bought the razer blackwidow v4 pro cuz it looks sick and ive used razer my whole life no problems before, and now that i have a problem with all 3 keyboards i got since i got 2 replacements and now im trying to get a refund since this has been a huge waste off time and when i read about others who have gotten the same keyboard its all the same issue keys double click and dont register. well now they pull out a bullshit 14 day refund time from original purchase that is not stated anywhere wich u can easily find and they can not change my replacement to another line that might work "but hey we can give u another faulty keyboard and waste ure time and empty our warehouse" im so done i tought this was a serious company that cared about customers and made good products, how wrong and naive ive been just cuz some off my shit worked in the past u scammers 

So I ordered an open box Blade 18 completely maxed out specs for a very sizable discount but Amazon sent me the blade 16 instead with the same core specs minus the change in cpu. I know I can return for a refund but it is still a large discount over list price. The 16 does have a very nice oled panel which was the one big downside of the 18. I was looking for an 18 inch laptop and if I return the laptop I’d definitely won’t be shopping in the 5090 category as without the large discount I couldn’t justify it for gaming. My main worry is the weaker CPU’s longevity for gaming. My last and current laptop is a blade 15 with 8750h and 2080 and I know that I disliked that the cpu has become the limiting factor in that setup and am worried that the same thing will happen. Having said that it has lasted me this long before considering an upgrade. 

How do I stop my mouse button 4 and mouse button 5 going back a page and forward a page respectively, I have a Razer Deathadder v2 and I can’t find anything in razer synapse to fix this, how do I make it so it doesn’t so that?

Hello I have problem with my razer stealth 13 mercury white it only turns on when the laptop is plugged in. It shows battery percentage 63% but when I unplug the charger, it turns off. It also does not turn on by itself with the battery.

Hello i come because i jjust installed again synapse to see what was the sens of my mouse but for an obscur reason synapse 4 seems to dont detect my mouse whatever the usb port i used to plug my mouse ( a deathadder essential white ) and i dont think its a fake one since it was detected on the previous version synapse 3 any idea ? 

Hi, just got a Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed (for PS5), and got all the Synapse and 7.1 Surround installed on my Win 11 machine and it sounds great!But I also use it on my Linux Mint PC though bluetooth, and just "out of the box" it sounds great... but was wondering if there's anything possible I can do to get the best out of it?(I already am doing things like running Easy Effects for EQ etc, but was wondering about anything specifically that would utilize the Razer features, or whatnot. (I installed OpenRazer, but it looks like that doesn't do anything for audio, just mainly light effects.))Thanks for any suggestions! 

Hi, I’m thinking about buying the Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition for Xbox. I want to know whether the controller is 1000hz on Xbox or only on PC? 

So my firefly pro just came in and it’s my first razer product.I’m messing with Chroma to get a few effects going. Basically static color, then breathing effect. I understand it’s a layered priority on the left side in the chroma program but.. my bottom effect never shows up? I tried to google answers but the most I found was a transparency/opacity adjustment that doesn’t seem to exist?Or has a few things have changed from previous versions? Mainly a transparency function?

I got Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed and when i try conecting using dongle it just turns off after a sec and than i have to press random keys for it to turn on for a sec and than turns off 

Ok so, I find most all headphones uncomfortable and unusable. Until I got the blackshark v2 x. These are extremely comfortable. I recently tried out the v3 pro and found those to be uncomfortable because my ears touched the inside of the cups a lot. I was just wondering if either the v3 or v3 x matches the v2 x in comfort. This headset can automatically switch the audio output between 2 devices (somehow it prioritized the audio from the laptop over the PC which has dongle but that was okay for me at that point)The Issue: About a month ago, the microphone stopped working on the laptop (Bluetooth connection). Its windows no longer sees the mic input in any app, though audio output still works.I've tried some work arounds below:Factory Reset: Did not fix the issue.Swapped Connections: I tried connecting the Laptop via Dongle and PC via Bluetooth.Result: The mic works again for the laptop, BUT the "SmartSwitch" feature breaks. If audio is playing on the PC, it stutters/pauses every 5 seconds instead of taking priority.Has anyone faced this driver/firmware issue?ly

My Nari Essential is on its way out, and I need to buy a replacement. I'm looking between Blackshark and the Barracuda. I don't need much. Just need stereo sound and a mic. I'm thinking the X versions are good enough, but not sure which one is best. 

Need an upgrade pretty quickly and my options are either a Blade 16 or a an Asus ProArt P16, but reading the reviews on the P16 someone had data wiped clean, and from my previous nightmarish experience with an 4090 ROG Zephyrus Duo I'm afraid of touching anything AsusMeanwhile on the Razor side the main complaint I see is the trackpad and synapse software issue. Has that situation improved with time? Are the claims overblown? On paper the Blade 16 looks like the best unless it has some major flaws like I mentioned on the Asus.

Hello, I recently got the Kraken Kitty headset, but it’s too tight for my head. Is there a way to fix this? My head is small so I’m surprised that it’s tight. The main pressure are on my ears. I adjusted the length of the cushions to be positioned lower but that doesn’t solve the issue.

Where can i find the razer katana 1200w? It was on the razer page last month and now its gone. Its like its EOL or something. Any ideas?

Hi guys, I joined the spicy pillow gang recently. I have a Razer Blade 2019 Base Model. I bought a 3rd party replacement battery. However when installed the laptop doesn't detect the battery on the log in screen. It DOES say battery 100% in the power menu in settings but no battery icon is present in my task bar.. when I unplug the charger, the laptop stays on for about 10 seconds and then dies.I've tried disabling both options in hardware settings and I don't really know what else to do. Laptop works great apart from battery and will work fine when plugged in but previous to the battery replacement the battery would give about an hour of use before dying.

I am using Razor kraken V3 and whenever i go to a website where i download audio, i try other headphones they work fine but razor not work there why is that?

Has anyone found a reliable way to link Chroma profiles with specific games using Synapse or third-party tools? I am considering a Wolverine V3 Pro exclusively for use on my PC. Tried it out at the store and am a big fan of the button layout and their feel. Currently have an Elite Series 2 and while it's really good, the face buttons are mushier than I prefer and the trigger stops are blegh. It has some problems with registering inputs too and I don't wanna get another fussy controller. 

Does anyone have success in upgrade blade 18 2023 model from Wi-Fi 6E to Wi-Fi 7. Please share supported bios version to make it work. 

Heya GuysI've got a big of a strange issues with my Huntsman V3 Pro where the full stop is no longer working!When i go into synapse 4 i can see when i press the key that the actuation is being detected yet i get no output, I've checked my keyboard layout settings and they are correct, i didn't know if anyone had any ideas on how to resolve this!

I turned on my PC and when trying to use the top numerical buttons above the letter keys, I noticed none of the buttons worked. The keypad numerical buttons work but the top keys don't. Is this something in the Razer Synapse profile or does anyone know a fix for this issue? 

Recently my Viper V2 Pro crapped out on me and was still within Warranty. I reached out to razor for a replacement, went through an entire conversation with a representative who approved my RMA and replacement and gave me a shipping label to send off.The day BEFORE my mouse arrived to them the support ticket has been “Denied” and my RMA has been stuck on “In progress” for over 5 days??
