I bought the Kraken X Lite headphones because it says on the box 7.1 surround sound.On trying to register it says. “Your product does not support 7.1 surround sound”My question is where do I get a refund for the blatant false advertising ?Surely, if it is  stated on the box then it should be supported.

This is my first time asking such things on the insider, so I might as well get an generalized answer from the community and or staff.I wish to know when will the Razer Kraken Ultimate to be restocked as I am quite interested in purchasing in the near future. If not, what will be the best alternative for a wired RGB headset of the same brand that offers just the same of audio quality? 

So basically I was wondering if you guys would be able to send me one of your controllers to promote on all my socials(RAZER WOLVERINE V2 PRO).the reason I want to promote this is because I know a lot of people that need new controllers so want to let them know there’s this amazing controller to replace their broken one.

Before I buy I’m hoping someone can advise….my works   laptop won’t allow downloading. can I programme all razer pro click functions through my home computer to work on the laptop?

How can I connect my nari ultimate. Won't connect to my xbox can't hear anything. When I plug in aux cord into controller I can hear but not with the Dongle connected

Hey guys forgive my lack of knowledge on Nvme ssds im 50 and last gaming rig I built was sata and Ssd, this is my 1st experience upgrading an Nvme Drive, im pretty sure my Liteon cv6 8q128 nvme has died i get a boot cycle of attempted automatic repair which fails, I checked in the Bios and no Nvme drive was recognised, so I'm looking for a 264 or 500gb can anyone help me out worried about ordering wrong one, Thanks.

why my barracuda x 2022 mic isnt working and the speaker works perfectly fine. ive tried in few pc yet it cant connect with my dongle 

HelloI have been using a Razor Core X  without issue for sometime on mac and Rocky linux on Dell portable workstations. But in the last few months, I have been struggling to get the Razor Core X connect to the machine. Sometimes it will connect but often as not the computer will not authorize the connection. There have been some major BIOS & mac OS changes in the last few years so I am wondering if the Razor Core X firmware is not getting a little out of date with newer machines. Do you have a new firmware? I use the Razor Core X exclusively for running a RTX3090 NVIDIA cards for 3D renders. Thanks

On June 18, 2023, I bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021) laptop from Razer - RZ09-0409I already have one, but it no longer functions after six months of work and I had to buy a new one. Hi, I’m owning Razer Blade 15 (2022) and I want to ask if it’s possible to change its keyboard from US-only to US-RU layout. I'm wondering if I can order the keyboard only and change it?Living in Armenia and found this laptop was a challenge. I bought the only existed here. But for my work it’s needed to have Russian keyboard as well.Stickers set is not an option - because of the keyboard temperature during the work. Trying to make a decision on a purchase for the Razer Blade 16, really like the mercury look and was just wondering why it isn’t offered for the 4090 version? Was just wondering if there was a reason behind that or  that the website isn’t working right for me, thanks. 

So, wanted to see if anyone had ideas here, pretty sure my Blade 16's trackpad is defective, it's hard to explain exactly what is happening though, so I'll do what I can. And before someone asks, I have reinstalled drivers, disabled USB power saving, updated Windows fully including all option driver updates, updated Synpase and let it run it's updates, and rebooted 5 times. Basically, sometimes using the trackpad is perfectly fine, absolutely beautiful to use actually. But other times, seemingly randomly (the only consistency I've found is it does this right after reboot for 30 seconds ish, but it also happens entirely randomly), it will start to double click and drag whenever I move my mouse around and it will consider me just touching (not tapping, but putting my finger down to move the mouse) as a single click, and sometimes it'll even click repeatedly. It also will randomly click while moving it, so sometimes I'm moving it and it'll click whatever is behind the window I'm actually

I placed a order for a Razer 17 on July 11th, since the 18th its been held at US Customs in Indiana stating that the package is missing the MID number. I’ve contacted Fedex, they stated that its an issue on the shipper end. I’ve tried twice now to submit support tickets to Razer and have gotten nothing but the automated response.  How can I get my order moving again?
