Having issues with my G16 laptop I got recently. Lots of overheating, performance a downgrade from similar thin laptops.The one good thing is it can run on a 100w charger with reduced performance, but still pretty capable (80, 90 fps on red dead 2, 1600p, medium/high graphics). Recent updates to Nvidia have borked this though.Anyone with a Razer, preferably with a 5080, able to run it on 100w? My preference is to have it for travel. Huge power bricks make travel hard. 

I’d like to extended my Aether light strip to cover two desks. The two desks sit side by side with a half meter gap in between. Question is, if I buy an extender, how can I bridge the gap between the two desks / light strips. I’m aware the Razer Aether light strips use 5 pins.  Thanks  

I am looking to buy some new wireless headphones and was somewhat sold om the blackshark v3 pro, had the v2 for some time and was really happy with them.However after looking around a bit I found out about the audeze maxwell which from what I see so far everyone praises as sounding better and being overall the better choice. My problem however, I can't for the life of me find a somewhat good comparison between these 2.So I was just curious if there was anyone here who tried both and what you thought.I am mainly going to be using the headphones for gaming and music (but mostly gaming). 

Am I the only one that has lag on their keyboard when Synapse is on? I'm using a Blackwidow TKL and when I'm writing for work I have to turn the software off since it's slowing down my keyboard and sometimes even some keys don't work well... I updated Synapse 3 to 4 but the problem remains lol Synapse is so useful while playing videogames but it sucks for other tasks. Yeah, my keyboard is clean and its firmware is updated to the last version, but it's already 3 years old  

 Can i ask for help cause i lost my phone that hat has access to my old 2FA password, i cant get authentication from app due to this problem.. Can i ask if its possible to to reset my 2FA passcode thanks

So uhm. I purchased my Razer headset. Kraken V3 X. And I don’t exactly remember the Date of Purchase. I need a little help. A little context. A few months ago. I don’t exactly remember the date. Me and my mother went up to Walmart and purchased the Headset I use. And as a 15 year old. I don’t exactly have a credit card. Surprise. And she purchased the Headset. But now. Present day, I try to register. And I realized I need my Date of Purchase. If someone could help me. I’d appreciate. Thank you.

I bought it for my laptop and I’m a little concerned about it being powered by the laptop itself. I don’t know much about computer engineering but my laptop (MSI Titan) already runs a little hot and I’m worried the excess power demanded of it will overheat it or reduce its life expectancy or something. My laptop is already powering a gaming keyboard, mouse, controller, Razer Base Station, and charging my headset. My old leviathan had its own power cable.Based on the above info, is it safe to plug in the soundbar directly to my laptop? 

Laser Viper v3 Pro & Huntman v3 Pro tkl & Black Shark v3 Pro Counter Strike 2 Edition When is the scheduled release date? I really want to have it, and what I'm using now is these products. The edition is so cool and I want to keep it, so I'm going to buy it. The video that's scheduled to be released 6 weeks ago is out. Can you tell me when it'll be released

This isn’t a criticism of your brand or work, but rather the generic shape all controllers have. It’s poorly designed, at least for my smallish hands. I have paddles on the back, so the only way to hold the razer and have as many fingers on buttons as possible without removing the thumbs from the sticks is such that there’s literally only an very, very narrow range of holding that just barely (doesn’t really) works. My pinky is too short to comfortably reach the lower paddles. The general shape of the controller is vague, is it to be held this way or the way most grab it, though most also remove their thumbs from the sticks to hit A, B, X and Y?  I absolutely hate how gaming hasn’t innovated controllers beyond some refinements and paddles, the fact that KnM (keyboard & mouse) is used at all is ridiculous. Imagine having to aim a real gun with something as wonky as a stick or mouse? It’s asinine. How has the entire gaming development community failed to created something that feels

Yesterday, synapse 3 decided to prioritize itself over my game and insist I install Synapse 4 right that very second. I did, because it wouldn't let me go back to what I was doing otherwise, and now my performance on Jedi: Survivor has gone down the drain.I looked at task manager and saw a modest village of background processes. I'm not sure if those are entirely the issue but it's definitely Synapse 4 in some capacity. Any advice?

I'm planning on upgrading from my logitech G502 hero to the razer basilisk V3 pro 35k. I wanted something wireless + a higher polling rate than 1000 hz, and it's what people recommended. I've been looking around online, and some sources say you can only get 4khz polling with the mouse dock pro, and others say you can get 8khz with it. If only 4khz is possible, I'll buy the hyperpolling dongle instead of the dock, but the dock has the added benefit of wireless charging which is convenient to me because I am not great at cable management in my setup (it's a mess). Can someone who has a mouse dock pro with up-to-date firmware tell me what's the max polling rate they can get with their mouse?

Wondering if the community is still having the issue where the ARGB controller not turning on LED on system startup.I had this issue for a long while, but I did not use my PC since Jul. I read some post around Aug that it was fixed. I finally have time to turn on my computer today. Did all the updates/repairs but it still does not work.Is it broken again?Also, Chroma app is not loading correct when I try to launch it. It opens a window, but get stuck on a blank page. 

Hello all. I'm here wondering which headset should I get now ? Sadly my beloved SOG H70 died, so I'm looking for a new one.I'd use it mainly for video games (mostly single player) and a microphone isn't necessary, if that's worth mentioning. Also watching some movis and all that, but yeah. Also budget isn't a problem.Any ideas ? Thanks !

I’ve just bought a pair of Barracudas Everything was perfect for like 1 day, then they just didn’t connect to my PS5 (using the USB-C dongle). I’m sure there’s a bug because the barracudas turned off automatically every time I tried to connect them to the console using the dongle… I searched some people with the same problem and I realized that a lot of us just hate the Barracuda connectivity. To fix it all I made was Settings > Sound > Audio Output > Turn Off “Switch Output Device Automatically”, and that’s all. Now everytime i turn on the PS5 I’ve to connect them manually… But that really solved my problem with the headphones. 

Hi everyone. I’m so tired of the wired headsets. I currently have the V2 Kitty pro, but the wire is so annoying and sometimes plays a static noise when I move in a way. I’m thinking of a wireless version so I won’t have to deal with wires. I’m open to any recommendations and suggestions

So, my mouse (DeathAdder Chroma) keeps double-clicking on its own. For example, when I click once, it clicks again by itself, and I'm pretty sure it's not a fault on my end since this has never happened to me. If you still didn't understand the example here's another one: When i click the GIF Library/Favorites, it clicks again resulting in me posting a GIF accidentally,,. Any fix for this or am i just doomed?

Hi guys,I need some help about sound settings. I just bought a new PC and discord seems to glitch with Win11 or something because when I join any call or room every sound cuts of except discords. When I disconnect immediatly returns. Never had an issue on Win10 (hs: razer kraken tournament edition) Any idea? Almost tried out everything on the internet.

Howdy, I'm curious when is the Miyabi ZZZ collab chair gonna be available or how to order it?

I just got a new SSD in and im trying to get everything back up and running. Mostly everything has been ok so far, but razer synapse no longer detects any of my chroma apps. Ive tried a bunch of different things to get synapse to either detect wallpaper engine or any of my chroma apps. Also sometimes mychroma apps will just randomly shut off, no clue how to fix that either. Is there anything that i should do to get this working again? 

I changed my Logitech trackball for the Razer Vertical because this was the only thing I was missing from Razer—a mouse for productivity. The only issue I’m having is that the button to switch devices (Bluetooth and USB dongle) should be on the top of the mouse. It’s annoying to have to lift the mouse every time just to switch devices, since the button is at the bottom. Other than that, everything is perfect: DPI, buttons, RGB, and ergonomics. Also, it would be nice if the scroll wheel could be used as left and right buttons like on other Razer mice, but on this one you can only press and scroll.
