Has anyone experienced delays or different shipping locations when ordering Razer products? I’m curious how long it usually takes and whether packages sometimes ship from different regions.

I am looking to upgrade my setup for competitive gaming and there are so many Razer products to consider, including keyboards, mice, headsets, and mousepads. I am curious about how you all decide which gear makes the biggest difference in your performance.Do you prioritize speed, accuracy, comfort, or something else? Any personal experiences or recommendations would be really helpful.

I were using Blackwidow chroma for nearly 8 years and sadly its coming end of its life. Some of the keys not pressing. Currently Im considering my options, I’ll be glad if you share your experiences.Option 1 : Blackwidow v4 X for 66€ Option 2 : blackwidow v3 tenkeyless for 50€ Option 3 : Open for suggestions around this price range( Im living in Turkey so prices can vary) 

Hello, I have a Razer Ornata V2 I've had for a few years.Today, my += and F9 keys both stopped working for my PC. Yet, when I plug the keyboard into a different computer, like my laptop, the keys work there.Just for the added info, Synapse is installed on my PC, but not on my laptop.Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello thereI recently bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro for my Xbox Series X. Its a very nice controller, however, I noticed it won't charge when its connected with USB to the Xbox and the Xbox is turned off. This is a bit strange to me since this works with all normal wireless Xbox controllers (and also Scuf Instinct, for example). And this is how I usually charge my controllers, just plug them in overnight while the console is off. It would be quite tedious to find another charging solution so i am hoping to find a fix on this. Thank you

Is this possible? Or is it on the Wolverine, at least? On the Xbox controllers you can use the jewel button to open it up

the razer mouse are really nice. the rgb lights and glows are great. but all the nice rgb enhanced mouse are right hand . thanks for thinking of us lefties.

Hi! So I was a part of the RazerStreamer program since it came out, and was excited for the revamp with the Creator Program, so I signed up as soon as it opened, only to be met with an error stating I’m unable to participate in bounties. I wasn’t too bothered about it due to me not having hardware capable of streaming any more (my laptop had its cooling go out and it fried the CPU partially), but now that I DO have capable hardware again (a full desktop, 1080 Ti and Ryzen 7 3700X), I thought I would check again since I’ve been streaming again, only to be met with the same error. im unsure if it’s due to my numbers, or not. Any help would be appreciated!

Anybody know when does Razer Leviathan V2 Pro going to restocked in Singapore? 

Feel like I'm running in circles on the website trying to find any kind of support. I'm trying to file a warranty claim for my Viper Mini but cannot for the life of me find out how to do it. The website just rambles on about proof of purchase etc and provides no clear way to file a claim. Any links I click to get to 'Support' just loop back to pages I've already read. 

I would like to know if a controller is better than a keyboard for Rocket League.

Does anyone have a supplier for Naga V2 Pro side panels (or side panel PCBs)? Razer doesn’t want to sell any and they just keep breaking for no discernible reason. I really don’t want to reverse engineer the PCB… I don’t even know if pcbway can cut  PCBs in that shape or sells these specific switches. And I *really* don’t want to pay 200€ again to fix a 5€ part Edit: OK the solution was solution. Or rather 10ml of isopropanol *directly* into the switches of the sidepanel. To do this first void your warranty, then carefully remove the sticker on the inside of the side panel that surrounds the contacts. Next unscrew the 4 tiny screws that are screwed into plastic to *ensure* that they cannot be unscrewed and screwed back in any more than a handful of times before wearing out the threading. Next step take the entire button assembly out of the side panel. Then remove the PCB from the button assembly and absolutely ***drench*** it in isopropanol or better yet an electrical contact cleaner w

I noticed that the Achievements on Razer Insider are gone, and I can’t seem to find any official explanation. Does anyone know why they were removed? Were they replaced with something else, or is this just temporary?If there was an announcement or update about the achivements, please let me know.

Apparently there’s an update for it from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1. The Razer support website doesn’t show it, but it does indeed exists. Has anyone been able to find or update theirs? 

Was playing apex and synapse started updating in the middle of a game. Restarted the PC when I was prompted and now I can’t log into windows because none of my USB ports are working. I have no mouse or keyboard connectivity. Was able to get into BIOS but as soon as windows login screen shows I can’t enter my passcode. Unplug and replug keyboard and lights will come on for a few seconds and then shut off. No input. What the heck do I do?

I've just bought a Blackshark V3 Pro for use on my PC. It hasn't arrived yet, but I've just noticed it's the Xbox version. I know it's compatible with PC, but do I get the exact same functionality from it? Like THX Spatial? 

I just ordered the wolverine v3 pro because it seemed to be the perfect controller, especially for PC which is what I play on most of the time. I chose this over the Xbox series elite 2 because those apparently have questionable build quality and the wolverine v3 seemed exceptional in that area. It turns out, I was right, this controller IS the perfect controller for PC, or rather it would be if the software side of it was any good.As it stands, there is no way to remap any buttons besides the extra triggers and the paddles and these can only be remapped to the other standard, already mapped buttons on the controller. Realistically this makes the extra buttons virtually useless. I have no use to have two buttons that do the same thing. There is no way to remap ANY buttons to a keyboard input. THIS CONTROLLER IS BASICALLY USELESS TO A PC PLAYER​​​​​​​ I truly do not understand why this is even marketed as a PC controller without button mapping, and by that a mean actual button mapping,

so recently i have been experiencing echo issue? my friends say that they can hear their own voice through my mic, i tried fixing it through multiple ways using chat gpt, did a reset on the drivers, unplugged, pluged, tried fixing it through game and yeah. went deep fixing tbh. but it still is happening and at first the mic was perfect but now its creating issues, i feel like the audio quality of the mic degraded too when i did some mic test, its been only 2 months. i checked amazon for reviews rn and there are some complaints about sound leaking. how do i fix this ? is this an audio leak? and if yes then how to fix it 

Hi I have a RAZER BLADE 14 2023 - P/N RZ09-0482XWM3-R3W1.I was using it the other day when the screen just went black.  The screen just seems to have died??I have tried turning it off and on and nothing. The laptop turns on and the key illuminate but nothing on the screen.. power light is green and is slowly blinking.I have connected to an external monitor and that works so Laptop seems to be working just the inbuilt screen is black.Could someone please help or have any ideas.Thank you in advance 

I have had these kraken v3 for almost a year. Recently, they have started to BLAST this loud static sound every few hours, it hurts and I have to unplug and replug the headset to make it stop. I have gotten to the warranty send in process and now I’m scared they wont test it for more than 30 minutes to make sure it’s malfunctioning. I want the headset replaced bc the same thing happened to my last pair before they just completely stopped working.

Is there a scheduler feature on the Synapse to turn on/off the RBG on all the razer devices at a specific time? I dont turn off my PC ever, so my razer RGB always stays on, and i fear the longetivity of these rgb leds will wear off if i keep it on 24/7.Anyone can chime in if they keep their devices rgb on at all the time?
