RAZER ORNATA CHROMA I bought it. RAZER ORNATA CHROHowever, this keyboard only has numbers. It doesn't write down when you press the keyboard.  

I miss-typed the title.Are there any plans to introduce Snap Tap to the Huntsman V2 Analog?

Hello! I recently updated to Razer Synapse 4, and I've been getting a problem where my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless) is stuck on the flame effect. I've been trying to set it to a static red color, but it won't change no matter how many times I try to reset the app or reset the keyboard itself. I'm not having any issues with changing the LED effects for my mouse, so I'm not sure how to fix the issue.

Hello.Until about 45 minutes ago I was playing games completely fine, until suddenly my keyboards D key started malfunctioning out of no where. After some tests, I realized that completely closing Razer Synapse fixed my issues and my D keys functionality came back completely. Reinstalling Synapse did not fix this issue either and I also tried updating the firmware of my keyboard (Razer Huntsman V2 Analog). Nothing worked until I closed Synapse. Any ideas why this happened all of a sudden? I would prefer to keep a few razer apps such as synapse and chroma so I can adjust my keyboard when needed but there is no way I can keep Synapse open and play games at once. Any suggestions?

Hey all,In the model I received, the buttons are ABS coated and I want to make them PBT.The model with the coiled cable isn't compatible, but there's also an upgrade set option. I don't know if these are fully compatible, as they come in white, pink, black, and green. The keycap map isn't provided.V4 75% has small Alt, Fn, and Ctrl keys. I wanted to be sure. My UK layout keyboard has a large Enter key. It says v4 is 75% compatible in the FAQ, but I couldn't see the buttons. as follows“Yes. The Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set is compatible with the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%. However, the PBT Keycap Upgrade set does not come with keycaps for Dedicated Macro Keys.”

Between June 2nd 2025 and to-date August 10 2025. I made several purchases from razer. with order numbers RZUSPP1000001949034, RZUSWP1000001954134 and RZUSPP1000001951650.  Two of these purchases were offered a game which was to be received 20-30 days after purchase. I have not received them as of yet. Can you help me?

Are there any plans to add the snap-tap functionality that was just announced for the new Huntsman V3 Pro models to the Tartarus Pro? This would make it a truly killer FPS accessory. This has been my biggest complaint with the device, the response is a little slow when trying to change strafe directions.

Just recently updated to Razer Synapse version 3.8.831.90619.  It has rendered my Tartarus Pro, Model RX07-0311, P/N: RZ07-03110100, unable to remap keys.  For example, if I try to remap the 01 key to Esc, and click “save,” nothing happens.  It does not remap and if I go to click another key, I get a notification saying that the “changes have not been saved yet.”  If I click “save,” from within this notification, it still does not save and just moves onto the next key.Because of this problem, I can no longer use the keypad for anything other than the default mapping, which is pretty much useless.Additionally, every single custom profile I have every created has been wiped out.  The profiles are there but when I select them, I am shown the default mapping.  This is not as big of a deal as being unable to remap, but I have lost years of saved profiles for all the various games I play.Interestingly, the “alt” key, or button above the D-pad has somehow maintained it’s mapping as a “switch

Hi, my keyboard is not typing anymore although colors and function keys like media spinner is controlling multimedia as normal. I’ve tried the SW , driver uninstall , cable, factory reset with keys but the keyboard is still not responding.  kindly for your support 

Major Issue: F9,F11, Pause, /, Home and End buttons not working. I already reset the keyboard and updated to the latest firmware available. Home and End (+several other) buttons don’t seem to respond to clicks but there is available power as they are responding to RGB input. I’m referring to the dedicated Home and End buttons on the left side of the numpad. This remains the case whether using 2.4, USB or Wifi. Any Ideas? thanks!    

I have a blackwidow V4 keyboard. it’s now only a few months old. And is conencted to a blue usb 3 port. and conencted straight too the pc. The first problem that i have from the beginning is that the keyboard lights off sometimes in windows 11 when your at the login screen. The are fine when you startup the pc. The second problem that pop’s up now is that the ‘o’ key seems to repeat random and add extra o in the word. As example when i double tap ‘oo’ sometimes i get the following result ‘ooo’ And it happens random. The repeat also happens when the raazor software is not running. I tried the keybooooard on other pc. And the problem is the same. I would say it’s worse on that one it generated more o’s at times. different operating system also. It is the RZ03-0469 with yellow switches. The latest firmware  v1.02.00_r1 is installed. It’s pretty expensive keyboard, and so far am still disappointed. There are still a few small things in the software i like.  

Hi,I’m interested in purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 75% in white, but I’ve seen some reports about a double typing issue with this model.Could you please let me know if this problem still persists, or if it has been resolved in recent batches or through firmware updates?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi yall, ive had my ornata v2 keyboard for nearly 4 years now and ive stopped using it after 2 years. Some of the keys are not reacting / working, such as the backspace, n key, c key and the entire bottom row. Can anyone let me know if there is a fix to my issue? Yes, unfortunately another problem. After I bought a Mouse Dock pro for my Basilisk mouse (with which there is the problem with not scrolling), I was asked for a firmware update. After I did this, I now have another problem with the Black Widow V4 pro keyboard. At the time when the BIOS login is due on my computer, the keyboard has not yet started, so I have to plug in an old keyboard for this login every time. This is very ugly. Can someone please help.

HI, It's been some time since I've been dealing with this problem since I bought my keyboard. Everything works well, but the RGB keeps freezing after a gaming season, and it started to annoy me. The only way to repair it is by disconnecting the keyboard from my PC and reconnecting it again. The Synapse app just stops working with this device after a while, and if I try to interact with the RGB menu of the keyboard, it just doesn't do anything at all while frozen. Like I said, the only way to repair it is by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable of the keyboard or restarting my PC. I have tested the same keyboard with two different PCs and had the same problem, and I have already tried to repair it in any way I have found, including downloading new updates and all, so I am very confused, but there isn't a lot of information about it. Hello,I have Razer Blackwidow v3 purchased 2 years ago. Recently few keys (example W, Left Ctrl, Space) are registering inconsistently. To explain this better, when I play any game and press and hold W to move the character forward, then it does not register even after spamming the key. It works sometimes and then suddenly it stops. I have observed that the problem keeps occurring if the keyboard is not used for a couple of days.Things that I have tried:1 - cleaning the keycaps and outer switch2 - Factory reset the keyboard3 - Uninstall the keyboard drivers and re-install4 - Disable synapse and tryIt is confirmed that the issue is in the keyboard as I tried this on a different system. I am not sure if the switches have worn out or its a different issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So I'm a PC noob who bought the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless Keyboard but I got the Nordic version and I don't know how to use the @ symbol. Please Help

I am seriously over these failing switches! Two Tartarus, two failed switches, two months. Seriously?!  anyway can’t seem to find replacement switches for the Dpad anywhere. Lots of links in lots of forums but they are all a broken link to an Ali express product that is discontinued. any help would be appreciated. I would prefer a better quality switch OBVIOUSLY if that’s possible. Thanks!

I just bought a Razer Pro Type Ultra keyboard and i plug my dongle into the back of my PC where my PC is placed on the floor beside my under my table. I noticed the connection keeps breaking and it is not steady. Is there a way I can extend my connection to my keyboard? Or at least make it strong so that it is constantly connected to my keyboard??
