Hello, i would like to ask if there was any possible way to obtain or purchase a razer surround activation key without needing to purchase a razer kraken pro, as i purchased the razer threshers recently and would like to use them with razer 7.1 surround.

Hi, I purchased the Razer Sila router used and was concerned about it still being able to be accessed remotely by the previous owner as once it’s set up you can access it over LTE via the Razer iOS app. Are these units tied/ registered to the previous owner in any type of way? Will a simple factory reset and new setup via the iOS app on my phone resolve this? Thanks in advance

I got Razer Blade Stealth Product No: RZ09-02393E32 which is less than 2 years old. Sice Razer has 1 year warranty, of course, it is outside warranty. I got Recovery USB drive created from above Laptop. I used the Recovery USB stick and booted from the stick and perform the "Just remove my files." process. The process goes well. At the end I got "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." message. Even though it says "No changes were made.", I could not reboot into Windows again. It kept booting into BIOS everytime since after the above Then, I boot again from Recovery USB stick and this time I choose - "Clean the Drive fully" process. The process failed at the end with same error message I got earlier "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I wish Razer Support should assist the issue even though the Hardware is out of warranty as above recovery procedure is not related to Hardware issues. The laptop works well until I done the rec

So last night while I was in the middle of a COD game my laptop screen went black followed by the laptop completely powering off. Ever since then I have been unable to power it back on no matter what I do. The only thing I see is a faint white LED on the indicator while holding down the power button. I’ve tried all the steps listed under other suggestions and forums without any luck. Upon checking my warranty it unfortunately expired about 3 weeks ago. What are my options from here? Have any of you guys had this same issue? Thanks in advance

Hello there! I am new here so I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section: I am curious if Razer provides an invoice with the buyers VAT number with the purchases from the online store. I am interested in making a purchase through my business and I would need to provide that invoice to the Tax administration to justify the business expense. I already sent an email to see if this was possible but still haven't gotten a reply so I though there might be some other people with this experience here.

Hello, I was curious to see if anybody knows if a Surface tablet with Windows RT *will* allow Synapse 3 to function? I was trying to brainstorm better ideas of car lighting and I wanted to use the chroma kit to light the interior of my car but before I take other routes I wanted to see if the software will work. The reasoning behind using a Surface is the space it takes up versus a laptop unless somebody else has a suggestion for a space saver. Does anybody know or is a person that has used Razer devices/software to chroma light their car? Thank you.

Hello, Ever since yesterday, June 6th, my laptop won’t connect to my internet. Sometimes it appears as it is connected and shows “internet access” but none of my apps or websites load and if they do they just say I have no internet access. Sometimes where the internet bars would be, a symbol resembling a globe shows up saying I have no internet. I know this is not an issue with my internet as the Xbox, phones, and tablets in my household all connect to the internet no problem and run very well. I have had my laptop since around October 2019 and this issue has never occurred. I wanted to know what help I could possible get as I’ve been trying to fix the issue myself but I can’t seem to find anything to fix my problem. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have the Razer kraken with the grey earpads and I noticed their colour changed and they irritate my skin. I wipe them but it doesn't do much. Any advice on how I can wash them?

For months now I've talked about hacking away at my backlog and although I've taken a break after Bioshock 1, I have to say, I've done a pretty good job of going through my Steam library. I still have a lot to go and hot take, I'm lowkey glad that Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed because of my backlog. Our current global situation has made it easier to focus on getting a lot of gaming in and I feel like I may be able to catch up before Cyberpunk is released because I expect that game to eat me alive. How's everyone else doing on their backlogs? Any progress? Or are you frozen, staring at the ceiling trying to figure out what life is? I have been using MacBook Pros since 2007, and I needed a Windows-based laptop for work stuff. I also own a 2018 MacBook Pro 15", which is a beauty. I first got the Surface Laptop 3, which I love. However, the thing came with a cracked screen in one corner, and I read that this is a common issue and MS has no solution other than to keep replacing the screen until the warranty runs out. I'm not keeping it just to have it break on me all the time and to always be scared of moving it. So now I have the Surface Laptop 3 and the brand new 2020 base model Razer Blade 15. Right away I noticed a few things: 1. Razer blade's screen is much dimmer than the Surface, and the Surface was ragged on for not having a bright-enough display....??? How come I didn't hear any reviewers complain about this? 2. The Razer is a big boy, feels more like a desktop computer that you can carry with you than a laptop. 3. The Razer is always warm, even doing nothing. I don't understand why this is. It

Hi Razer community, Was wondering if I can get some info around the ripsaw and what required to stream/capture video on my PS4. I have a set of the Razer ultimate thresher for my PS4 which are awesome. And I know I will have to buy a second mic as it won’t pick up my voice audio. With previous headsets, I have been able to change the headphone volume without changing the actual computer volume. Is there any way to be able to change the headphone volume without changing the actual computer volume?

Hi, I purchased a razerblade pro back in april and when i recieved it, it constantly was dropping wifi. I didnt want to send it back because it would take foreever to get a replacement unit due to covid. So instead I switched the wifi card. I now plan on getting Razer Care to get 3 year warranty coverage. I was just wondering if Im still covered by the waranty even though I switched the wifi card and caused no damages ( it solved my problem). Thanks

How do you clean out the dust on the fans on the bottom of a Razer Blade 15 Base (2019)? Do I use a can of compressed air or do I have to open it up?

Hi Razer Guys will you be bringing out a updated version of the Best mouse your ever made and the original God of gaming the Diamondback. It really is a shame that such a mouse with such history that really made Razer what it is today be treated in such a way when you have refreshed every other mouse you make. Just plugged mine back in and had a go on Warzone and it still is a beast of a mouse and the shape oh lord the shape best ever. Please bring a new version out for your Old School Gamers. I received my razer blade 15 4k oled rtx 2070 max q silver on 2020 June for like 3k bucks. With excitement I opened the package and the first impression on its aluminum surface finish is not pleasant by comparison to the macbook I owned years ago. At that moment I started to fell hesitate to justify my purchases is whether a good one. Then I plugged the cable with awkward looking adapter to the laptop. And it did not light up! After investigation I noticed the cable to the adapter is probably loosely connected despite all the way in. So I gave it little more push to the adapter and it worked <wat she said>. At this moment I thought it is perhaps an engineering flaws? So the laptop worked fine until now. After just one month of usage, The adapter died yesterday. Sigh, after years of using different laptops, this is the first time ever of having power adapter issue on laptop. The last time I had a problem with adapter is losing one accidentally on my lenovo. I have the 2020 advanced blade 15 2070 super max q model. Im hoping other people who have bought this laptop have more knowledge about this laptop than me. If you have any questions that you have , i hope we can share info My question is. I am able the adjust the refresh rate, 60, 240 and 300. But i am unable to change it to 144. Is this computer supposed to be able to do that? Can anyone do that? Also does anyone know the baseline temperatures for this laptop? idle? max load? im getting idle avg around 42-43 max load, 96-100
