Synapse version 3.5.1215.121019 Setting: Minimize to system tray on startup. Result: DOES NOTHING. Turning this setting on or off has no affect on startup what so ever. My computer is lightning fast.. so often times when i start it up I am already working on things and since Razer development sucks literally the last thing that loads on startup is Synapse. And I have been working on things for 30sec to a full minute sometimes and BAM... Razer synapse dashboard pops up. EVEN THOUGH the setting says that it shouldnt. Logitech G-Hub manages to pull this off quite nicely. I dont even see it. So why cant you guys Razer Fix this? Ive reported it several times in multiple places and feedback areas. Nothing has been done.

So yah, what's with it? Has anyone actually gotten anything out of it? Or is it just like Harris Heller said "Free advertising real-estate for Razer on your channel"? I have yet to find any results of the Razer Streamer program or what actual benefits it yields. Has anyone seen or heard anything?

Is there a way to hold a mouse button to change hyperstate on the keypad? I have Razer Tartarus Pro and Razer Naga Pro. I use to be able to do this with Logitec devices, but don't see a way with Razer devices. Nice to hold a thumb button on mouse changing the keypad layout until you let go of the mouse thumb button. So surprised this is not a feature. I see you can change keymap and profile, but that is a toggle, i want a press and release option.

Hi, I'd like to get feedback from the keyboard, about a running macro to avoid "accidents" :) If I runs macro on a simple key, I can set color when pushed and working, but not in case with hypershift + any button (there is an "abnormal" state for keyboard, I can't set new color in this situation). How did you solve it? +1 @Razer You can create a switch (get feedback while running or so), blinking button lights or so + sign in software in Macro tab, for example blinking Macro name. Best solution would be some response from the keyboard button. Thanks

My son is home-schooling and I said I'd buy him a keyboard and mouse to go with his laptop. He has a Razer nari headset so has asked for a Razer compact keyboard and mouse. Are these keyboards ok for normal computer work as well as gaming? Or can they only be used for gaming? And would the wireless mouse be compatible with a Lenovo laptop? Many thanks Fiona

Do a google search for repeating key synapse bug. It's infuriating. I just smashed my mouse into pieces and I'm selling the tatarus. I will never EVER put your pos software on my machine again. Every day it asks me to login. Once a week it forgets the on board profiles so after booting game up I have to relaunch your software by exiting out and rebooting it. At least a few games per night I am plagued by a bug that kills me. I do a little research and it's clear you guys are denying the bug we all have and just RMAing stuff back and hoping we shut up. I WANT TO GAME... not PLAY GAMES with this company. I tried right now to get support. Nope, no way to contact support if you select "synapse software" apparently. Sick customer service Everyone asks me what to buy when gaming. EVERYONE I know comes to me. I will never recommend you guys again. Hello, Happy new Year's Eve. I have a Kaira Pro headset connected to an xbox series X. Constantly getting choppy playback, static and disconnects. I applied the latest firmware update (KairaProforXbox_Headset_FirmwareUpdater_v1.00.12_r1). In reading other threads Razar is putting the issues on the XBOX. Anyone else experiencing the same? Any troubleshooting I can do? Does this headset support XBOX Series X connectivity?

Just bought this keyboard - I am astounded at how Razer advertise that profiles can be stored on the board's onboard memory but when actually trialing it and searching the net - the light effects cannot be. And I am just talking a static colour - nothing fancy. So without this horrible synpase (400MB, why?) the thing is flashing like a beacon on startup, shutdown, and on any pc without being logged into their daft software. A cheap chinese RGB mousemat lets me select the colours at the push of a button, yet a £160 keyboard doesn't let me cycle 4 static colours without software? This along with the horrible metalic sound on pressing a key (not the click from the orange mech switch) just ruins it. The feel of the keys and look, the metal finish all great, but that twang sound from the alluminium is horrible. Razer - fix your damn keyboard. You should be able to save 4 profiles and light settings on the board. PS your website is poor.

Hi I bought a new headset the kraken x and i tried to activate the code but accidentally erased some characters and I can't activate it now i will link photo evidence aswell what can i do, I can upload a bigger photo but it won't allow me to because file too big

I do not know if it is cause I use Cortex aswell and it disable the SDK, but launching supported games, my mouse and keyboard does not take effect.

Hello, Recently purchased my first Razer Blade Pro 17 Laptop. It came with a 512 SSD. I am new to gaming laptops in general. Deciding to upgrade the memory by adding a additional 1TB SSD to to the secondary slot. It seemed like a easy process at first. However when opening the laptop the secondary SSD slot has a large rubber pad covering the slot. It does not seem easily removable without forcing it and I am concerned on causing damage to the system. Also when trying to remove the holding screw it does not seem to move despite having the correct size screwdriver. It may have been factory installed to be extra tight. I was concerned about stripping the screw as it already seemed to have some damage on it from trying to screw it even slightly. Is this normal for it to be so tight? Even if I wanted to switch the original SSD there is no clear screw to remove the pre installed 512 SSD. If anyone has any advice on how to properly install a additional SSD without causing damage I would appre
