Ive owned my wolverine chroma v2 since they released it and about last month noticed the paddle for jump would sometimes stop working. It has gotten to the point that it works once in a blue moon. Any possible reason as to why the button is messing up. The rest of the buttons on the face, and the rest of tge paddles are fine. Is there an easy fix? And does my controller come with a warranty? I love this controller and would hate for it to be messed up

So im a little unhappy with razer option for monitors with the 360 hz laptop. I get two choices 60 hz or 360 hz. but cross-play uses 120 hz or 153 hz max im guessing not 100% sure. Im wondering what other customer think razer should offer. Should we be allowed to choose between 1 hz options or just common monitor options. right now i have an extra monitor i want to run at 144 hz but the laptop only runs at 60 hz when connected. This make me angry. Why can a laptop that supports upto 360 hz not run a monitor at 144hz. Should windows or razer software allow customer more choice for the internal or external monitors. should they have a cross-play option that run monitor at the maxium hz aloud in cross-play or just setup to 120 hz. How many would like to sign a letter for customer service telling them the option they would like to see. Angry customer who can not setup external monitor at 144 hz. Wondering why its still not been update 20 years later?? I must not be the only on

I was looking into a new mouse today, and am upgrading from my GE 98529 that I’ve been using since the start of my PC gaming journey. I was thinking about getting a Razer mouse because I love the Panthera Evo fightstick, and I’ve heard it’s just overall a quality brand That being said i was interested in the Deathadder V2 Pro, but I wanted a second opinion or any other suggestions. I heard the Mamba was really good. I mainly play shooters on PC and other multiplayer stuff. Thank you guys and I can answer any follow up question that may be needed.

Made some fun macros for Minecraft (it is my own server, which I share with a friend). I hit one of the many keys on my mouse to start one, and again to stop. Well I hit them on accident sometimes just browsing the web and xender can't figure out which one so I trouble getting it to stop again. It is weird to me that there's no way to send a message to Synapse or just my mouse to stop the macro. Is there really no way to do this? I'd like it if I could program a button (say the "1" button on my mouse) to stop all macros.

Sorry for the noob question .. I just saw both headsets with different price tag for the x lite being a bit more expensive .. what is the difference between both headsets vshare??

Since the release of the Hyperpolling 4000Hz wireless dongle lately I am asking myself why the polling rate over usb is 1000Hz only. Like if the mouse is able to achieve 4000Hz wirelessly they should enable https://routerlogin.uno/ it via cable too. It could probably even do 8KHz wired... So please Razer do us all a favor and enable it for us :)

Is there any way to prevent updates running atm? I have a v3 Pro wireless keyboard which was fine for ages until it became a very expensive paperweight for around 4 months due to just randomly typing gibberish until the most recent update I got (3.7.731.72516) where this behaviour stopped. So, I can only assume this issue was caused and fixed by an update. I see that Razer has thoughtfully removed the option from Settings so that we can untick Automatically check for updates to avoid updates, and there's now only a button to Check for updates in Settings > About. I'm on W10, and W10AMEL. Does anyone have a way around this to prevent further updates? TIA frens.

I have a Razer Naga Pro with Synapse 3. I was wondering if it was possible to assign multiple modifiers to a single button. For example pressing a button simulates Ctrl + Shift. I have tried to assign that to a macro but I can't seem to get it to work properly. Either the modifiers persist after the button is depressed, or they stop working before the button is depressed. Pressing two buttons that have each been assigned to Ctrl and Shift respectively works perfectly but I would like it to be assignable to a single button.

I need help i bought my razer v2 pro recently, and now and then whenever i click on the M5 button it activates by itself, in games i use the button to give various abilities and there are times i die because instead of sending it omeglz 1x send 2x alone

I lost the tilting stand piece that connects the base stand to the actual microphone. I'm moving and no longer can use a boom arm, therefore the use of this piece is now relevant, but I managed to throw it away in the 2+ years that it was useless. Since it has been over a year since I purchased the microphone, I no longer have a warranty and of course, I'm not part of Razer's equivalent to the useless "Apple Care" service, therefore I cannot use any form of contacting Razer support (I guess I'm not a valued customer anymore). Is there anywhere that I can purchase this >=$5 replacement piece from a third party or anything? seeing as how I cannot contact support, nor do they have it in their 'convenient', "replacement parts" section. My daughter has fallen in love with the Quartz Book 13 and wants to use it as her high school laptop. As she likes to game as well, the plan is to pair it with a Core X if necessary for the games she likes to play? (so far, Genshin Impact and Fortnite) Reviews are good but keyboard seems to have been a consistent issue in the past. Has this been rectified in 2022 models and would you recommend this set up?

What's the best THX 360 full spherical surround sound headset? I've been researching and Razer seems to be pretty good at it but which razer headset is the all-round best? I am sure a lot of you guys and girls out there have been really impressed with the Eve Spectrum 280hz glossy gaming monitor. Sadly that company is a little sketchy and they rebranded themselves to Dough and now increased the price of their monitor to $1,099.00. I like how Razer has listened to our input about creating a Razer Blade laptop with a 2K OLED screen option recently. I am suggesting a new idea for Razer which I believe a lot of us customers would pay for. Why not release a new Razer Raptor 27 inch monitor with the option of picking glossy on checkout. Eve has generated quite a buzz but they have not delivered. Razer can capitalize on the glossy display hype train by offering a glossy version of the Raptor monitor while charging less money than Eve. Their Raptor monitor just looks bad compared to glossy displays.

Latest rumor has it there will be a 450w and 600w 4090 which varies in price. If this turns out to be true, which would be ideal using a Razer Core X? It has a PSU of 650w, but 100w goes to the laptop and idk where the other 50w go, but apparently it only feeds 500w for the GPU. Which would sound like the best option to get here if money isn’t a factor (like at all)? Is the 50w extra you’d utilize make the 600w (500w in this case) make sense? I know you can upgrade the PSU on the Core X, but I might prefer not to do it since apparently it leaves the PSU fan on all the time even if you’re not using it? Any advice is appreciated P.S. I don’t really care if the 4090 is gonna perform like 50 or even 60% worse in an eGPU, just kind of time constrained of needing a beefier GPU for specifically 4K 120Hz gaming right now, and the rest of the 40 series is coming in 2023 apparently. I know these are all rumors, but it’s good info nonetheless.

My Nari is breaking and I want to try a new headset but am overwhelmed by the options. Nari was perfect for me and I really enjoyed how there was a separate slider for Game/Chat balance. Recently got the kaira pro’s for my xbox series x and im having a weird issue. Every once in a while, game sounds and peoples voices in party chat become distorted and robotic sounding. They sound almost exactly like robobrains from fallout lmao. Is this normal and is there a fix? omegle

Don't get me wrong, I really, really like this headset that I bought. It's the Blackshark V2 Pro White Edition. I just realized that I might be able to get the 7.1 Surround Sound that I'm offered every time that I turn on my PC. So I went to the Razer site to get a code and that's where I discovered that my headset isn't eligible for the free code. The part that's funny is that the little brother version of my headset, the Blackshark X, which is a $50 headset, is eligible for the code. That just doesn't make any sense to me. Hoping I can get an explanation is to why this is.

I spoke with someone at tech support today (who was frankly just too bored to keep up), and they insist that I have to use their label, "in case I call in for an update." The issue I have is that they've so far sent me two labels, each with the incorrect return address. And it's so far taken a week to get those two labels, with days in between each response. Lilke, not even close to my current address. And they can't tell me if they insure the shipment-- I'd rather send it using my own fedex label, and insuring it for what I paid, and sending razer the tracking # if they need it. Anyone else ever done that? any logical reason not to?

I see this is a pretty common problem with the 2021 oled touch, but have yet to see a solution. My laptop touch screen (Razer 15 Advanced 2021 3080 4K OLED TouchScreen) has stopped working... the display works but the touch screen does not. Does anyone else have the drivers for the 4K OLED 60hz touch screen from the 2021 model? All I can find on support is a link to upgrade the bios... and a link to the pdf of the installation instructions... but no drivers. I've tried doing a factory reset and confirmed that the intel driver and support assistant was installed properly -- was a complete waste of time,.

Hi, Question about the new Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and the FN-Pause/Break-key. I'm using the CTRL+ALT+Pause/Break shortcut a bunch while working with virtual machines (shortcut is used for existing fullscreen mode and a way to get back to the host machine). My question is if it's possible to do the "real" CTRL+ALT+Pause-combo on this keyboard which would trigger the windows shortcut kodi? If someone has this keyboard could you please test this by opening a hyper-v machine in fullscreen then press the combo and check if it will exit the fullscreen mode?

I while back i bought the Razer Pro Type Wireless and i keep having issues with it. It keeps disconnecting after a while and sometimes it reconnects it self and it keeps typing the last letter i held at the moment it disconnected. I can't find a lot of information about it and have tried everything to fix it. (Software reinstall, update, closer to receiver, etc) When i try use the keyboard without the receiver (bluetooth paired) i have none of these issues. Anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?
