So, odd question... I often switch up my mouse's profile using the button under the mouse. Is there a way I can sync this switch with my keyboard? I know I can sync both to certain applications, but I'd like to be able to switch through my profiles using a single button anytime...

I am from Peru and I want to purchase the THX Spatial Audio Software. Altough, I cant find my country when I want to purchase, evenmore, when i select USA as my country, it asks me a billing adress and a tax is added at the end when i want to pay. Didn't they send me the activation code by mail? I don't understand and it doesn't make sense to me. I am upgrading from the 7.1 surround sound that came with my Blackshark V2 X.

I'm trying to decide between the Viper Ultimate and the Basilisk Ultimate, I'm right handed. My concerns with the Viper are that it is not focused around right handed people and of accidental clicks on the buttons on the right side. While my concern with the Basilisk is that it might feel heavy. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hello, I love my Blackshark V.2 Pro Wireless but I'd like to get a second USB dongle. I hope I could keep one dongle in my PC and one in my PS5 so I don't have to keep switching them out. Is this possible? I don't see extra USB dongles for sale so I ordered a blutooth usb 5.0 dongle but I couldn't get it to recognize my headphones. Am I able to buy an extra USB dongle and use them for my PC and PS5? Can I connect these headphones to a third party USB bluetooth dongle and if so how would I do that in windows?

I m going to buy razer naga pro. I wondered something, um so i search up razer naga pro and ltierally all i see is people asking for help, saying it had issues the second day they bought. i dont want that happening. should i just buy a simple mouse like mamba or viper. Does naga pro or trinity has that many problems fr?. and will motherboard affect any wireless connection in the mouse ( i kinda have a bad mb)

i have beaning playing rust(a supported game ) far a solid 2-3 hours and non of my time played have registured any ideas ?

I recently purchased a razer deatheradder essential from online platform from a china based seller. The price is a lot cheaper than retail MSRP. I yoloed anyway since it's cheap and even it turns out to be fake, I don't lose as much. ($13 USD) These are the few ways I checked, is it good enough to justify that it's an original product? 1) check for signature green USB plastic 2) upon plugging into pc, look underside, ensure you don't see any red laser sensor with naked eyes. 3) Synapse app detection of mice 4) Under device manager, it should display as a razer mice, not any other generic usb compliant mice 5)Register serial no. via synapse 6) Pry open the mice to ensure the chip used is not the cheap component. I didn't carry out step 6 as I think it will be too extreme. It passed all 1-5 checks, does that means it's genuine?

My life is in shambles due to this keyboard being discontinued... I really just need an S and D key lol.... I refuse to buy any other keyboard. Nothing is even close to this! I would buy a brand new 1 from Razer if I had the chance. And then I find out the mouse pad that I bought and love was also discontinued... Why would a company discontinue the 2 best products they ever made.... Doesn't make any sense. Please Razer make these again. I'll give you my life for them!!! Every1 vote to bring it back!!! Hello, Im new here so apologies if this is posted in the wrong section. I am currently using a Corsair model mouse, but have grown disenchanted with it mainly due to the software. It seems their "updates" always manage to break something. Mechanically, my one model mouse has a persistent double click when you left click (this was an RMA return for a broken scroll wheel). Another has a delayed left click issue and their only solution to "soft-reboot" the mouse by plugging/unplugging while holding down mouse buttons..etc. Well, how many times do I need to do this to make it stop because it wont? Regardless, Ive been checking out Razer. My one question which will make or break my purchase concerns toggle based macros: Q: When running a long-ish macro that is toggle based, when untoggling it (turning it off) does the macro stop immediately (interrupt) or does it continue to run through to the end then stop? Im looking for it to stop when I want it to stop, not run through the re

I was on discord about a year ago and my screen froze and when it came back my scroll wheel was no longer working. It's been this way ever since. The middle click would work but that stopped working aswell. I'm %100 this is not a hardware issue because everything works fine when I connect the mouse to my laptop. I've tried deleting all synapse files and tried different usb ports but no luck so far. Help me please thanks

I'm from the EU and i'm afraid that i will pay any additional taxes event though there is a razer store registered to the EU. Has anyone has experience on this ? Regards

Hi guys, I have an issue with creating a certain type of MACRO for my Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse using the synapse software. Here is the issue: I want the Macro to hold SHIFT button on my keyboard and Change the DPI to a certain amount simultaneously and I want to assign this macro to the clutch button. The point is there is no DPI up or DPI down that I could add to my macro which is making me so sad because I know that Logitech had these functions predefined for adding to Macros. Hello. My first post here. My 2 years old 2018 4k model i7-8750h, GTX1070 max-q, having abnormal cpu, gpu temps even with turbo limited to 3.0Ghz, undervolted core to -200mV. Changed thermal paste 2 times last week with Arctic MX-4. Also stressing cpu, gpu using Aida64 for about 5 min with synapse gaming mode, fan:auto CPU cant keep 3Ghz clock longer. GPU's were hitting 86c in just 5 min. There are lots of review comments about Razer blade 15 CPU throttling. But unable to find threads about high GPU temps. When playing Apex legends 1080p high settings, its gettings around 120FPS but CPU temp was hitting 90c, GPU hitting 83c lastly that PCH hitting 90 degree .Synapse, windows power options were on balanced mode What should i change to gain decent cpu, gpu temp with no throttling.
