When I connect my Kishi V3 Pro controller to my phone or tablet, a notification pops up asking me to choose from a list of connections, which includes "MIDI", "charging only", "reverse charging", etc. Does anyone know which one I should use between them? Is there a correct or a suggested one? 

This morning after opening the case, the right earbud did not switch on. Had these since 2021, already had small issues like this but a quick cleaning always resolved the issue. After cleaning it, nothing changed... Performed all troubleshooting, nothing changed... The right earbud seems dead, or at least that the battery died and that now it won't charge. Left one works normally, but since only one of two works, I can't perform a factory reset and can't connect to the Razer app... What should I do? Any tips? Ideas? I think the warranty is 3 years, so I don't have it anymore.

I just got the V3 Pro's and so far, one of my only issues with it has been the volume increments using the volume knob on the headset when on PS5. The increments are somewhere around 15-20% each notch on the knob, making it very frustrating to find the right volume without it being too loud or too quiet. I also use them on PC, and it works fine there with the increments being 4% each knob notch. Has anyone else experienced this? Or even owners of the V2 Pro's, has this just been a thing with Razer headsets on PS5? 

I just bought this headset and I can’t figure out what the point of this olde controller hub is for. I have to connect the head via Bluetooth to my PC. The controller hub is plugged into right port in the back my pc and when I’m in Bluetooth mode I can’t use any of the functions of the controller hub. I saw post online saying “Must be in hyper speed wireless, which when I enter this mode I can use all functions of the controller hub. Yay great… but now my system volume is muted and no matter what I do I can’t get sound. Doesn’t matter if I put my default device as “game v4 pro” or “chat v4 pro” still no sound and there isn't a “hyper speed wireless” device. So what do I need to do? 

This morning, while browsing the keyboard page on Razer’s Chinese official website, I noticed an error in the displayed information.As shown in the image, the “Huntsman line” was mistakenly written as “噬魂金蝎系列”, whereas the correct translation should be “猎魂光蛛系列”, consistent with the product introduction below.I hope this issue can be corrected soon.Perhaps other parts may have similar problems as well, and I hope Razer can thoroughly review all regional versions of the official website to ensure that such simple errors do not occur.^^ 

I just bought the Kraken V4 PRO and I honestly like the headset I think it sounds good, definitely a step up from my last headset. But this thing has been giving me headache and hoping someone on forums could answer few questions I have about it. First question, is there a dongle I could buy for this headset? I thought this headset would connect wirelessly through the olde control hub, but that doesn’t seem be the case. If it does can someone please tell/show me how that’s done. Right now I have connected to my PC through Bluetooth, but if the headset isn’t in a specific mode Synapse won’t pick up the headset. As right now Synapse is yelling at me to switch default device to “Game” when I switch the “game” preset I lose all sound on my pc… even if make it the default device. Also the headset volume isn’t working with my PC system, if turn my headset down via wheel on the headset system volume stays full blast. My final quest is about the olde control hub… I can’t for the life of me get

QuestionRazor Naga Pro RZ01-0342The other day I had it on wireless Bluetooth and it ran out of charge. After plugging it in - it doesn’t charge.It’s been almost 2 days now with absolutely no response from the mouse. It doesn’t even get picked up as being plugged in. I’ve tried another wire too.I’ve had absolutely zero issue with it until this point. Anyone know if there is a solution for this or if I’m just dealing with a dead brick?

I paid R$88 (equivalent to U$17) to an account, which turns out was the wrong one, because previously I paid only R$5 (U$1) to another account so I could get a reward. THE PROBLEM HERE IS: the payment was successful,  but the coins I paid (in a game called “Free Fire”) were delivered to the wrong account, meaning I have the coins, but can’t use them! Is there a solution to that?? (Speaking from Brazil)

Will there be no Mercury color for the Blade 16 nor 18? It would be nice that we got at least a conformation or a release date.

When I'm running my macros it runs fine for the first 30min-1 hour then it suddenly goes in less then half speed until I stop the macro, then restart it, it works fine for way less time then the first time but goes slow after about 5-15min, reset my pc and this restarts this loop, On the previous synapse I could run macros for over 8 hours on end and it wouldn't slow down or fault until I stopped it. any ideas? 

Good Afternoon all.  Is there a way i can use On the fly macro recording without a razor keyboard? I would like to make a macro without having to have the synapse open to do so?

I purchased the original DeathAdder years ago, and regretted that after 14 months when the buttons had click bounce. I swore then i’d stick to a different company. I decided, after reading that you’d fixed the buttons, to try the Deathadder V3 , and yet again I am regretting it, now I have the “lift off” issue where it disconnects the mouse if you dare lift it at all. And also the placing of the side button is too low and the spring is way too weak. Moving the mouse left can trigger the side mouse button which is melee in FPS games.  So shooting and moving left and suddenly im punching thin air. So I have to unassign that button because its useless. SEriously Razer, isn’t it time you learnt from your mistakes ? How can there be a disconnect issue with the lift off ? THAT’S NEVER A THING PERIOD….  Last ever mouse I get from you. Logitech are more reliable.

From a quick Google search, I saw that the basilisk can save basic rgb effects and run them without the software running in the background. My question, does a static colour effect count as "basic" as that's the effect I want to use, hopefully without synapse in the background. 

Hi everyone,I'm writing this from Australia and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed.It’s already almost June and there is still no sign of the Razer Blade 18 (2025) on the official Razer Australia website – not even a product page. I reached out to Razer customer service, and to my surprise, they said they have no idea what the Razer Blade 18 2025 is. Seriously?Is this the level of product awareness and support we’re getting? I can’t believe a flagship laptop is completely MIA in the Australian market. It’s getting to the point where I’m considering buying one from the US and bringing it back myself.Is anyone else in Australia feeling the same? Do you guys think they’ll actually release it here, or are we just being ignored again?

Keyboard is not activated when pc is turned on(settings on), lights are multicolor but working. I have to go to the app to get it change the light to what i made it to be. 

i just need help with a warranty….. shouldnt be this hard..,.. 

Hi, I have a Razer Blade 16 (2025) with the RTX 5080 and I'm having issues with the keyboard lighting effects on the laptop using Synapse 4.I also have other Razer devices like the BlackWidow keyboard, Basilisk V2 mouse, and a laptop cooling pad — all three work perfectly when selecting lighting effects through Synapse. However, the built-in keyboard on the laptop doesn't respond to any effect changes; it just stays static.However, I can still adjust the brightness or turn the lighting off completely — it's just the effects that don’t change at all.Interestingly, if I control the lighting effects through Windows Dynamic Lighting instead of Synapse, it works perfectly.I've already tried restoring the PC twice and uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Hello I’m looking at buying a Razer Blade 18 and  the configurator in the store has some wacky pricing as far as I can see - can this be correct?  so £1400 extra for 1 extra TB SSD but then £300 more for 3 extra TB? and £1700 for 32GB RAM? aside from this, any pros/cons of this machine for video editing would be much appreciated - thanks! (sorry I couldn’t find a way to contact pre-sales support with these questions)

I just picked up a Razer USB 4 dock and I’m confused about how to get the best performance (highest refresh rate and G sync/adaptive sync) to work. I’ve got a 2023 blade 15 and can’t figure out the best way to configure it. I haven’t even picked up a new OLED because I’m not sure what I should be looking for.Any advice would be appreciated!

How do make this headset rgb setting phone or PlayStation 5

i bought deathadder essential white edition few months back and now when i play valo or minecraft and shoot or break something using the left mouse button and do a movement in keyboard at the same time , the movement happens after like 2 seconds , or its sticky and sometimes it just keep drifting in a particular direction when the keyboard key is released . is it a problem in my mouse or any other issue .
