I just bought a new Click Pro V2 Vertical, assigned the Keyboard ‘F’ to one of the buttons via Synapse, but it does nothing.Is there something else I have to do to get the mouse button to bind to the keyboard input? 

I’ve had the Razer Blade 15 in Quartz Pink for about 5 years now and I LOVE it!!! I’ve only had some minor issues with it like overheating, the charger melting, ect; but other than that, she runs perfectly fine. I’ve been wanting an upgrade but it looks like they’ve discontinued the production of Quartz Pink laptops as well as mice, headsets, ect. I don’t want to buy a wrap because Razer laptops tend to be on the pricier side. I bought the 15 because it gave me everything I needed + it’s pink!!! Does any one know why the line was discontinued? Will it ever be brought back?

Has anyone used Razer’s cooling pad with the new 2025 Blade? If so, how did it perform?I’m also curious to know if the 2025 Blade supports the cooling pad’s advertised increase to power draw via Synapse and how that impacts performance as well.Thanks in advance! 

I've had this headset for over a year now, but I have experienced the connectivity issue since I got it. My PC doesn't have a usb type-c port so I use the adapter that comes with the headset, but it is super sensitive, it would take me many tries before the dongle would finally connect, but recently, it just wouldn't connect. I tried it on my phone and other devices, didn't work. I even tried using a different adapter, still no luck. the headset does still work if I connect it with the auxiliary cable but I prefer it being wireless. Is there a fix for this? I want to just find a solution for this if there is instead of paying 20$ just for the dongle. Thanks in advance

Hi I'm inquiring about my razer barracuda X 2022I have used this headset paired with THX audio software. It is a nice headset, unfortunately there has been an issue with the dongle.It is not working anymore. When I connect it via dongle to my computer it doesn't connect and audio is only the connecting sound.Since it was not in good condition I have been using it with a 3.5mm jack it came with, not wireless anymore. Some issues with the audio pitch too high and the bass is a bit non existent, different/static-y audio compared to the dongle 2.4ghz connection.It is now 2025 and I bought this headset in 2022. It is not under warranty anymore.Question is if I can buy a different dongle and connect it to the new one and how much is it will be the cost.Hope a razer support reads this and could help. 

As a new creator to the Razer family i want to know what is best to use my new found privilege on. tell me what if your favorite piece of gear from Razer and what is done to change your set up.

My Naga Hyperspeed V2 doesn't come with any sort of cable. The Razer (probably AI) representative is asking me to cut the cable although I've linked multiple unboxing videos and pictures of their own product BOX and MANUAL specifying there is no cable inside, yet they keep asking me to cut it.My warranty is wearing off in May and I suspect they're trying to waste its time (or are just very dumb which is also possible)Anyone ran into similar issues?

As the title implies I’m about to pull the trigger on the new RB 16. My concern is with shipping though. Has anyone had any issues getting their laptop? Thank you 

Like some of you I’m sure, I’m very much looking forward to the arrival of my new Blade 16 that I preordered. This is my first Razer product, so I was curious if anybody on this sub reading this has previous experience preordering a device from the official store before (i.e. the 4090 model), and is their “Estimated Ship Date” usually accurate or is there a chance it could arrive sooner? April 30 seems so far away!! 

This isnt just Razer's issue I havent seen a mouse with that functionality specified (and a few logitech I tried have the same issue at least they have a 3rd main button used as a shift to have double the keybinds on your side buttons in nagas you have to assign the scroll wheel or something like that)like as an mmo player assigning keyboard buttons to the side buttons is defeating the purpose of having side buttons because I use my keyboard buttons if I didnt want more buttons than my keyboards ones I wouldn't be looking for a mouse that has 12 side buttons would I?why should be the naga's sidebuttons be either 12345 etc or numlock 1234 or ABCD etc these all are keyboard buttons and I already use them 

So Razer want you to spend £4k+ on a laptop only to provide a warranty for one year only (2 on the battery). We apologize for the inconvenience.So if your Razer laptop breaks after a year you’ve just got an expensive paper weight!

Was looking into the black shark v2 x recently as I heard it had a pretty good mic and comfortability, but I also heard that razer products in general don’t tend to last too long and break easily. Is this more or less true? How durable do they seem to be on average? Could they at least last me half a year to one year? Is it likely for them to hit the 2-3 year mark? I don’t want to invest money if they’re going to break down on me but I do really like the feel of them, so I’m a bit lost 

Hi,I've been using my Razer Blade 15 for about 1.5 years without any problems until now. Recently, I noticed that the laptop no longer charges properly. It stays at 0% battery, and although it indicates that it's charging, the battery level does not increase. The laptop only powers on when plugged in using the 230-W charger and won't turn on with battery power alone or with a type-c charger.This issue began after using a USB-C charger overnight, which I’ve done successfully in the past. I've already tried several solutions, including replacing the battery, reinstalling Windows, updating the BIOS, and updating all drivers, but nothing has resolved the problem.Any help would be appreciated. 

Hello Razer Team and Community,I purchased three devices (Leviathan V2, Basilisk V3 Pro, DeathStalker V2 Pro) directly from Razer.com in December 2024.All three failed after a few weeks.I received a replacement for one item, but nothing improved. After multiple support tickets, I still haven’t received any proper diagnosis or refund.I suspect Synapse is the root cause of all three failures.Razer refuses to acknowledge this, citing a 14-day return policy despite the clear EU 2-year conformity warranty.I have now filed complaints with the DGCCRF and the European ODR platform.Please escalate this internally — this is not acceptable from a brand I trusted for years.

I was wondering if they sell the kuromi kraken kitty v2 that is not Bluetooth I’ve tried everything to connect but doesn’t even have a aux cord or hole for that. I really like the product but can’t connect to my Xbox console without aux.

Looking for a rgb number pad that syncs with Razer. I went through the partner list and didn't find any.It would be great if Razer did one. With an escape key maybe a few extra macro. Wireless. Chroma.

Hello,I just upgraded to Synapse 4. Everything works great for my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and Naga Pro except for the two middle buttons on my mouse. I usually rebind those to mouse 4 and 5 (forward and back for browsing.) No matter what I do, the setting doesn't seem to want to work. Can someone help please?

I think Razer can make more products for female gamers. It’s really lacking in PC accessories in white colour, especially the keyboards. I really like the design of the Razer Pro Type Ultra but I hate the creamy feeling of yellow switches. There’s only very few white keyboards with green switches such as the Blackwidow V4 Pro, but it doesn’t look as good as the Razer Pro Type Ultra :(

Hello, I wanted to ask: I’m planning to buy the Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse, but the issue is that I play on Xbox and changing DPI is very important to me. If I set the mouse to 800 DPI in Razer Synapse, will these 800 DPI settings also apply on the console, or not? Please let me know, this is very important to me.

So Im just gaming playing poe2 with the razer gaming pad on hyperboost and keep in mind im getting 180 fps on 1440 and only needing like 120w, never saw it go over like 140 on poe2 but now is the second time that the laptop just all turns off while gaming, which doesn’t even make sense because it should default to battery but I guess it doesn’t have enough time to change or something and just dies and I have to replug the oem brick so it has power again. Super strange. Anyone with a blade 2025 and the gaming pad that could try to duplicate.
