU, wondering if this will be a concern for the longer term? Anyone else experiencing a similar thing with their blade? Is it something to be concerned about?

Hi everyone. I am looking for personal responses to this question and do not view this as a support or technical issue. I am NOT looking for Razer support. Basically if you use external speakers and aren't playing content (sound) then you will hear buzzing and clicking regardless of whether you are plugged in or not. This does not occur when using usb speakers, bluetooth, or the speakers on the laptop. I have been through two Razer 14's from the microsoft store which both have this problem and I have heard from one other person who allegedly went through 3 laptops which all had the same problem. So I would love to hear that someone DOESN'T have this issue as it would give me hope. It would be nice if Razer would start making the Razer exactMat again it was my favourite mat and I'm using it since 2008 and it's still in good condition but I would need a new one, and make the speed side better because it doesn't work

hi guys, i recenntly bought a blade 15 advanced with the rtx 3070, i7 10875 model 21 and wanted to upgrade my RAM and SSD. A 1TB SSD is already installed and like advertised, i wanted to add a second ssd on top of the already installed one. I, unfortunately dont know how this should work, it seems my ssd is too short (allthough it is a normal 80mm long SSD). Is there a trick ? i watched many videos, but all Razer models i saw had other solutions then mine. In the picture you see that my normal ssd (80mm long) is simply too short to be mounted with the screw, i painted how my ssd fits in if it is put in the slot. Many thanks in advance from Germany

I have the Nari Ultimate and I have been experiencing crackling in my audio when I have my volume at around halfway, it isn't anything crazy, but it is noticeable at all volumes. Turns out nothing was wrong with the hardware but instead the EQ. I have it on the preset "Game" and was just posting this hoping you guys could fix this. The easiest way to replicate it is to listen to Flashing Lights by Kanye West, at around half volume with the EQ setting on "Game".

Hi everybody, i just bought a Razer blade 15 Advanced QHD equipped with an i7 11800h and a 3070gpu...i have installed intel xtu and with a -70mv undervolt i reached 4900 points on cinebench r20...the day after i've updated the ram with a 32gb kit 3200 mhz from crucial (that btw is just running at 2666..because of the xpm i guess). Intel xtu is now blocked and the core voltage options is now grey. I just remember that trying to fix the ram speed i used the F3 in the bios to "optimize the setting" hoping for some improvement. Does anyone know how to help me?

So I am using a Razer Blade 14 3070 and whenever I get on some call(zoom,discord,etc) any other audio starts to mess up and i can not hear anything except voices and this is especially messy when someone presents their screen during the calls. I cant hear anything . Anyone know how to manage this issue?

As of now I think it is too late to get any silver rewards through the squad rewards. But I am looking to reliable people to squad up with for next season (season 70). I have some strategies in mind and it will only take a minute literally to go through them. These strategies are "Busy Person" friendly. If you are interested let me know with a reply and thanks!

Hello, I was doing system maintenance and saw the available BIOS update on the Razer Support page. After reaching 100% the system turned off and now it has a black screen and lit keyboard. It is a Razer Blade 15 base 2020. Razer won't warranty it because it came from a reseller on Amazon, even though it was fulfilled by Amazon and the warranty policy posts Amazon as an authorized retailer. Anyone have any solutions? It almost seems like they purposely brick systems to generate repair revenue.

As title suggest, why? I just spent 2.7k on a razer blade 15 advanced a few days ago, I paid a damn premium, I shouldn’t have to worry about my battery swelling in a few months or a year, I’ve used many different brands laptops and have never experienced that. Mini rant: I even kinda regretted buying a laptop for that price, a PC would be better I know, but I chose portable, happy I did but kinda regret it, especially when I see really good PCs with 3080 GPU and a really good CPU.

I've been experiencing a very annoying issue with the scroll wheel, where when I press it in order to scroll on a web page - it sort of "turns itself off and on", meaning the scrolling can stop all of a sudden without me stopping pressing the scroll wheel. An even more annoying bit is that sometimes, when I close a web browser's tab by pressing the scroll wheel while hovering over a tab - the mouse presses twice (or more), and it closes multiple tabs. What could be the issue? I've searched this issue and people suggested blowing air in between the scroll wheel air gaps, but that didn't resolve it. Thanks in advance.

Namaste, Would anyone happen to know the colour codes for quartz pink and the grey that goes with it? I'm thinking of matching more peripherals and items (wireless charger, webcam, case, walls, moulding, door knob, etc.). Also, where would i source the quartz pink cable sleeving from without having to buy peripherals just to get the cables? Or maybe i can get fabric paint. I thought about looking for close colours but here in Canada the 12 OZ RUST-OLEUM PAINTER'S Touch 2X ULTRA COVER PAINT+PRIMER can only be had from amazon for $78.02.

Hai, This is my first purchase of razer product. I bout the V2 pro because I want to have wireless headset. But I am sorry to say that this headphone that the imaging while you are on FPS game is a bit okward, for my ears has bad imaging and bad passive sound staging. The THX is a joke, and i think every 7.1 surround in all headset is bad....but no complain I don't use it also in every headphone I bought. 2 games I always play COD MW and BF V. while setting I have made and tune is to bring down the bass of the headset I still has a hard time hearing footsteps. The footstep that I am hearing most is my own, and even there is a enemy footstep is so light, hard to pinpoint and also the enemy has to be very close to your position so that you can hear it, but it will always be to late. same as BF V, which I think it has the best audio in any game...this also hard to hear, This Headphone pick up so many details/ambient in the game, that it losses the detail of the most important part in FP
