First of all, i would like you to forgive my Grammar But english it's not my primary league. So i love razer, i really do, i have been using razer for more then 4 years and for most of the time i had no problems and the majority of the products lasted for years with no problem. That includes my keyboard, the razer hunsman elite. Untill yestarday when suddenly my keyboard started to shock very bad especialy from the ages trought all the keyboard, and it was bad, very bad, u coud feel it so bad it hurt, im not even kidding, this is the first time in my life i have seen something like this. I had other keyboards including razer's before but non of that shocked at all. let alone this bad. And before you say it was my computer it was not, i have a verry good computer and power this. I tried everything, i tried unnplug the keyboard, connecting it to another usb slot, nothing. After that i connected another cheap keyboard and nothing happened anymore. I would like to bring my core x with Rtx 3070 gpu on trips with me, mostly by car. Is there a recommended case for it or a recommended way to transport it? I searched online and saw someone recommending a large camera bag for it that is no longer available.Do others think it is important to remove the gpu and put that in a separate box or is it ok to transport it in the core x? It seems like it is ok to move around as long as you keep it upright so no excessive load on the pcie slot from the card. What about putting it in a 22 in carryon suitcase? What do people think?

Is there any chance of a return of the Razer Orbweaver Chroma Gaming Keypad? As far as I'm concerned, that is the best gaming keyboard to date, even surpassing the Tartarus v2 with that stupid scroll wheel taking the spot of the 20th button. I've been searching on Amazon and eBay, but they are not available or are at a stupid mark-up of over $300!!! If there is any chance of a return to production of the Orbweaver, a release of an updated product, or even a Tartarus v2 that removes the scroll wheel and returns the 20th button, I'd be greatly overjoyed.

Hello, I have a problem. Today I received the ordered item, i.e. Fifine A6V Cardioid Wired Microphone. It didn't work for me at all, I tried everything. Now I noticed that when I turn off the headphones through the sound settings, the microphone works perfectly for me. As soon as I turn it on, the microphone turns off. I am having some calibration issues where the courser gets Jumpy when the mouse is lifted off of the mat (naga chroma). I re-calibrated and all was good until I rebooted my PC and the jumpy courser came back. I recalibrated again and re-booted PC with the option NOT TO OPEN synapse upon startup. Courser was fine and all is good. When I started Synapse- the jumpy courser came back. Am I missing something with Saving the profile in Synapse? thnks

Hi, Recently I purchased a Razer Blade Stealth 13 with an OLED screen, which is an awesome device. However the battery life is very poor and conventional power banks wont charge it and most power banks are not compatible. Could anybody recommend a decent power bank or a battery pack for this. Just bought the V2 Kishi and I'm honestly pretty impressed. It has its shortcomings, and it definitely felt overpriced, but it definitely manages to make emulation on my pixel 4a feel pretty great. I can even fit it on my phone without removing the case that I use, so that is a nice bonus. However, I really do wish Razer, or anyone would make a product like thsi with a more full grip like an full sized xbox controller, but split in half. Ergonomics are pretty important to me, and while the v2 isn't terrible, it is definitely https://vlc.onl not optimal. I'd also love to have more room so that the right analog could be shifted away from the face buttons. As it is my thumb rests almost directly on top of that right stick. Would also love to see razer add hall sensors for the sticks on future models. If this thing gets drift any time soon, then the cost of it really can't be justified.

Ive owned my wolverine chroma v2 since they released it and about last month noticed the paddle for jump would sometimes stop working. It has gotten to the point that it works once in a blue moon. Any possible reason as to why the button is messing up. The rest of the buttons on the face, and the rest of tge paddles are fine. Is there an easy fix? And does my controller come with a warranty? I love this controller and would hate for it to be messed up

So im a little unhappy with razer option for monitors with the 360 hz laptop. I get two choices 60 hz or 360 hz. but cross-play uses 120 hz or 153 hz max im guessing not 100% sure. Im wondering what other customer think razer should offer. Should we be allowed to choose between 1 hz options or just common monitor options. right now i have an extra monitor i want to run at 144 hz but the laptop only runs at 60 hz when connected. This make me angry. Why can a laptop that supports upto 360 hz not run a monitor at 144hz. Should windows or razer software allow customer more choice for the internal or external monitors. should they have a cross-play option that run monitor at the maxium hz aloud in cross-play or just setup to 120 hz. How many would like to sign a letter for customer service telling them the option they would like to see. Angry customer who can not setup external monitor at 144 hz. Wondering why its still not been update 20 years later?? I must not be the only on

I was looking into a new mouse today, and am upgrading from my GE 98529 that I’ve been using since the start of my PC gaming journey. I was thinking about getting a Razer mouse because I love the Panthera Evo fightstick, and I’ve heard it’s just overall a quality brand That being said i was interested in the Deathadder V2 Pro, but I wanted a second opinion or any other suggestions. I heard the Mamba was really good. I mainly play shooters on PC and other multiplayer stuff. Thank you guys and I can answer any follow up question that may be needed.

Made some fun macros for Minecraft (it is my own server, which I share with a friend). I hit one of the many keys on my mouse to start one, and again to stop. Well I hit them on accident sometimes just browsing the web and xender can't figure out which one so I trouble getting it to stop again. It is weird to me that there's no way to send a message to Synapse or just my mouse to stop the macro. Is there really no way to do this? I'd like it if I could program a button (say the "1" button on my mouse) to stop all macros.

Since the release of the Hyperpolling 4000Hz wireless dongle lately I am asking myself why the polling rate over usb is 1000Hz only. Like if the mouse is able to achieve 4000Hz wirelessly they should enable https://routerlogin.uno/ it via cable too. It could probably even do 8KHz wired... So please Razer do us all a favor and enable it for us :)

Is there any way to prevent updates running atm? I have a v3 Pro wireless keyboard which was fine for ages until it became a very expensive paperweight for around 4 months due to just randomly typing gibberish until the most recent update I got (3.7.731.72516) where this behaviour stopped. So, I can only assume this issue was caused and fixed by an update. I see that Razer has thoughtfully removed the option from Settings so that we can untick Automatically check for updates to avoid updates, and there's now only a button to Check for updates in Settings > About. I'm on W10, and W10AMEL. Does anyone have a way around this to prevent further updates? TIA frens.

I have a Razer Naga Pro with Synapse 3. I was wondering if it was possible to assign multiple modifiers to a single button. For example pressing a button simulates Ctrl + Shift. I have tried to assign that to a macro but I can't seem to get it to work properly. Either the modifiers persist after the button is depressed, or they stop working before the button is depressed. Pressing two buttons that have each been assigned to Ctrl and Shift respectively works perfectly but I would like it to be assignable to a single button.
