Has anyone had the issue where there headset won’t charge? Charging and working perfectly two days ago and now I cannot get them to turn on or charge. Any assistance is appreciated!

So i've been having some issues with my razer seiren, when i plug it in the eld just strtas to flash and mic doesnt work. Any fixes??

I'm trying to customize it, but no matter how hard I press it, it won't change to a different key. Can you explain why?

Hi there everyone, I just got myself a Razer Blade 15 Base model. I have a couple questions and maybe there is someone kind around that could answer. 1. My Razer is hot. Like all the time when I put my hands on to computer I feel heat. My previous laptop was Dell XPS 9550, which is also a beast in a small box, but this one is way hotter. I'd say that the area where I rest my palms is around 40-45 degree celcius even when I'm writing this post. Is that normal for Razer or should I be concerned that there is something wrong with mine? 2. The 230 watt power brick attached to this laptop is really big and heavy. Is there any alternative to this? I doubt that this laptop needs 230 watt power at all times. Would it hurt it if I used 100 watt charger for travel and and "not so heavy" tasks? Is maybe a USB-C charger an option? My setup is: i7-10750H / 16GB RAM / 512 GB / Win10 / RTX3060 / 144Hz screen (planning to expand on ram and ssd) Have a nice day.

So I've had the Razer Blade 15 Base Model for just over a year, and the touchpad has been super inconsistent. Right now, I cannot click on the touchpad unless I use the bottom-left corner and press extremely hard. Is there a solution? What the heck is wrong with this laptop? I cannot click anywhere on the rest of the touchpad; it is as hard as a rock.

I was on Razer synapse today looking at the chroma section. I clicked on a link and ended up on razerzone.com (Official Razer site). I clicked on a download for chroma software. After clicking download, a second later my antivirus (Kaspersky) goes off saying that they detected a malware and canceled Chroma sync download. It quarantines it then asks me to reboot. It looks as if the virus is gone now. Does anyone know why Razer would do something like this? Might there be any other malware my antivirus didn't catch? thanks.

Do you own this same Blade I have listed below? If you do, please try to update your NVIDIA drivers and tell me what happens. What 3070 drivers came with your 2021 Blade 15 QHD with the 3070? My 2021 Base Blade 15 with a QHD screen and 3070 came with Nvidia 457.63 drivers. If I install the current 461.40drivers the laptop screen will go black. It will only display an image on the onboard GPU. I can get the 3070 to work on an external monitor with the 461 drivers. When I roll the drivers back to 457.63 I can see the screen again with the 3070. I have reinstalled windows three times with no luck. I even installed older drivers but the screen is always black with any drivers other than 457.63

Is there a way to fix that or should I return my copy of mini and get a new one?

I'm looking for an app that allows me to control each and every led in my rig. I have an Asus mobo and currently use armory crate to control the rgb but I it only lets me set the same color or effect to all the components not individual ones. I have a set of argb fans, 2 sticks of trident z neo ram, and there is an rgb ASUS logo on my mobo. Now you'll probably say just use aura creator, that doesn't let my control the ram. I have Razer Blade Base Model of 2020 with RTX 2070 and setup up the computer as Intel UHD Graphics is default graphic card, and all games use NVIDIA with "Use the advanced 3D image settings" in NVIDIA Control Panel > Adjust Image Settings with Preview Manage 3D Settings & Manage 3D settings, and works without any problem. However, when I plugin HDMI, it switches back to NVIDIA. Is there additional configuration needed for preventing?

I was looking to get a Huntsman Mini and wanted to pick up keycaps to make a monochrome keyboard. Either the Black Mini with White Keycaps or the Mercury one with Black Keycaps, but the Mini being a 60% Keyboard the keys have special characters on the keys to indicate different functions. I know Razer sells sets of Keycaps but the ones I see don't have the special characters in them. Are there keycaps available that label the functions of 60% keyboards?

Hi, This is my 3rd complaint about my Razer 15 laptop and at my wits end with the last issue. 1. Battery last 1 hour. 2. Mic and camera stopped working so can't do zoom calls or anything work from home related. 3. Now stuck in the boot loop menu. I have tried to reconnect ssd but still not reading. I have loads of work and programs installed and don't want to pay for data recovery. I paid close to $4500 for a laptop that is the worst laptop I have owned. Where can I send it to get repaired? Probably the last Razer product I'll ever own and will make a point to people to steer clear of them. Can I please get some help?? Regards Brandan
