Razer going to be releasing a hi res certified headset like TB and steelseries any time soon? I know everyone hates on synapses and it has its flaws but all the software are pretty bad. Razer still has the best move after all the ones I have tried and the Huntsman v2 linear is like the GOAT in terms of silence. Hoping to get a good audio device to just keep all my stuff on one software suite 

Hi,I just bought 7.1 surround sound addon on the Razer site, but the activation key I received is invalide (according to the product). I copy/pasted it, manually, still nothing. After running round and round on their support site, figured I am not the only one who can`t get a ticket open.Any insight?

I wonder if I can buy only one unit separately if I lose one of the earbuds units

I have a Ornata v3, which has low profile keys.I would like to buy replacment keycaps as several keys have snapped off (the white plastic bits have snapped from the backs of the keys).The Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set does not fit this keyboard.Can someone please link a store page, amazon link, some rando on Etsy with 3d printer, or something that sells the CORRECT replacement key caps for this keyboard?Or has anybody had any success gluing the white key lugs back together?

i have used the wired Razer DeathAdder essential white and it is amazing. but the only problem is that its wired.i would pay 60-100 dollars just to get one. if you can make one please let me know and ill buy it. ALSO RAZER SHOULD MAKE ONE!

Buenos dias/tardes/noches, según corresponda, es la primera vez que uso este medio, es que quería comunica una duda que tenia, es que recientemente en la cuenta official de instagram Razerlatam (https://www.instagram.com/razerlatam/) realizo un sorteo, y afortunadamente gane, me etiquetaron en su historia cuando anunciaron el ganador y respondi casi de inmediato, pero después de casi una semana no he recibido una respuesta de RazerLatam, queria saber si es muy comun que se tarde en recibir un respuesta o que deberia hacer, realmente no deseo causar molestias solo me gustaria saber si es algo comun y quizas deba tener paciencia (adjunto capturas) 

Does anyone know of an Analog Stick cap or replacement that’s concave … more comfortable ?I know etsy has 3D printed ones but they’re so expensive + shipping across the world. Does anyone have like a regular analog stick capping or silicone cover that they use & fits properly that they can suggest ? 

Can someone recommend a good gaming mouse to me within the 50-100€ price range that's wireless and light? I prefer Razer, but it can be any brand as long as it's not an off-brand Chinese mouse from Temu. 

I have a Naga V2 Pro and it's the only mouse I'll ever use, LOVE IT.I have a bunch of mouse profiles that I set up to automatically switch between when that program is active. This functionality worked perfectly in Synapse 3... but since needing to upgrade to Synape 4, none of my profiles automatically switch anymore, regardless of how many times I relink the program to the profile.Has anyone found a fix for this issue?

The bugs I do still have, sometimes the PC reboots or cold boot lead to chroma studio don't open correctly and they stuck on green color (yeah I've reinstalled trillion times and never got fixed) and also one is interesting, if you put the PC on power saving and use the feature everything turn off when monitors do, sometimes keyboard (cynosa V2) never light up again, replug is the only fix, sometimes RGB effects feels laggy, to fix this you need to open chroma studio and reselect your own profile (cloud) to fix this.None of those things I had on synapse 3, literally, none. 

Crazy to think I can spend 140 bucks on a nice mouse only to have a scroll wheel issue which is important in a lot of games, frustrating. and sending it back will mean ill be mouse less. Also insane that you keep selling this mouse when you know you have this problem for the amount thats being paid 

Hello everyone,I have a question about the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. On the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, the robotic female voice that announces things like power on/off, connection, and other status alerts is quite loud and can even be a bit annoying.On the V2 Pro, does this “robot voice” also exist, and is it quieter and more subtle, or is it at the same loud and noticeable volume as the HyperSpeed?I’m asking because this was something that really bothered me on the other model, and I’d like to know before buying.Thank you!

so, when i log in / log in as guest, 7.1 surround just closes to tray and when i left click on the icon:and when i right click: no clue how to launch app, i’ve tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, restarting my pc. nothing works.

Does anyone else want more than 4 profiles? They don’t even have to be saved to the on-board memory.I would’ve took being able to export and import profiles manually but can’t even do that.Help a man out.

I no longer use my phone number(the one that I used on my razergold acc) and I also don't have the codes the authentication codes(?). I have proofs that I own the account. I really need helppp. I can't purchase anything, because I have to use my codes😭😭😭😭

Whats the highest FPS count some of you have gotten on your razer setups? I typically run elden ring at 60 fps:)

Where has the support been for getting Sensa HD Haptics added to games? I see posts on reddit from last year where one of the Interhaptics employees stated that 2-4 games were being added per month but that isn’t true when looking at the games list. There are maybe 15 games that aren’t racing simulators added in the last 3 years since release. A few of them are even still listed as “Coming Soon”. A couple companies dropped support in their newer games such as Silent Hill f. It was good in Silent Hill 2, so why wouldn’t they keep it in.  Are there more games that have supported it without being added to the list?The haptics on the kraken v4 pro are already totally underwhelming when compared to the nari ultimates, but the lack of any support makes it seem like a useless feature.

Never buy products at a retail store—I haven’t received my Razer Silver in six months. This is a scam.On October 15 of last year, I purchased an 18-inch laptop and a cooling pad at the Razer store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Six months later, I hadn’t received the Razer Silver, so I contacted customer service. They told me I needed to provide the 19-digit order number, but my physical receipt and the email confirmation only show the number #RZHK00000 on the receipt. The receipt also proves that I purchased the item directly from your Razer store, not through a third-party retailer. Is your company refusing to provide the Razer Silver, or are in-store purchases a scam? 

Where can I get a replacement spacebar spring or just spacebar in general for my huntsman elite keyboard I’m pretty sure it’s the original one but i literally can’t find it anywhere really need help
