Hello! I'm planning to buy the Base edition of a new Razer Blade 15 and I was wondering if it has this high pitched fan whistling. I see a lot of reports about this problem from the Advanced edition owners, but only one or two about Base edition. Why is that? Does it mean that Base edition is free of that problem? I'm asking because I just returned Zephyrus G15 because of that issue. It is unbelievably annoying. Thank you!

I recently brought keyboard and headphone from Razer but it didn't get auto reward like others

I wanted to check with them I was ordering the correct wrap so ent to them the model number and their response was 'The model number does not help me understand which device it is.'. Am I missing something are are they inept? LOL! The reason I asked was because their site says the wrap was for late 2016 and my bios says 09/02/2016 which looks like 9th Feb 2019, which is early 2016. Has anyone got any thoughts on this? Ben

As the title says, I am looking to see if Razer offers a wired PC gaming headset that I can plug into my dedicated pc audio card? Not a usb wired headset, it needs to have 3.5mm (1/8") jacks for audio and microphone. Can you anyone please advise me if there is such a Razer product and thank you.

I have a full Asus build. Asus Helios case. Asus Ryujin 360 cooler. Asus Z390E gaming Mobo. Asus Strix 2080 Advanced. When I set the RGB to anything but static it causes games to stutter. Hello, my Razer Blade Pro 17 keeps making this buzzing noise when it tries to play sounds from a game with its speakers. It doesnt happen when the sound it tries to play is from something else. Any ways to fix this? thx

It ends today and I don't want it going to waste. I know nothing on this and I was wondering if it is possible to maybe give this code to somebody else instead? I bought this device last March and as of today it's no longer charging. When I plug it in via the USB C cable to my PC, it's stuck at 2% and won't go past that. I also tried plugging it to a wall outlet but it won't function via the wireless option.
