I recently got the razer ornata v2, and I'm having issues with chroma studio. Whenever my keyboard is plugged into my main laptop and i go to Chroma Studio (synapse 3) it says that no device have been found. I've tries plugging it into my work computer and it works and I am able to use Chroma Studio. Is this an issue that has to do with my main laptop? I'm not really sure what to do, I've tried updating, restarting, and troubleshooting and nothing seems to have worked.

I am not sure if I am in the right place to ask presale questions: Are the FHD and QHD screens in the new Razer 14 AMD 100% matte or engineered with low reflectivity technologies (i.e. less glossy than traditional glossy but not matte)? Also, can I add an additional M.2 storage card and what's the limit?

i think caustic should be buffed, gas is too weak and the meta is just gibby now

Hello I just bought my Razer Seiren Emote mic. I installed Razer Synapse, also verified my product. Then I tried to install the Streamer Companion App in order to add an emote to my mic, but that did not work. The installation page keeps closing and the app does not install. I tried everything but no. I does not work. Do I have to be a streamer to use emotes or something? I don't know. Can someone help me please?

How else can I find the sn on my deathadder elite mouse? According to the support instructions it's under the bar barcode but it's worn off. I can't contact support without that and even though I purchased the mouse from the web store it shows no record

The New Razerblade 14 has been revealed with AMD CPU. This is just perfection in the making... Thank You Razer! My only request is to give a similar treatment to the 15" Version and keep the upgradable Ram. The 14" version with soldered ram is a shame but maybe is due to the small form factor or something. All in all I really hope we get the AMD collaboration for the bigger brothers by the end of the year.

Razer insider moderator, As my insider achievement rewards are not showing for nearly past 3 months. As it is continuely showing that I have warning points. If you guy can make one that from razer to work with your micphone that need a usb but on your soundboard you only have a 3.5mm jack hookup it would be nice. Its look like that in the pics but its need to be powered

Prnt Scrn requires that I hold Fn + Home and when I try this I get Sys Req which is what I'd get if I pressed Fn + End. I had been able to map Prnt Scrn, Shift + Prnt Scrn and Pause which is Fn + Pg Up. Fn + Pg Dn gives me Ctrl + Break, Shift + Fn + Pg Dn gives me Shift + Ctrl + Break, and Shift + Fn + Alt + Pg Dn gives me Shift + Ctrl + Alt + Break.

First of all, I'm from Portugal and bought on 10th june of 2020 a Razer DeathAdder Elite. It is my first and only razer mouse. I immediately loved the shape of the mouse and always treated it very carefully. The mouse is in great shape, looks almost brand new with very little usage signs. Fast forward to 3 months ago, the left mouse button started to disengage when I long pressed it and sometimes even randomly double clicked (found a lot of people in situations like mine on forums). As you may imagine, it is impossible to either game or work with this mouse. Just imagine everytime you want to drag a file on your computer and long press LMB, it only does one click. Even surfing the internet and wanting to click on something and your mouse randomly double clicks. Dealing with this mouse has become extremely frustrating. I already claimed warranty and contacted support but I am pretty sure they will just send me a RMA number for me to send my mouse back. I have done all the troubleshoot

So I just got into the Razer Forum and I saw that I can get some Razer Silver by simply having a Razer mouse. I know that I wont be getting a lot of Razer Silver, but I got the Razer Viper Ultimate at the beginning of this year, so I wanted to know if this was something that I had to verify or if I had to buy the mouse straight off of Razer's site. On the topic of getting Razer Silver, could I also get some tips on how to earn Razer Silver Effectively? I've also heard that Razer Silver mining is another way that you can get Razer Silver, but when I tried it in the past, my McAfee antivirus acts up saying that there are two potential viruses that are embedded in the Razer Silver miner that I was using at the time (Gamma). With that said, my last question is, is there even such a thing as a safe Razer Silver mining app, or is Gamma safe and the "viruses" that were detected were just scripts to run the program and override some of window's default settings?

Using my keyboard and Synapse. I just want to press and release a key. Wait 4 seconds then repeat. Why cant I just insert a delay in the Macro maker? How do I do this apparently complicated macro. Thanks

I am a huge fan of Razer's RGB ecosystem controlled by Synapse 3. However, i recently did purchased more razer rgb stuff and it started making some problems. The problem is after i boot my pc, everything works perfectly fine. with synapse. My lighting works perfectly fine, all sync by razer synapse. I am using Ambient awareness feature for all ARGB devices, most of them are Razer devices (except for case fans and case argb strip). However, after about 20 min of usage, some lighting won't work, or stuck. (keyboard and firefly mat) Macro wouldn't work neither. and Keyboard is not working properly. Caps Lock and Number locks wouldn't work, function keys not working (unable to control volume, unable to toggle gaming mode on/off) I thought it was the compatibility of USB 3.2 gen 2 issue, so tried to replug my Keyboard into usb 2.0 ports, but it didn't solve the problem. I also tried to change setting in bios for usb devices, but it didn't help. After all tries, I disabled Razer Synap

I restart my computer, and the first thing that pops up after the desktop shows is the attached image. Now it seems the fans are stuck spinning like crazy. Task manager shows nothing taking up more than 1% CPU. How is the synapse software getting infected? Should I just trash it if it's vulnerable?

My Razer Blade Stealth 2016 Signature Edition has been with me for quite a while. It has always had about half of the alleged 6 hour battery life. That is until I did something really, really stupid. Like the idiot I am I left my computer on overnight running balloons tower defense endlessly, basically an extreme CPU load for hours, because I have internal graphics. The next day, there were consequences, my battery ballooned up and pushed out the bottom plate of the laptop. Battery life now would only get to 75% and would effectively be 1.5 hours of use, or 30 minutes of YouTube/streaming. To make things worse, a few months later, one of my cpu fans broke! It was clicking and stuck in place. I was not prepared to replace the fan or fix it, I tried clearing dust, but that didn't help. Ever since, I have had a paper clip jammed in the fan and taped to the bottom of the laptop. This is probably a stupid idea, but it stopped the incessant clicking noise.
