I recently got a razer 7.1 ps4 version from my uncle since he is moving. I honestly have no idea how gaming things work so I think I'm just stupid, but I can't seem to connect it to my brothers Xbox, I did see somewhere that someone was able to but idk if im doing something wrong.

Did anyone get the mouse dock pro charge iphone?From the mouse dock spec it is a qi charger of 5V/1.5A so rather standard 7.5WFrom the iphohe 12 spec it can take 7.5W slow QI or 15W fast mac charger, I can charge it fine with most cheap QI charger I have at home. And it picks up with the mouse dock pro but stops after some 4sec (can't be due to sliding because there is a magnets on both iphone and charger holding them in same spot at where I place it).Anyone has any insight? already did dock firmware update.

My partner has been using Kraken Kitty headphones for almost the last two years that I gave them as a Christmas present. Last week they randomly just stopped working, and won’t work with any of our computers anymore. Contacted Razer support and they told me that since I bought it slightly more than 2 years before (late November 2021), they wouldn’t do anything to me and told me I could get a $10 discount by signing up for their newsletter. I’m pretty annoyed that these headphones totally broke after less than 2 years of normal use and that they’ll do nothing but tell me about a discount that anyone can get anyways. Also will definitely never be buying their headphones again if they can’t even last a reasonable amount of time for $120

I am wanting to purchase the new Naga Left-handed edition however, it shows out of stock in the Razer website. I signed up to be notified when it is back in stock and I received and email saying it was back in stock. Everytime I got to the website to order one, it STILL shows out of stock. Morning, I'm not a gamer so apologies. My son plays xbox series x and is asking for a wireless keyboard & mouse. From what I can see, Razer products are good quality & generally get favourable reviews. My question is, are there any keyboards & mice that would be compatible? I know the 'Turret' is designed for Xbox usage but it's expensive. Any advice or recommendations is greatly received. Regards.

So whenever I launch CodM and start the virtual gamepad and place any joystick, it makes a mouse pointer appear and hinders the kishi useless. Any fix to this?

This is  more of a poll then anything, but I was wondering what games everyone would like to see added to the Chroma workshop? There are alot of games that support Chroma RGB and look very nice, but there are even more out there that would be  nice to have support for.Personally id love to see a few games like:Satisfactory, Among us, Grounded, Raft, Phasmaphobia, and Signal Simulator. Just to name a few~ But what about everyone else? any games you want to see get some nice RGB support from the Chroma Workshop?

does anyone know if i take it out every 2 minutes from the recharging base, if the mouse's battery would go bad or if there would be any problems?

I know little about keyboards, but just got a Huntsman V2 TKL with Linear Optical switches and just ordered a BlackWidow V4 75%. Noticed no BW option with Optical but since you can put in any switch on the BW are there any compatible ones for it? Thanks. 

I have bought my new laptop from Razer and I'm new to this Brand. It is a Blade 14 2023. I have some questions about the charger as it is kinda confusing and I'm not sure if it's working correctly or not. I appreciate if you help me on this. First of all my charger always shows a green light weather it is connected to the laptop or not, or even when it's charging the laptop. It is always green so u don't know if it's charging or it stopped charging. Is that normal?Next question is, the charging light which is on the laptop itself doesn't show anything when the laptop is off so I don't know if it's charging or the charging process is finished. Is this also normal?

I’ve had this controller for a while and my left analog stick won’t work when I press it in. How would I go getting this fixed? Thank you in advance. 

Hello, recently my naga pro wireless adapter is having problems when connecting to the computer. Every time I insert the wireless adapter into a USB port, my windows keeps making the device connected and then disconnected sound, constantly. I also tested it on the Mac Book Pro, a message box appears, reporting that a USB device was connected, but then it disappears and appears again. When I put it in Bluetooth mode or via cable, the mouse works perfectly, and when I change the switch to 2.4 mode, the mouse turns on and the LEDs light up, but the sound constantly appears on the computer when connected and disconnected. Neither the computer nor Synapse recognizes the mouse when it is connected in 2.4 mode. I had already updated the firmware in the past, but after the update it was working perfectly, after a while I came across this problem, I don't know if it is related to the update. Does anyone have a solution for this?
