Merry Christmas everybody! With the holiday season coming around, I suspect many people are upgrading their setups to something greater. Please post a pic of your setup and leave a like for me. I love to see what other people have made with their Razer gear. Preferably, post a picture that shows your awesome Chroma lighting in the dark. Is there a way to turn off the touch commands on the razer hammerhead truly wireless

I got my first mouse and keyboard when i was 14 (I got Mamba and Blackwidow in tournament ed.). I will never forget how that felt when i unplogged my rubish cheap mouse. I felt like i am upgrading from level zero to boss. I still feel sentimental about that old thing, but Razer gave me even more fun. Yea and about changing keyboards.. Well I i fell in Love with that clicky extraordinary noise. That click, that sound, that satisfaction. I love Razer products. Now I have set of mouses, keyboards, speekers etc. And everytime I open up new Razer product i feel same as when i was kid. What was your first Razer product?

Be sure to only recommend and describe experiences with products you actually own. As for me personally, I can't recommend the Atheris enough. People, do not sleep on this mouse! I'm on the go often and off of two AA batteries it lasts long. I don't get any performance latency. This was the mouse that sold me on wireless. This is a simple, effective, compact mouse that can be part of your travel kit or daily driver. I'm surprised myself that I love it so much.

Do you think Razer will improve on its solid first launch of their Razer Raptor 27 monitor in 2020? What would you like to see from Razer in future monitors? I'd certainly like to see more color options, like releasing the Raptor in mercury white, and an update to the cabling in the back. That being said, I tried the Raptor at a friend's house recently and was very impressed with the build quality and performance, especially with g-sync. I think this monitor could be used for productivity/workstation tasks as well.

Since 2019 is ending I thought I would share a screenshot of my Silver balance that reflects this year perfectly. I got an Atheris recently so my balance went to 2019 silver. Im just in shock that the mouse shipped from Hong Kong and arrived in Germany within 2 days. Ordered on the 27th of December and received the mouse on Monday the 30th. Not even mad at the 10 euro shipping fees for essentially a free item. Here is a nice end to 2019. Hope my 2020 silver balance isnt just 2020 :D

Greetings everyone! I wanted to share my experiences using Razer products. I'm an owner of a Razer Kraken Pro V.2, a Deathadder Elite and a Goliathus Chroma. I adore them all for the build quality, their aesthetics, their comfort and their RGB. It's the absolute best. The feel of the mat is so comfortable as is the grip of the mouse in my large palm. I'm 1,91 so you can imagine that I need a great mouse in order to have a good ergonomic grip. The headset is the greatest though. The most comfortable (I use that a lot 😂) I 've ever wore and it has fantastic sound and build quality. Proud user and I'm looking forward to getting more Razer stuff. So glad I'm part of the Razer cult! Thanks for your attention gamers!

Razer should seriously consider releasing the Cortex Mobile app for iOS devices. Please stop ignoring us. iOS users represent a huge untapped market, at least here in North America where the majority of people prefer Apple's devices. Any thoughts?

Since razer made a new firefly, will they be making a new goliathus extended? Would love to see it with more zones similar to the firefly.

I bought my daughter the Razer Kraken Kitty RGB USB Gaming Headset. She wants to use it with her Xbox One, but the cord is USB and not 3.5. I looked at the comments on Amazon and people keep saying that it works, just plug into the 3.5 jack but this headset has a USB male connector. The adapters I looked at on Amazon said they only work for cars. How can I get this headset to work with an Xbox One?

Dear Razer, I have been regularly browsing your store for a long while, (figuratively) drooling over your products, and am hopefully going to become an owner of said products soon. However, recently it has become obvious the Mercury Collection is fairly underpowered regarding the newest gear. I understand that the Mercury community is in the minority, but at the same time I think there are enough of us, hopefully, that love Mercury, love that people can reciprocate in this thread, and other threads here and over at the Razer Subreddit, to make you wonderful people over at Razer consider distributing Mercury options of the newest mice, keyboards, and headsets, and most of all, laptops. While the Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition is my dream computer, the price holds me back and I'm sure many others as well as myself would greatly appreciate cheaper models in the Mercury White form. However, even the laptop I can settle for, as I'm shooting for saving for the Studio as it is anyways. But ha

I once got a Razer Deathadder gifted to me.. I was a fan of the mouse itself, the software seemed a little buggy/resource intensive to me, but after that point I decided I would get all Razer stuff to match it. I soon replaced the Deathadder with a Deathadder Chroma and added a Blackwidow Chroma to it as well. Then, I had to get the Firefly mousepad (obviously). I like the mousepad but sometimes I think it's a waste of electricity.. next time I upgrade my parts I'll probably go with non-RGB stuff, just black. I didn't stop there though. I bought the Kraken Chroma which I rarely use. The one purchase I actually don't regret at all is the Panthera. I don't even own a PS4 so I only use the stick on PC, but it's a very nice stick, with no wasteful RGB diodes. Really like that one. Well I guess that's all, happy Chanukah everyone!

Many times I find that one of our products simply aren't enough to fulfill a need. I can try to break into the secret lab the devs and engineers have locked themselves in creating the next best thing, but honestly, I'm sure they're light years beyond what I can even imagine. Back to my original point, however. There are times where I wish I could have the under glow of the Cynosa Chroma Pro and full Chroma keys on my BlackWidow Lite. Or a Firefly Hard Edition the size of a Goliathus Extended. Which Razer products would you ship to have babies to be the ultimate product? What kind of Frankenstein amalgamation would you cackle insanely for to give life? This is the last Thread of the Week for the Year, so I'm going to be super generous with Razer Silver. Be sure to check your rewards next week to see if you got something from Santa me. Ho ho ho!

On boot up it regularly does not recognise the external monitor (Samsung C27F591) until I unplug and plug back the usb-c to hdmi cable. On laptop wake up I also always get a fuzzy image which again I have to unplug and plug. Tried using both usb-c ports, same issues. I bought a new cable (different make) and same issues. Ran Intel Support and Driver Assistant and Nvidia GE Force Experience and all drivers up to date. Anyone else has similar problems? Thanks in Advance

Hello, Has any one an experience like mine? I received a laptop that had a myriad of Well known issues on the Razer Blade Stealth 13 2019. I opened a support case and sent in the device for a warranty repair and was assured this issue would be resolved. They claim to have replaced the mother board entirely and shipped the device back, and instantly when i plugged devices in the usb C ports gave me the same issue. Now i have been waiting Several Business days to hear back from Razer Support. The power adapter cuts in and out if i barely moved the laptop or cord. on both USB C ports. this is in addition to the monitor output disconnecting over and over if i barely move it. on both USB C ports. There is also electric interference on the speakers. This is the exact problem i sent the laptop in with. I am unable to reliably transfer data, Run external displays, use my usb audio interface, or even charge the laptop. how is a device so dysfunctional? Thank you Will
