bought razer kiyo brand new from razer.com. when i plug it in the LED light doesnt turn on to show active and the ring light isnt on but it does show its connected to my pc but when i pull up synapse it says "camera is currently in use on a different app" i have ended all tasks through task manager and have updated all drivers and disconnected and reconnected the device multiple times and even tried different usb ports. i have also tried it on a differnt device and still nothing. is there anything i am doing wrong or does it just seem to be a faulty device? i feel this is a returned item that has been resold as when it arrived it only had protective plastic around the ring light but not the lens which i feel would be more important. i have seen some unboxing videos and it seems that there should be more protective plastic. what are your thoughts and ideas on what to do?

Some days agoI was playing some League with my friends. I have a program, that links the Chroma of my Keyboard to my Game, which i wrote myself. I was playing and at a certain point, my Keyboard started to freak out. It blinked like crazy. Suddenly, all black and i got a warning message on my Computer which said "Your Keyboard 'Razer Blackwidow' got disconnected from ChromaConnect". I was very confused, because this never really happened before. So i tried a bunch of stuff fixing it, but it didnt work. So i had to uninstall, and reinstall the Program. This took a while, so i wanted to go get a coffee. I took my Headset off, and in that exact same moment i heared my phone ring. It was my grandfather, calling for help, because he was feeling bad and he thought he will die. I ran, got into my car and picked him up. We drove to the hospital. Some hours later, he was fine again, but was asleep. I didn't really understand what the problem was, or why he nearly died. But it was the exac

the razer Ouroboros was my first and favorite gaming mouse i've tried using other mice but i happened to find perfection right away, it was heavy (i like a weighted mouse) its was extremely ergonomic it looked sharp as hell and it was wireless, are we ever gonna get a sequel to the best gaming mouse ever made?

Hello guys, I can't find the answer anywhere, tried several things to get the audio from my game pc to my streaming pc using the Ripsaw HD. I use my headset and mic on my gaming pc, but I can't get it done to get the Game audio and my mic through Ripsaw to the streaming pc. I am using OBS Studio. I tried using the mic and headphones input on the Ripsaw HD, then I get sound to the streaming PC, but my volume on my game pc is very very low and I can't use my mic. Any one got the solution for me? Thanks in advance, Regards Timo

First post! Here it goes! I have always had the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2s. I have always enjoyed them. They get very loud, which I like and I have no problems hearing footsteps in games like PUBG and modern warfare. I recently started looking for an upgrade and started looking at some of the competition in the market. I first bought the logitech G Pro X headset. After playing a few rounds of pubg and messing with EQs, I decided I hated them. They sound great, very clear (although flat) but I could not hear footsteps AT ALL in pubg. Certain sounds I am used to hearing loud and clear on the krakens I simply could not hear in the logitech headset that is supposed to sound WAY better! I returned them and tried the Astro A40 with mixamp. Same story mobdro kodi.. I love how they sound but cant for the life of me get footsteps to sound as loud as everything else in the game. I have the Nari Ultimates ordered and on the way and I'm really hoping that I get the same volume and fullness that I like a

Hi everyone. I've been using my Razer Phone 2 for about 6 months on and off (purcahsed 18months ago) and only yesterday have I been starting to get issues. My main problem is the top 2cm of the screen is no longer responsive. I have searched online for answers and even did a full factory default. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the same problem with the touch screen, only now when I rotate it, I am also getting the same problem on the side which makes searching impossible, and using anything in the top icons like calculator, files, contacts, settings, etc impossible to use and also changing the brightness/anything in the top section impossible to control. I was just wondering if anyone has solved the issue for their Razer Phone 2. When I took it back to the store I bought it off, they said the product has been discontinued and there's nothing they can do except try and sell me a new phone (I don't have the money for a new phone and just want my Razer Phone 2 to work). Not sure why, but when I plug in my Steelseries Arctis 5 to either of the two USB ports and play video games or in discord, the audio cuts out and statics. Contact customer support on SteelSeries got some replacement and still had the issue. Till I didn't use the port and just the motherboard and no issues.

Does the 4K OLED 60Hz model laptop support a much higher refresh rate at lower resolutions like 120Hz at 1440p or 120Hz at 1080 for example? It seems it should be designed that way but maybe not since the marketing description is 60Hz. Thanks.

I know there is Blackwidow Lite, the only downside with it that it is RGB. I got the huntsman mini but its to big of a compromise to loose that many keys. Need something in between in the mercury line up.
