A company that has customer service for RMA and a number to call or live chat something besides email that they take over 5 days to respond.

How about a Mini version of the firefly? Not all of us have the desk space needed for the full size one. I'm currently using a Sphex mini V2 and its the perfect size, but would love to get a chroma mousepad. Thanks!
I'd like to see Razer go bankrupt ASAP that would be awesome, invading everyone's privacy using their Synapse spyware drivers & using Cloud service just to configure my devices, definitely wish for some bankruptcy towards Razer, what a disgusting company.
Would love to see Project Ariana go up for sale. I will buy it as soon as it launches. Very excited for it.
After the recent issue with logging in to Synapse, (probably something to do with Amazon servers), I'd like to see an easier way to switch to an from offline mode... or an option to use Synapse without needing the cloud at all.
I use Synapse at work, so when my Naga couldn't reach the cloud my productivity went down the drain having to switch to a regular mouse. (If you must know why...the left handed Naga defaults to goofy foot for goofy people who are left handed who think left click is right click and vice versa. Why left click isn't left click when it's the left hand is beyond me.) Any way, it wasn't until after the service was back up that I found out about Tournament Drivers. I installed them just in case it happened again, but now have to switch back to do any customization.
It don't believe it needs to be this complicated for Synapse to work. It should be able to run without the cloud, and still have customization functionality.

Well I live in a great country named Mexico but I can`t get to my hands a Razer Stealth Blade, im sad
I would like more key mapping options for the synapse, specifically those mechanics already employed by controller schemes, such as holding a key/button for a dual function, mapping any two different keys(actions) to a single key press without the use of macros for quick mapping options, and maybe the ability to map a function to a combination of key presses, in much the same way you might press two buttons on a controller to perform a different action
Hi,
I've been working (and gaming) for years using wireless combos (logitech keyboard and mouses) but it's impressive the quality difference when comparing with the gamer's oriented products.
Right now, I'm working with a Razer Blackwidow keyboard and a Microsoft Sidewinder X5 (witch I'm planning to change with a Mamba mouse asap) but I miss -a lot- the wireless funcionality (be able to move both from my working desk is priceless for me).
Once you try this kind of keyboards with macro keys and good mechanical -cherry based- technology you don't wanna go back at all. The same with mouses; the dpi configurator in one single button, the 'feel' when draggin it and the macro keys in this gamer's mouses are priceless.
I'm a programmer (game programmer in a indie game studio) and I like to ask for wireless mechanical keyboards. Razer has a wireless mouse (Mamba) for gamers but no wireless keyboards at all.
Advanced mechanical wireless keyboards !!!!!
PD: You have done it with Mamba mouse, guys. Why not use that great technology miracle in a mechanical, good looking, new brand blackwidow wireless keyboard?

More than anything, I want to see a Razer joystick for space sims. I believe your design team could do something amazing for the likes of Star Citizen. Maybe a setup that can be either dual stick or HOTAS? Please make this happen...
I want to see a pair of speakers for pc with chroma features.
I agree with this guy... Razer chroma speakers would be class.
I think that Razer could focus more on the direction of their design. The company has the potential to have a very clean, modern, stylish artistic direction. However, especially on the clothing and on a large majority of the screen savers the art design is very loud and over the top. Razer I know I would much rather prefer subtle design choices with more black than green; as opposed to the current over the top, aggressive designs.
I would like to see a gaming Monitor

I'm not sure how big is Osu! community is, but I know well enough is getting quite a recognition. I was thinking perhaps Razer should create product and services for Osu! players as well such as integrated Chroma for the games *depend with the developer as well (.___.ll) * and graphic tablet.
Maybe create a graphic tablet + mousepad +touchpad and also don't forget Chroma~. Of course not just for Osu! players, there are many art designer could take this advantages if is possible. Notice me senpai

Well even tho this post is old, When is the Razer boom arm chroma comming out?
I don't think it's coming out anytime soon. Razer usually focuses on creating products that consumers want most. Besides, people are doing fine with finding quality boom arms on the market.
no no not that i mean ike a set of 2 small speaker that go right on the side of you moniter
