How can I get my activation key ? I bought razer kraken 2019 but it doesn't have activation key inside of it.

I was wondering of razer will release the huntsman with the red opto mechanical switches. I was also wondering if anybody knows when they will release it.

Hi, Anyone know the dimensions of the foot stand of the a Raptor 27? I am particularly interested in the dimensions of the rectangle area that rests on/connects with the desk/table. I have been using my naga trinity for a good while now, both for gaming and content creation. As someone who does music production, light video production, and gaming, it would be great to have a sideways scroll. I am always tempted to spend the cash for an mx master from logitech simply for that one feature, but two mice on one desk is clunky. I'm asking you razer, I will buy a sideways scroll module for my mouse as it is a very much needed and useful feature for any program with a timeline. The naga trinity base is such a versatile mount that I am confused as to the lack of new modules and offering new ones that aren't included in the mouse price would be a perfect way to keep myself in the ecosystem. As someone who has literally 8 razer products on their desk at the moment, I really wish I could let my existing mouse do everything, instead of almost everything. As an added bonus, a sideways scroll with 6-8 macros would be even better. Thanks!

2017 Razer Blade Stealth. I just checked the partitions on my hard drive. I have an 11.72GB partition that does not have a volume number. I have a 100MB EFI System Partition (disk 0, part 2), the 460GB NTFS main partition, and a 990MB recovery partition (disk 0, part 5). What is the purpose or use of the 11.72GB which seem to be unallocated?

I had made a case with them to repair my Razer Phone 2 they responded within 2 days and didn't repair everything wrong with it. I have bought their expensive wireless charger (Nearly $100) for their phone and can't use it because of their battery not lasting a whole year without having issues with it. They closed my rma case number before I received my device, and now I've been waiting since 4/21 for a reply. Has anyone else had an issue like this? What did you do?

Terrible description but (I'm not sure which fan) one of them I noticed is making a sort rattling hiss sound when the fans pick up, I only noticed this about 2 days ago and I am a complete small brain when it comes to computers. I use a lot of editing programs for long periods of time so I usually increase the speed of the fans manually for a bit then bring them down, could this have caused the hissy rattle sound? any ideas are welcome

I've been wanting to build a PC and cool it with EKWB. I've been eyeing the Tomahawk Elite because it looks absolutely gorgeous and has liquid cooling in it from EKWB. However, its been just about a year and I havent seen any news on the tomahawk elite. I was planning to build my PC soon and was wondering if there is any info on this cases release date, cause I'm willing to wait just for the case.

I want to upgrade my gaming but can only do it one at a time. Should I get a monitor, mouse, headset, or keyboard first? What I'm upgrading from: Monitor: Samsung 60Hz 27" 1080p 2ms response rate; Not sure about the exact model, but these are the specifications. Oh, and this is a laptop, but it's also 1080p. Will upgrade to ASUS ROG Swift 2K. Mouse: Logitech Marathon Mouse M705, Wireless, Laser Sensor (Sensitivity 1000), 7 buttons, tilt scroll, 36-month battery, 2.4GHz receiver; I plan on upgrading to a normal Viper. Will upgrade to Viper. Headset: stock headphones; These work for now, but I have to use the onboard mic on the laptop. Will upgrade to Kraken TE OR Tiamat 7.1 V2. Keyboard: Logitech G15, Membrane, six macro keys, LCD statistics monitor, full size, multimedia keys; I'm pretty happy with it, but it's a membrane keyboard and I probably need to upgrade it to play competitively. Will upgrade to Huntsman TE.

So I've been saving hard my silver fragments and have enough to get a pair of Razer Kraken headphones! YAY! I had been looking forward to getting my hands on the Mercury edition ones. But SHOCK HORROR!! (exaggeration? slightly) The Mercury ones are Out Of Stock! *cries* So my question is for anyone who has had this happen before, or indeed for any staff on here, how long is a typical wait for an item to come back in stock? Should I just pick a different colour? I know that's dependent on many variables so if anyone has any info about that item in particular please reply and let me know.

I was scrolling through Youtube reviews about Razer blade 15 (which I'm about to buy it) and to my surprise, I saw a video and many comments that its webcam stops to work after a couple of months. On Reddid many people confronted with this issue as well. Appreantly it's a hardware problem and one must return it to the company to fix. I'm totally confused and I dunno should I buy one or not? Note that there are no Razer stores in my country, I can't return the laptop to fix any hardware problem!

For some reason the B and Y Buttons on my controller have “switched”. By switched I mean when I press the B button it acts as though it’s the Y button and the Y button acts as the B button. I’m using it on the Xbox one console. I didn’t do anything different....just logged in and it acted this way for the first time ever. Anyone have a remedy for this?
