Are these both the same headsets or whats the story? I Had the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2's years ago and i wanted to get a pair again because i miss the unique sound it had. But i find all these razer kraken 7.1 v2's used for crazy prices. Then on the website i find Razer kraken black. So what happened to the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 and is the Razer kraken black the same or whats different about it?

A few days ago, I purchased a secondhand Razer Blackwidow Chroma for $5. The only thing wrong with it was that it was missing a CTRL key. I am probably going to buy the PBT upgrade kit from Razer, but the FN and space bar are backlight compatible, while my keyboard doesn’t even have LEDs on those 2 switches. They look swappable, but will Synapse even work if I plug those LEDs in?

So... my beloved Razer Taipan needed a replacement after the many years that it served me well, so I bought the Razer Viper since I prefer symmetrical mice. With it, I had to install Razer Synapse 3, since Synapse 2 does not support the latter. Imagine my dismay when I realized that Synapse 3 has no (fully functional) offline mode. What the heck, Razer?! When you log out, your current settings (buttob binds and sensitivity) seem to remain functional, but when you start your PC, you are forced to log in again or the settings won't work. :frown_: On top of that, your lighting settings are being ignored once you log out and the annoying default lightshow triggers. Can you please release an update that deals with these issues? I don't want to have to be logged in all the time in order to be able to use my mouse! :mad_:

Is there any palm rejection on this thing? Just bought a late 2019 RBS, everything is great except for the trackpad. The cursor always jumps around or scrolls down whenever I'm trying to type something. My mouse sensitivity is set on low.

I'm interested in this new ergonomic mouse, however I cannot find in the product page if this is supported by Mac or Windows. How well this mouse is supported in Mac? I see there is an app called SYNAPSE but that only has older version to support in Mac, will that app provide the full potential to Pro Click mouse? After immediately installing the September security update my razer phone 2 can no longer detect the SIM card or mobile network. I thought it might be the SIM card at first, however the card works perfectly fine in my other phone. I've also factory reset my phone as well with no success any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. My factory warranty literally expired the 18th of this month.

so basically i've been having this problem for a while now and i cant seem to fix it. with my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma V2s, everytime like the wire moves or i do a fast movement thy disconnect. and they reconnect on their on but the the mic doesnt work so i have to unplug and replug them. this is really annoying in the middle of gaming, recording and streaming. i was wondering if there is anyway of fixing this? this happens on my laptop and my ps4. thank you.
