First of all, greetings to the community since this is my first post here,So, I've been having a problem for a few weeks. Suddenly my mouse started acting funny and when moving it around it randomly activated the wheel effect.It's specially noticeable in games where mouse wheel changes, for example, item in hand from the belt. You move the mouse when walking and then it starts switching weapons.It's not constant and doesn't seem to affect the directin you move the mouse.Tried anything I could think, and haven't found a solution. And it's pretty annoying.Anyone with the same problem? Any idea?Thanks in advance 

I have recently bought the Basilisk v3 and the g502 hero. I really dislike the loudness of optical main buttons of the v3 and prefer the sound of the g502 hero, although the v3 feels a lot better in my hand. Now I'm wondering what the Basilisk v3 x hyperspeed sounds like compared to the regular v3, is it quieter? 

I just got purchased gold coins and was so excited to buy steam wallet but didn't realize I needed the OTP to proceed and I also forgot my backup code. How can I update my phone number?

Does anyone know if it’s still in production? Or was it like the final mouse Where they stopped production?  And if not how long do new batch’s take to be put up for sell? 

Hello All,So It begins with Wanting to Go Wireless, to replace my Corded Razer gear ( Keyboard, Mouse, Headset ) So I went with the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wireless Mouse, Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro Wireless Keyboard, and the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed  Wireless Headset. SO my Issue was with the Mouse It didn’t have it’s Dongle, So I arranged for a Replacement from Amazon And It to didn’t have the Dongle ???Now I could return them but in that process and being on the razer Site I seen dongles you could buy to Mate with a device so I thought I would give it a shot, Well that didn’t work so I arranged to have that returned. It was during this that I was told I could get the Specific Dongle for my Device from Razer So I have been in that process. What A Head Ache to say the least. Last going off I was told they Had none and Didn’t know when they would be available??? Then Because You get a email from a new person each time things get lost in the conversation But it seems somewhere along

Hello!I've been using a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Edition for the past few years, and it's been fantastic. However, a few days ago, I started experiencing some issues with the keyboard. Specifically, it no longer keeps buttons held down when I'm pressing them, and occasionally it double-taps when I press a key once. While this isn't a major problem for general use or even for most gaming, it’s quite noticeable and problematic for rhythm games.I've tried cleaning and repairing it, but the issue persists. I suspect it might be a problem with the circuitry. Given this, as well as it's age in general, I'm considering getting a new keyboard and would love some recommendations.I particularly appreciate the USB output on the side of the Blackwidow, as my keyboard is set up a bit away from my computer, and the USB dongle makes it convenient to connect other USB devices through a hub. The numpad and full functionality offered by the keyboard is also convenient due to it being my main drive

Hi so im wondering has anyone tried replacing the cable on headset which stopped working ? im 95% sure that the reason my own headset died lies in the cable as i had to tape it up in a few places over the years. Im not really looking to buy a new headset and so i was wondering is replacing the cable a potential easy fix ? 

So I just got this keyboard. I bought it secondhand (obviously due to its age), and unfortunately I'm having a few keys that just do this crap repeatedly. The t, e, f, backspace and a few other keys repeatedly do it. It stops and then happens again. Software is not an issue. It just happens at random times. I know it isn't the software because I did a fresh install of windows and it happened in the bios before there was even anything to run.I have read that other people have had this issue. What are the solutions? I can no longer return this to the store unfortunately.

Hey Everyone. What's the one thing you have always wanted to add to your gaming room or set up that razer haven't made yet. all ideas and welcome and maybe going forward this is something razer could possibly do. Mine would be a razer stream deck or something there own creative minds can make. with the razer logos and maybe even the razer lights built in and when subs or gifted subs subscribe that a animation comes on the stream deck. Now that would be insane.  So come on guys and girls shoot your answer and maybe one idea can be put into production to create more insane products that razer make now.

Yesterday, I got my hands on a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything seemed perfect until I tried using a controller. To my surprise, no games were detecting any of my inputs, no matter what I did. I managed to fix it by closing Synapse and rebooting, but that meant sacrificing all my RGB settings on the keyboard.Is there a way to keep my controller working while still using Synapse? Am I missing something really basic here? It’s quite strange that a high-end keyboard would completely block controller support like this.I did some digging online but found nothing, so I'm reaching out for help.Regards,Jason

I’ve been using it for weeks with its default settings which work for the game I’m playing but the layout doesn’t work as well for other games. Everywhere I look online says that I need the app on a pc which I don’t have. There was an app for mobile but it doesn’t support my controller. Doesn’t anyone know any way to help? 

I have rgb enabled razer keyboard, mouse, mat and speakers all connected to the usb ports on the back of my motherboard. The 5th item is my base station but it doesn't connect at all when i connect it to a rear usb port (of which 2 are spare) it only works when on the front usb port which is a nuisance for cable management.The ports do work as I can put in a usb stick or swap things about just fine.What's going on? 

omg it make me furious every days i start my pc, it go back to standard rgb settings.my keyboard and my mouse rgb working good with the standard rgb settings, but if i want to re-set advanced rgb with studio, it disabled my mouse rgb (but my keyboard work). i cant apply any color etc on the rgb mouse. so i need to redownload synapse for showing the rgb of the mouse in synapse studio. 

I own a razerblade laptop that I have been running without the battery. It was working fine but now when I power it on it turns off after about 5 seconds. Any ideas on how to fix? 

Lots of people told me that they break apart easily, i was thinking of buying a huntsman v2 tenkeyless, but idk after all these reviews 

Hello community, how are you doing on this fine day? Here is some general communication where I wonder why did you guys decided to use Razer products? From microphone, keyboard, mouse, headphones, controller and other gears? I am not gonna lie, I never used Razer and I was thinking about getting some stuff. I did use other company products and I was satisfied, but I also get a feeling I am missing something eve tho my stuff ain't cheap lmao. Am I too greedy? My other question to gamers is if you haven't played earlier on controller and now you do, how did you get used to it? I really cannot get used to it. I always played since I was 13y/o on m&k and I still do. 

What is going with Razer lately? I have Kraken Ultimate for about 2 years now, but since I updated to Synapse 3 and then to Synapse 4, Razer sound quality went down the toilet and now I am thinking to change my headset.First of all, I have to close Synapse when I run into a game, because it crashes my games after some time or it causes stuttering in games (I have a decent PC with 3090 Ti and Ryzen 7 and 64GB of RAM). Second, sound became really muffled and from time to time I hear crackling or sputter sounds through my headset.Yes, I did clean Synapse install multiple times and I did re-install new Windows. Sound volumes up and down every now and then, no matter what app or sound eq I use.Please share if there are some solutions, and also, please share some good EQs for music and gaming. Many thanks!
