I have a Blade 15 (2023). 13800h, 4060, 64GB RAM. It has started to freeze intermittently and become really hot to touch when gaming.I recently was playing WoW classic and GPU was getting up between 75c to 80c. Not hot for this laptop but I wouldnt expect it to heat as much as it has for such an old game. I set the graphics to as low as they'd go to look for an improvement and got none.I have an Asus Zenbook 14 for work. I9 ultra 185, integrated GPU, 32GB RAM. I installed it on this to see if I can get the same temps but the system ran cool. Fans barely came on. Installed on my steam deck and little to no heat build up also.I am on the original factory image and updated to last available stable patches in windows.Any help or pointers appreciated. 

Hi all.  Does anyone know of a way to increase the range of a wifi headset, Black Shark V2 (2020) in my case,  without running a cable from the computer to move the location of the dongle?  Is there a Wifi extender out there that will work with devices that aren’t on the network?  So far I haven’t come up with anything which amazes me. It would be great to be able to get more than 20 ft away from my PC without losing signal.

My Windows 10 computer will pair but not connect and the blue light stays blinking. My phone says "pairing rejected". Connecting USB gives a USB device not recognized warning. If I use the 3.5mm, it works like it should. I can't get the firmware update to recognize them, so no help there. Any other clever things to try or do I need to resign myself to corded only use for this set?

Razer Nommo V2 Bluetooth lightning flicking like hell.. no action been taken... very very disappointed 

I recently wanted to buy some Razor Gold Giftcards with cash, but wasn’t able to. They said they were only taking cards? Is this a permanent payment method or just temporary?

Currently rocking the razer blackshark v2 wireless headset and out of nowhere my mic stopped working. It will only work when i use the audio jack plug but when i use the wireless adapter it doesn't work. Keep in mind i can hear out the headset regardless if i use the audio jack or wireless. Haven't found anything on how to fix this, any help? 

Is there a way to remap that capture button? I hate xbox game bar and don't use it for clipping games as it's caused issues not capturing audio and other things correctly and have shifted to using MedalTV for my captures. I only see button mapping for the regular buttons and not the share one 

Add as many details as possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier yeah pretty much the title. i am using a razer huntsman V2 and pushed some buttons to find a certain in-game funktion. now my A and D keys only work, if i use this mode that starts when pressing fn and f9. but this will disable my chroma effects. can someone help me please?for others to reply

Hi so I've had this mouse for about a year or so. First my 2 button didn't work. my friend told me to try updating the firmware, which i did, and then it fixed it. AwesomeThen about an hour later, my 1 button is now no longer working. I tried testing it outside of games and double checked my bindings in synapse, and I can't find a reason it would not work. I took the side panel off and it doesnt look dirty, so I'm not sure if I should try cleaning it?I'm not sure what else I can try. 

I had used a Razer Blade Stealth (2016,RZ09 -01682 ) for school for awhile and retired it when I graduated. It has been a few years since and I came back to it recently when I wanted to use a laptop. It still works well when I booted it.However, the rubber along the screen has started to flake off, tried finding replacement parts but I am not too sure they exist.Anyone has any idea if anything can be done about it? Its not the rubber pads at the bottom but the gasket rubber along the screen. 

Bonsoir, j’ai acheté le razer v3 mini black widow hispeed et IMPOSSIBLE DE CONNECTER mon clavier dans synapse, il ne reconnais pas le clavier, de plus, j’ai jeter la boîte et je n’ai pas de QR code pour insérer le clavier dans mon application, il me demande un code mais où est ce code???? 150€ le clavier et impossible de configurer le RGB de mon clavier avec razer studio ou GAMING je ne sais même pas quoi installer puisque de toute façon il ne reconnaît pas mon clavier, quand jele connecte au pc que dois-je faire?? Mettre le câble ?? Mettre sur 2.4hz? Mettre sur BT??? Aucune explication et mode d emploi que en anglais!!!!! 

Hi guys ! I'm hesitating between the OLED or the Mini-LED. Currently i have a laptop with OLED 4K (3840x2160). The thing is that the OLED Razer is QHD, not UHD. So i'm afraid to loose on sharpness while working on it compared to my current laptop bought on 2021. Also MINI LED seems cool but i really love that glossy look of the OLED displays.I have the choice between a Blade 16 mini LED 2023 i9 RTX 4090 or Blade 16 OLED 2024 i9 RTX 4080 for pretty much the same amount of money.I'm having a really hard time figuring out which one to buy as far i don’t know if i will loose image sharpness compared to my current 3840 x 2160 HP OLED Display. Also, the Blade from 2023 i can buy is refurbished and i’m afraid of the mini led panel issues.Any thoughts are welcome

i just bought my first razer headset and just downloaded synapse 4, but for some reason it doesn’t recognize my blackshark v2 pro [xbox licensed] so my question is what imdoing wrong . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys,I have a BlackWidow V3 TKL that I use for work with my work laptop (so I can't install Synapse).I finally got Dynamic Lighting working after updating the firmware to v1.03, but it seems to not work with brightness control. Lighting effects work fine though.(Will clarify - it is either off at 0% or full brightness, anything greater than 0% is just full brightness). I guess Windows hasn't gotten around to the PWM yet.Anyone else out there using Windows dynamic lighting? Does the brightness control work for you?

I have an old razer blade from 2021 with a rtz 3060 and i am only getting 90 - 120 fps in the new BO6 on low settings. How many fps could I get in bo6 and warzone with the new blade? Processor would be Intel® Core™ i9-14900HX 

My razer blade 17 has awful battery life. I have a fresh windows install. I called razer support and they told me to reinstall w their recovery image but I don’t want to do all that, and they don’t just have their drivers online, so I installed everything from the manufacturers.I get 1 hour of battery max. My battery health is 92%. Hwiinfo says it discharges at 60-80watts which sounds insane, right?

I recently purchased blackshark v2x headphones. I want to register the product but it was saying that the product was already registered. And I cant activate the sorround sound 7.1. The package has has this card but it does not have the scratch card but instead it has a qr code and I cant register the product because it was saying it was already registered. 

I updated the firmware, even changed the deadzone to 7 and there is still drift on the left analog stick. I see there was a way to calibrate it but it seems it doesn't work once the firmware is updated. So stupid for a brand new controller that ive been waiting months for. Guess im going back to my v2 pro 

My delivery adress and invoice are different but it not supposed to be different.Is this a problem or not?

Razer I am begging you for a mercury keyboard in a Uk layout, a limited batch even or a way to alter a us keyboard to a UK layout. I know I am not the only one desperate for a mercury theme keyboard in the UK. Please can this one day become a reality
