Not sure why, but when I plug in my Steelseries Arctis 5 to either of the two USB ports and play video games or in discord, the audio cuts out and statics. Contact customer support on SteelSeries got some replacement and still had the issue. Till I didn't use the port and just the motherboard and no issues.

Hello :) Does anyone know if the Razer Blade (any edition) will be returning in quartz at any point? Sadly I missed it this time around, so I'm genuinely just curious.

Does the 4K OLED 60Hz model laptop support a much higher refresh rate at lower resolutions like 120Hz at 1440p or 120Hz at 1080 for example? It seems it should be designed that way but maybe not since the marketing description is 60Hz. Thanks.

I know there is Blackwidow Lite, the only downside with it that it is RGB. I got the huntsman mini but its to big of a compromise to loose that many keys. Need something in between in the mercury line up.

Hope this is the right place!?.... So I have been searching for an under desk mount and have been underwhelmed by what I have found so far other than the solid metal (no charging) ones are rather underwhelming or just plain sad. Razer has a plethora of "On desk" mounted solutions for this and am kind of flabbergasted that they do not have a under desk option. What I would be looking for is the following. Headphone Hangers for 2 headsets (one for work one for gaming) USB connections for data/charging. Min 2x Pref 4x (Maybe 1 or 2 would be USB-C for high speed charging phone) RGB (The other ones i have found are pretty Meh) If you have suggestions (or if I am missing the Razer solution) please point me in the right direction or voice your support this?

I would love a Huntsman TE with the optical purple switches, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. Please, Razer, at least consider adding the optical purples to the Huntsman TE.

The scroll wheel tilt to scroll pages left and right absolutely will not work without Synapse running in memory. I even tried X-Mouse and the tilt function will not work with it. Perhaps someone from Razer could explain this as it will work with all your competitors mice. The wheel tilt on mice for horizontal scroll has been a thing for over a decade. Has this changed? Is this caused by a bug? Synapse does indicate that the horizontal scroll will only work with Synapse running. Why?

I just purchased the base model of the Razer Blade 15 with the 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-10750H 6 Core and NVIDIA® GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (6GB GDDR6 VRAM). I downloaded and ran Minecraft just as a test right out of the box, and I received surprisingly low frames. (144 fps on the lowest settings, and as low as 45 on the best settings). According to some sites, with my processor and graphics card I should be getting closer to 500. I have no FPS cap. I've attached a screenshot below so you can see the exact specifics. I'm afraid if I'm getting such low frames on Minecraft, I won't have too much fun on games like Rust and COD. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Any settings I need to adjust? This is my first gaming laptop and I'm not really sure what to do. Keep in mind this is straight out of the box, no settings tinkered with. Thank you!

I'm in awe at how frequently I'm being prompted to login to the Razer authentication prompt after I login to my computer even when I answer the checkbox to stay logged in. I'm not in belief this is a community problem, but one that RazEr Corp needs to address. The problem is likely one of the following: The Razer desktop app does terrible with flaky internet and when a connection to WiFi exists, but the Internet connection is not actually there then the app rolls over like a fish. The Razer desktop app has a ridiculously low timeout allowance for a network connection to re validate the login token is still valid for previous login and when the login service is not reachable the token is invalidated and the login must be redone. Connections with lots of jitter an latency may suffer from this. Someone thought it was a good idea to log out every X days at random for the sake of security. Is there a point to building out a Razer products at an top dollar price tag and not have a unified application/product support? From what I can gather with the latest Trinity mouse I got I need Synapse 3, but for my Keyboard and Keypad I will need Synapse 2. I kept getting Razer products to make things easier, but that doesn't seem to matter anymore.

Folks, I've been scratching my head, headbutting walls and keyboard-stamping at Crucial via Twitter because they advertise their 3200 Ballistix ram as "100% compatible" with the Razer 17 Pro and yet since installing it, my machine was hanging and also refused to use the XMP profile. Their ram is clearly not XMP certified (despite their claims of 100% compatibility) and I recommend that you all avoid it. IN SUMMARY - DO NOT BUY CRUCIAL RAM FOR YOUR RAZER MACHINE I swapped their horrible customer service and SO-DIMMS for Kingston HyperX Impact 3200mhz, installed it this morning and IMMEDIATELY the machine is running the chips at 3200mhz, the XMP profile even automatically selected itself in BIOS so I didn't need to change a thing. IN SUMMARY: HYPERX IMPACT CL20 3200MHZ WORKS PERFECTLY IN THE RAZER 17 PRO 2020 in XMP MODE (default profile) Just to help others, this is the one that I bought: https://amzn.to/33DI9ag
