Hey, New to Kraken headsets. I've picked up a pair of Kraken TE wires headphones. One of the ear cushions has come off (pulled it off to register the product for warranty as per instructions in the box. The cushion wont go back on inside the very slim groove it was once positioned. How am I supposed to get it back in?! Has anyone ever had this issue? Thanks,

Looking at getting a laptop to stream from. I want use the Ripsaw to stream from my PS4 (and whatever else I hook up to it) and use my Razer Kiyo webcam, cause I love it., and my blue yeti mic, cause I also love it SO, lots of USB bandwith is being asked for. Right now I'm having issues in OBS adding the two Video Capture Devices (the ripsaw and the kiyo) I want to buy a laptop, but I want to know that the laptop can either A) handle the banthwith B) has two USB controllers Can ayone tell me what their Blades or other razer laptops have going on? I know that building a tower would make this all easier, but space is a limitation and I like being able to move things around.

Hello, I have the problem that my usb devices log out of the game and log in again. Speak mouse, keyboard, and headphones. Everything is connected to a USB hub (several have already been tested) does someone know why or what I can do? oh yes the hub is seperately powered by a 5V power supply 10.0.0.0.1

Hey, Can we integrate/save the desired mouse LOD onto the On-board memory, im pretty sure its not that hard, its just all code, I will try to give directions to the code if I could, it would also help a lot.

I have always been an avid fan of Razer. I personally own a Blackwidow Elite, two Deathadders, a Mamba, and switched from ROG to the recent Razer Blade 15 2020. I wonder if anyone has faced a similar issue as mine with regards to the Blackwidow Elite; the volume scroller got busted, when rotated in one direction, the volume increases and decreases erratically. Thankfully, Razer's customer service got back to me and agreed to do a 1-1 exchange of my product which I deeply appreciate. However, this is where things took a turn, I sent my image showing how my keyboard wire has been cut, and for 5 days, there was no news. I had to prompt them again before receiving a reply saying that they have just submitted to the relevant team. For the period, I do not have a keyboard, I had to buy a cheap one of the store just to get by with work. I've been eye-ing the Razer Blade 15 for a year now, and I was supposed to get it around April-May as a graduation gift, but with the whole COVID situation and with the travel bans in my country, I don't think i'll be able to get it by travelling anytime soon :( I was wondering if anyone here has been able to internationally ship products by Razer from nearby countries? If yes, is it safe to internationally ship? Or even better, if there are trust-worthy sources of Razer in the Philippines? Good afternoon I'm wondering if Razer/the community could define the nature of 'Silent' in regards to keyboards. A few years back I bought a Cougar 450k Mechanical keyboard for my gaming needs - lovely keyboard - very happy with it except it is rather noisy, in fact very noisy when typing. This doesn't bother me but drives the wife nuts. So always wanting to purchase the best when I can and after a little research I convinced the wife to let me buy a Blackwidow Elite Orange Key - Tactile and Silent. I assumed that Silent followed the dictionary definition of silent - i.e. absence of sound but clearly I've missed something because this new keyboard at 3 times the price of the cougar is only marginally quieter and certainly not silent when typing; hence I will be returning it. Could the community advise me please if there is a full sized Razer gaming keyboard that is silent (dictionary definition) when typing or as close to as possible please? many thanks Blessings Jez

The title kinda says everything but i think its annyoing that i have to use Razer Synapse 3.0 just for my Razer Basilisk or Razer Synapse 2.0 for my Kraken 7.1 V2. Is it rlly that hard to make that the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 is capable with Razer synapse 3.0?

Hopefully someone from Razer will actually read this, pass it on to the development team and actually consider implementing it. With the Chroma enabled mice and keyboards with the hypershift function. For example, on my huntsman, when you click the hypershift button all but the F keys go dark. I would like to see the ability to have alternate lighting when hypershift is pressed or at the bare minimum light up the keys with a function attached when hypershift is pressed. I play a lot in low light conditions and it makes it difficult at times to see the proper key when the hypershift button is pressed.

I would like to trade my S10 case for a Note 9 case. Willing to buy it for a reasonable price as well (venmo/paypal). I also have the Razer Phone 2, but it has been slightly cut up/modded. It would still work for the RP2 if someone is desperate enough though. Can send pictures if interested. I am in CA, USA.

Hi everyone, I purchased a Razer Blade 15 2018 model a couple of years back and it is still going strong, however I am currently in the market for something a little smaller/a touch more portable. My needs are as follows: Occasional gaming Web development work Office work and IT Support work Occasional photoshop Future game development (will be done at a desk, most likely with an external GPU) My question is do I go with the 60Hz or the 120Hz? I'm not sure I can warrant the extra £200 unless it is honestly worth the extra frames. If not now, do I wait until the next model or, if the gods allow, an AMD model? Any advice or recommendations are very welcome. Thank you.

I noticed that you guys have the Blade 15 in Mercury - This is awesome to see, as this is the model I was shooting for -- and even in the right configuration/price range I was looking at? Too good to be true! Except... I was wondering if there are any plans to add more configs. I wanted the Full HD Model with 300hz as I value refresh over 4K as 4K bogs performance and is overkill anyways whereas 300hz is actually super useful... If there are no plans for this, I'm just going to buy the one that's available, as it's identical to the one I'm looking at in every area except monitor. I just wish there was Mercury support across the board as my choices in product feel extremely limited... I don't like gaming products that scream "gamer", and I LOVE the minimalist design of the Mercury series: It feels classy, sleek, and professional, so I want a full Mercury rig, but my choice in product is so severely limited I feel like I can't get any of the best products or any choice.

Alright, with the new Tomahawk cases I can finally put together an ITX build that is fully chroma compatible. My last build looks great, but doesn't work at all with Chroma (thanks Corsair :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:). This thread is to gather recommendations for what works well together and with my Razer gear, as well as get good expectations on HOW it will work together. For example, will I have fine control over internals like I do my Razer brand accessories or will all my internal RGB just be a big blob of color? so I have Synapse 3 version 3.5.630.61222 and a Razer Nari I bought new in January, I like the EQ feature for giving my music extra depth, however, it doesn't seem to always work, regardless of charge level sometimes when clicking on the Music preset or changing any of the sliders will not make a difference to the audio whatsoever, restarting both sMobdroynapse, the headphones, and my PC doesn't seem to fix it either. it seems to be a coinflip chance whether or not it will work. has anyone else encountered this? I got no response asking on the razer insider forums and it would be nice to get more consistency from the software.VidMate
